I was looking to repair a 1968 merry go round. After calling several playground equipment suppliers and getting nowhere. I took the bearings over to Napa in Blue Ridge. The gentleman that was working did a terrific job making sure they fit perfectly.

My husband goes there for most of his autoparts. He has been using them for about 30 plus years. Thet are reliable and helpful and they let you return parts that don't work or are wrong parts.

Recently relocated to the Blue Ridge area. Needed a small part so NAPA was my first stop. This was my first visit to NAPA. OMG, what a dump. Was shocked to see a NAPA location looking like this location does. Only have one of the item I needed. How could anybody find what they were looking for in that unorganized mess. Shocking.

Always nice and friendly. They actually know what they are doing unlike oreillys. And have everything in stock the I need! Just done like their store hours...

Went into store today for a fan belt asked the owner for help then his phone started ringing and i was left setting waiting for 2 more of the counter help to stand with the deer in the headlight look on not caring faces. Finally about 15 minutes later two more customers walked in and they asked the man behind me what he needed. I have purchased parts at Kaye for decades but I will never go back!!!!! Norman has forgotten what service in a small town should be like.Bert

They do auto machine service and have some of if not the best counter help around delivery service to business customers.You are treated with respectively professional knowledgeable personal.That a fact Jack.

I cant say for the rest of their items, but I paid for 2 wiper blades less than I was paying for one at their competition.
