This is still not enough stars!!!! My friends were coming up to our Blue Ridge cabin rental late last night and my car got stuck on a steep hill in the gravel driveway to the cabin. I was so scared!! Started Googling tow services and came across Car Crafters. Jamie originally said he couldn't arrive until about 3am, but that was fine. It's not like we were going anywhere Lol...we had made it close enough to our cabin that we could walk to it for shelter. Jamie called back and said he had moved some things around and would arrive in about 30-45 minutes! He came as scheduled, backed both cars back down the long driveway, then safely drove each back up. He also gave us instructions on how to avoid getting stuck again. Did I mention that all of this was done in the rain! Jamie was so gracious and never seemed annoyed with us even though it was late. He went above and beyond for us damsels and we will be forever grateful!!! There are still good guys out there!!!

First of all, Jamie is amazing! We d give 100 stars if we could. Our 18 and 20 year old boys were on their first solo road trip and chose the ditch over hitting a deer. After waiting 3 hours for AAA to schedule a driver to no avail, we gave up and called Car Crafters Towing out of the blue. Jamie was there within 25 mins and got them out quickly and got them on their way. If you need a tow service, don t hesitate to call these guys.

We called as we were locked out of our rental car as we just got to our cabin. @1:57am in the morning and they got there 30 min passed 2:00am. Very quick the driver was very nice and helpful in get car open. We had medication we could not wait until next morning to get and our luggage was still in the car. I would recommend this company again to anybody that needs a tow or get locked out of there vehicle.

I would have given 6 stars if possible! Car Crafters pulled through on moving a storage building for me that others were unwilling to attempt. Jamie was super helpful, professional, timely, and took the necessary time to do the job well. Can't say enough with how pleased I am with Car Crafters. Definitely recommend them for your towing needs.

My car wouldn t start and I was 2+ hours from home. Best service ever from a towing company. From towing my car to a car care center and elsewhere once the car care center couldn t figure out the issue, to making himself available to meet me back at my car after my husband met me over 2 hours later. I couldn t have asked for better service and consideration - even staying to help fix the issue with my car! Top tier service. Highly recommend if you re in a pinch/pickle. I would ve been stranded 2+ hours away from home otherwise. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I was visiting from Athens and hit something on Hwy 515- immediately blew my tire. No clue where to get tire replaced. Justin was quickly there to get me and took me to get another tire. He was very pleasant and I would recommend this place if you need towed! You never know when you will need a towing company and this company is a great suggestion if you live in the Blue Ridge area. Thanks Justin!! I appreciate it so much!

Car wouldn't start. Called Car Crafters. Jamie answered said he was on his way from McCaysville to Blue Ridge and would be there in 15 minutes. Jumped started car right away and he got ready to leave. I tried to pay him. He said "no charge. was not out of his way to come by". I tired all the local towing companies to get a very important vehicle towed for me with no luck. I should have called Jamie Ledford at Car Crafters first. We came from out of state and there s nothing on this planet more annoying then having your truck break down. But when the best tow company in town comes to save ya it s such a wonderful thing.Justin found our truck in the middle of no where, Hightower gap, in the middle of the night and not only was he so friendly, on time and knowledgeable. Needed a car unlocked and they responded and were at my location in downtown Blue Ridge within 10 mins and car unlocked in 5 mins. Justin did an awesome job! Highly recommend this company, especially for to their quickness and for the fact I called three other places and no one could service my need at all. In addition, I had called in a ticket to my AAA account and the wait time was going to be close to 2 hours. By the time Justin got there AAA had not even assigned my case out to a service provider. Again thank you Car Crafters Towing so very much!

We were in Blue Ridge, Ga., far from home, and my car got impossibly stuck on a inclined stone driveway. I saw their ad and reviews, called, and they arrived within 30 minutes. Called three services prior to calling Car Crafters and they were the only ones to take care of me and in record time. Jamie and Justin are an extremely dependable duo. Fast acting and fast working and the quality and care they put behind their services is unmatched. Car Crafters will be my primary go-to for any of my future towing needs.

