Very pleased with the repairs done after hitting a deer. They were in constant communication and took care of everything with the insurance company. When the insurance company wouldn t pay for a new matching headlight (they only convered one), the shop worked with me on an affordable replacement. Would highly recommend!For those complaining about the length of time repairs take .supply chain issues are NOT the fault of the body shop.

Disappointed to say the least. My car got hit by an uninsured driver and my insurance company recommended this place to me because they re on their approved list. The shop promised me they could expedite my car and finish it quickly. Ended up taking 3 months to finish. When I went in to pick up my car, there were still so many issues wrong with it (rattling underneath the car, tire alignment wasn t correct) overall I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They have poor communication skills and time management. You would be better off finding a different body shop to work on your car.Service: Body & Trim

We had body repair done for a 2018 Camry after hitting a deer.I felt there was a fair amount of follow up required when communicating with the front desk and a delay in getting parts (supply chain issues). However, once Jeremy was engaged, I was satisfied with the updates.The insurance company wanted to do aftermarket replacement parts and to patch the hood (which was pierced by the deer's hoof). Jeremy was not in agreement with using aftermarket parts since the Camry was such a new model vehicle nor with patching the hood.When we picked up the car, it was in perfect condition. Jeremy helped get the settings redone before we left and told us if we noticed anything else to drop by and he would get it resolved. We did notice that the car was lagging slightly when cranked and we had the battery checked. Indications were that it needed to be replaced - I'm guessing it was because it sat after the accident while waiting on parts? Jeremy was able to update the claim to include a new battery and the insurance covered the replacement.I was really satisfied with the effort he put forth to ensure we were happy with the work performed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My thoughts are, that early on, they missed/overlooked an important safety feature that was damaged on my vehicle. They released the vehicle but it immediately needed to be brought back for corrective repairs. Unfortunately, to took over 60 days to fully complete the repairs. (So much passing time tends to leave a customer wondering about the business that they trusted their vehicle with.) Moreover, the shop lacked good communication skills which just added to my frustration. I will not recommend this business to family or friends.Service: Body & Trim

Wife hit a deer and these folks jumped right on it and handled everything right from the start. It occurred during the holidays, so we expected some delays. They still have the car, so the experience is not, yet complete, but so far everything seems to be going in a professional and honest manner.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Best body shop in town. Supreme quality work by the techs in back, along with a friendly an courteous front end people. Sharon the receptionist was very kind an informative, along with the manager Jeremy taking time to explain the repair process in detail to me. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They treated me like they knew me their whole life. Their my HOME TOWN BODY SHOP. Great job guys. Thank you.

I've been a long time customer since 94. I love Everyone here. Each person is more then friendly. They are honest an don't try to cheat U especially when U need your ride fixed. They truly do look out for U.. this is why I continue to be a valuable customer. They make U feel like family.. from the big boss to all the great mechanics.. Everyone at Mountain Valley Motors is fantastic. Please do go let them take care of all your car/Truck needs. I promise they treat U right an more then fair.. love my MVM an all the great folks..

The staff was so nice. I went in for an estimate and the shop mgr would not rest until I agreed to let him paint my car for free and buy me a steak and seafood dinner. Those folks are the greatest!

Mountain Valley is a class act. They repaired my car beautifully and it is also spotless inside and out. The guys there are so nice to deal with, too. Excellent service - highly recommended.

This place is very expensive. I had a minor dent on the front corner of my car and I went here for an estimate. They quoted a price of $1000 to fix it. What?! Instead, I bought a dent removing kit online for $50 and it worked great. You cannot even tell the dent ever existed. Apparently, I am better at dent repair then they are.

My back windshield needed replaced.They left glass all in hatch on jeep and there were BIG scratches on front of jeep that wasn't there when we did our walk around at drop off.
