Be careful when returning your car after hours! I needed a car for 3 hours to travel from Asheville Airport to Blue Ridge, so I chose Enterprise precisely because they offer this option. However, this agency closed at 2 pm on Saturday and wouldn't reopen until Monday. According to instructions, it was possible to return the car after hours by simply dropping the keys in the box and parking the car. That's exactly what I did, but to my surprise, my reservation was counted until Monday at 7 am, a time when the person probably checked that the car was there. I called customer service three times, they said they would investigate but didn't give me any feedback, and I am being charged for a day I didn't use.

My personal car needed repairs over Christmas weekend. Jase (spelling?) provided excellent service, the car was as reserved. Had to extend rental, called and rental was extended no muss no fuss. I was able to leave the rental at the dealership that repaired my car. Will absolutely use this office again if I need to rent a car!

Had to rent a car after a car accident. Went here. Great customer service. Work well with getting me a SUV. All people I dealt with in person and by phone are were great. I highly recommend renting a car here.

Great experience! Called on a Saturday morning as our car was not making it up to the cabin we rented easily and was able to get an amazing Jeep for the rest of our trip. We got to go to all of the spots we wanted to without any hesitation of the road that led to it. I also appreciated their extra precautions and the extra Clorox wipes they gave me. Highly recommend this Enterprise if you re in need of a rental.

Location easy to find & get to in our RV (34' Class A). Agent very knowledgeable & courteous. The auto was higher milage that normal (62,000 miles) but very clean & we had no problems driving through the Blue Ridge area. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Matt Cleveland, Branch Rental Manager, should teach lessons on Exceptional Customer Service. He goes out of his way to welcome, listen, take care of, and make customers not only happy but feel they are important to him and to Enterprise. Best customer service ever.

Enterprise is the best car rental company in the Earth. I am also NOT a corporation fan. Also, at this location is someone named Hannah. She is precious, extremely sharp, helpful, kind, courteous, and she called us back when she totally didn't have to and got us fixed up incredibly well. I don't brag on companies very often, but when they save your tail in Costa Rica AND in Blue Ridge Georgia, it's worth a 5 star review.

Renting has been a fairly good experience in the past. Getting through via phone close to closing time on the other hand is a different story. Should change your closing hrs to 5 ish. Or at least 4:50 when you stop taking calls. Just saying

Drove a nice Chrysler mini van this week. Very nice lots of buttons. However no leg room for anyone over 5ft. Clay at enterprise is priceless. Thank you

Update:Enterprise made it seem like they were going to help, but 8 hours later all I got was an email that says sorry we can't help you via email and please call customer support. Okay, thanks. I will make sure everyone is aware that it's the money and not the customer satisfaction that matters.My car was hit by a boulder while on vacation with small kids. I was able to get a small car in Blairsville, but it doesn't hold all of our bags. We need to drive home to Florida and this location would not swap cars because it was Monday and they wanted to be ready for people with weekly rentals. They have a very full lot and just said no. I heard good things about this location, but did not get any help for someone in need.

5 STARS and then some ... Enterprise always takes good care me and my family. Great customer service, always available by phone or email, and they never let me down or make me wait. I've been using Enterprise for over 10 yrs and the Team in Blueridge Georgia is by far the best group of people I have ever worked with. Looking forward to seeing them again this week!

Very nice people, and great experience. Had to get a last minute rental after the people I was with at a cabin with had an emergency and had to leave. I was in and out with a rental in less than thirty minutes. I was even given an upgrade to a truck for the same price as the crossover I had reserved, which really worked out. My only complaint would have been cleanliness of the truck, but honestly it wasn t that bad.

We rented the Toyota corolla and the car was clean and great to drive, everything the employees told us it would be. The customer service was great and they made our first rental car experience a wonderful one. We will always return to enterprise in blue ridge for future rentals. Thanks ladies!Original rating above was left 2 years ago.3/1/2019-I got the privilege of using Enterprise in blue ridge again when my car was wrecked and in the shop. They were, once again, wonderful! The car was in excellent shape, the staff was super friendly and easy to deal with, they also made dealing with the insurance company a breeze! They also picked me up from the shop and took me back to the shop when my car was ready. Thanks again! 5 stars all the way!