The absolute best experience we ve ever had with a towing service. We are not from this area. We went out to trout fish and made a bad turn on a rough trail. We ended up getting stuck. We called a different towing company and were greeted with reluctancy and poor customer service. They wouldn t even quote a price and wanted pictures of where we were while we were using someone else s phone. I spoke with Amber at Car Crafters and she was immediately so patient with us while trying to find cell reception and our location. Speaking with her made a tough situation so much better due to her understanding and sweetness. She told us it would be 45 min to an hour until someone could meet us. They showed up exactly within 45 minutes. Upon arrival, they were very friendly and ready/equipped to get us out. Jaime was quick, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He was ready to tackle the big mess we made and never complained or made us feel bad.Jamie and Amber are jam up people. Wouldn t recommend anyone else! If I could give them ten stars I would. They should be the first people Google recommends for towing services around Blue Ridge.

Our 2022 Tahoe would not start the morning we were heading back home from our vacation. One quick phone call to Car Crafters Towing was all it took for them to dispatch someone to us immediately. Justin showed up in no time and was so nice to us. He got our car started for us after a jump, and told us he would follow us to make sure we got back on the road safely. When we tried to drive our car, however, we quickly realized the power steering was no longer working. He stopped and got us loaded on the rollback, and drove us to the local Chevy dealership where he explained what was going on to them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a jump or a tow! They went above and beyond for us, and we are so thankful!Services: Car towing, Battery

Car crafters was amazing and awesome with helping me with my truck, which was broken down and loaded down with a ton of gravel to make things worse. No problem for them! They were out in 20 minutes and Justin was super helpful getting it left in a good place and even helped me diagnose the issue! Thanks so much!

Good people do still live in this world thanks to Jamie! My truck got stuck in some fresh gravel, called him after calling serval other services he was the only to answer. Showed up in within minutes and had me pulled out just as quick. I highly recommed his services. Was in a car accident on 2/16. Car was totaled. Jamie responded quickly and loaded my vehicle up quickly to get it out of traffic. He also took the time to clean the debris out of the roadway. Are you Kidding Me? Don't Even Bother Calling Anyone Else!!Hold my beer, this is gonna take a minute. So I'm sure you would think that needing a vehicle and trailer recovery would ruin your Friday night, right? Nope. My night was awesome! Jamie and Amber Ledford came out and conducted the most professional recovery operation I've ever witnessed - and I spent 23 years in the Army overseeing these kinds of operations in every environment from training to combat zones. Not only was Jamie's full proficiency, technical expertise and car-yankin' talent on display, but my wife and I met two of the kindest, most caring and thoughtful neighbors we could hope to meet. You see, this was on our move-in day in Mineral Bluff and these wonderful folks spent their Friday night with us. Better yet, they not only saved the day but they also set the bar exceptionally high as an example of how we should all treat one another in our awesome mountain community. My wife and I only hope to pass that kind of feeling on one day to someone else who is new to the area.So, please save yourself any worry and call Car Crafters and ask for Jamie Ledford or any of the awesome professionals there. We were from out of town and not familiar we got stuck on wise road and we were so scared we googled tow companies and found car crafters to get winched out. Omg I was really impressed but only were they so professional and friendly on the phone but they were also really fast getting to us. Our tow man Justin was amazing he went above and beyond. Jamie & Amber arrived within 40 minutes of our call. We had been waiting for over 90 minutes for another company to come when we were informed they had decided to cancel the call! Called Car Crafters and they were there before we knew it, changed the tire, and were friendly & professional the entire time. We won t be using anyone else in Blue Ridge!!! My parent's car broke down leaving them stranded. My dad called me and asked if I would be able to come and pick my mom up while he waited on the tow truck to tow their car. I was not far from them and immediately left to go pick her up. I barely got there before the tow truck arrived. They were fast, friendly, and very professional.
