I have always had good service at O'Reilly's. Today was even better than the norm. Kenneth went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed and even primed and set up the grease gun. Awesome thanks

The people that work here are always trying to be helpful in any way they can. Sometimes they can't. I have been shopping there for probably over ten years and have gotten to know a lot of them. Yahweh Bless them. They are awesome people.

The worst and utterly unreliable company to deal with. Ordered a hitch for a rav4. Hitch arrived but was wrong hitch in correct box. Re-ordered. Promised it would be at the branch in one week. Waited for one week to change all my plans. Called the Saturday. Hitch had not arrived. Waited till the following Monday only to be told it hadn t even shipped from their warehouse in Michigan. Bad, bad, bad experience. Will NEVER shop there again for my automotive needs.

I recently visited Blue Ridge and came into some auto issues. I wish I could recall the man's name that helped me but he was extremely patient and helpful. A ton more helpful than the folks at the nearby auto store. O'Reilly has just won over a new customer.

Very poor customer service. One male employee with long dark hair was very unprofessional he pushed me off to find a part I had no idea what I was looking for. But I still looked anyways. And the employees just kept chatting. Not helping anyone that might need help. Just all around bad experience. Needless to say I went to Advance Auto Parts instead.

Knowledgeable staff . Very friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. If they can find a part cheaper to save you some money they do. They take their time with each customer and do not rush. That being said , if you are in a rush for a part they can help. However, if your short on time and don't want to wait in line this place is not for you. Overall It truly is the best place in town for Automotive needs.

I absolutely hate this store . Especially the better than you manager. I have worked in industrial plants and railroads most my life built things he can only imagine. And his snobbish attitude just is intolerable. Even called his own store brand parts cheap. Here's your cheap brakes.

I didn't need much more than customer service and I got great customer service. After having battery issues the rep checked my engine for coding and found my alternator was out. He gave me a great referral for a local repair shop and it did the trick.

I have always come here, everyone is great, but today I brought my battery in, it was dead. I felt I was not wanted by the man who took care of it. He made me feel stupid and I didn't understand why.. sorry.

Usually have the parts and items i need in stock, have had a couple of issues with warranty / returned items but they were all sorted out after speaking with store manager.