Best experience I ve ever had with Enterprise. Clay is such a wonderful human being. My elderly mother had a difficult time with other representatives from a different location and he made it right! Because of our positive experience at the Blue Ridge enterprise and with Clay, we will definitely be using them again!

My wife and I recently rented a cabin in Blue Ridge and found the drive to the cabin too challenging for our vehicle. We called Enterprise and spoke with Rob, who provided excellent service in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. He provided us with a 4WD Jeep Wrangler, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The staff and service at this location are excellent. We would highly recommend Enterprise in Blue Ridge.

I was vacationing in the Blue Ridge area from Florida and on my second day in Georgia my car's clutch decided to spectacularly die due to the steep mountains. Rob came to the rescue and was able to get me in a great Chevy Malibu rental for the remainder of the week which saved the day and allowed me and my family to quickly continue with our trip. As luck would have it my personal vehicle's repairs were going to extend beyond the original time quoted and my rental needed to be converted into a one-way/drop off rental so we could drive back to Florida. Once again Rob was there to help assist and was able to get me squared away with this sudden change to my rental. While dealing with the stress of a broken car and the immediate need for a rental -- it was so very helpful to have such a professional team taking care of me at this Enterprise location. Truly exceptional customer service from Rob and his team! Thank you so very much.

I rented a Chrysler Town and Country minivan and it was a very nice vehicle! I had the option of using economy to save on gas usage and it came in handy for city and short distance driving. The weekly rental fee was very reasonable and it was perfect for driving a family of 7 around. Everyone was comfortable and had more than enough room. There was also tons of storage space! I will definitely be using Enterprise again for my rental needs!!

The negatives: I went to pick up a car in Jasper, GA on 8/18, and no car and the office gone.After several hrs of phone calls I was able to get a car and start my trip. The Jasper office was closed 2/24, yet I was allowed to book it online. Layoffs in the IT dept. catch up with you. As I was planning on returning it to the Jasper, GA location I had to end my trip a day earlier than planned in order to ensure that I was able to have my wife meet me. Not planning on getting a ride from Enterprise.The positives: Enterprise does have some individuals that understand that the customer just wants to have a fair deal and when the company screws up, help make it right. Rob (area manager, Blue Ridge) and Jeff both stepped up. Rob got me going on my trip and Jeff give me a nice break on the cost of the rental. The Nissan was great.Long diatribe to say that most people at Enterprise really do try hard, and I will rent from them next time I have the need.

These guys are great. It's our go-to place for renting a vehicle to take road trips for business or pleasure.The only thing I can possibly critique them about is not having anything available for the occasional short-notice rentals.

I've been doing business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for at least 10 years, and my most recent experience just reiterates why. Enterprise is there when I need them. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is extraordinarily easy to do business with regardless of the complexity of the situation, and is flexible and responsive. And every individual I interact with is unfailingly friendly, courteous, and competent. My go-to for car rentals, 100%.

Upon RETURNING my vehicle the employee was EXCEPTIONAL. I had a very good experience with the vehicle. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the employee that initiated renting the vehicle. I was told he was no longer an Enterprise employee. I have always had a good experience at the Blue Ridge Enterprise. All Enterprise locations I have used have been pleasant.

Rob was great to work with. I was driving my mother to Florida and I rented a great car, it was very clean and a wonderful riding vehicle. It made our trip experience better than expected. The staff was easy to work with.

I pretty much use enterprise exclusively. I am satisfied with about everything. A couple things t hat doupset me. First, I continually get emails regarding free upgrades, I don't ever get them. This is with Enterprise as well as COSTCO. I have asked to get a hybrid on several occasions, never happens. This is in plenty of time to get one This doesn't mean I will quit using Enterprise, customer service seems to be lacking.The lady at Blue Ridge is very nice, I don't any problems with her.Sincerely,Johnny B Murray
