My Brother-in-law had a flat tire from a damaged valve stem while on vacation and we took him to BR Tire and Auto and they did a great job! Had him fixed up and out the door with no hassles! Definitely recommend!

My elderly parents rented a trailer to take 12 hours one way. The person that hooked it up never checked if the lights worked. My parents left in the middle night with no lights to drive 12 hours. Cmon guys! They photo the entire trailer to verify condition but don t check lights. They also had to stop in the middle of the night to adjust the chains.Hope someone takes better care of their parents then they did mine!!

Rented a van for the day. The father and son team ( not sure of their names) will take great care of you. I will go back and buy tires here, great customer service.

We had a great experience with this company. We were staying in Blue Ridge for a baseball tournament for our son s baseball tournament when our car started making a horrific noise. We called them up and they got us in and looked at it while we waited. They were honest and let us know it probably was a piece of gravel that was stuck. They checked everything anyways and reassured we were all good and sent us on our way for free. Reliable and trustworthy people for sure. Thank you.

These guys hooked us up with a quick repair on the spot. I would recommend them just on their great service alone. They seem to have a big tire selection also

Wish I had read all reviews including Google maps. Paid to patch a tire ($35) and an alignment ($80) for my Audi Q7. Drove 700 miles and came right back a week later to complain about the alignment and was told my worn tires were the problem. Ironically when they test drive it, they noticed the tire pressure was off. Never bothered to check their patch from the week before, which turns out wasn't done either. Every local I talk to about laughed and said the same thing. Go to Williams.Scammers

Was from out of town my car was making loud noise and knew something was wrong found out my front breaks were shot! Spoke to Bobby who went above and beyond to help us. He knew we had to leave in the morning to head back to Fl and as packed as he was made sure to take cart of us! Excellent service and highly recommend!!!! Best service I ve received!!!!

While on vacation in Blue Ridge area our car had issues. I spoke to a couple different places and they could not get us in for several days or over a week. Called Blue Ridge Tire & Auto and they let me bring it in first thing the next morning to diagnose the issue. Our vehicle was repaired that morning. I know they did us a favor because we were from out of town and needed help. Great service and very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend anyone from the Blue Ridge area to support this local business.

My car was vibrating pretty violently and we were out of town so we looked up a local place while we were on the road. Had asked for an alignment thinking that would help. The car was in and out in under an hour and was very impressed with the service.Was disappointed in the fact that we left and pretty quickly the car was still violently vibrating again. We made it back to Florida (scary enough) and took it to my local shop here. Was advised that we were lucky to have even made it home- he was also shocked to hear I had my car aligned and nothing was said on the condition of my tires. My car was shaking because two tires were in such bad shape where the threading was showing and would have been visible on the lift while doing an alignment. We drove home in a potentially dangerous situation. I would have gladly bought new tires or replaced the damaged tires and am still upset that we drove home this way. I called Blue Ridge Tire after I replaced our tires at home and asked if anything was noted on the file about my tires or the condition of the car. I was told a manager would call me back, I never heard back. My auto shop at home told me I had paid for an alignment I didn't need, it was just very bad tires. Photo of one of the tires here.

Got a flat tire leaving our cabin heading home on a 10hr drive. Couldn t repair it, but they took the car in first thing when they opened and mounted a used tire for an extremely reasonable price to get us home. We barely waited 20 minutes. Great customer service when you are in a pinch traveling!

Not sure if it s because we are from out of town (Florida) but the employees at this location need to brush up on their customer service. My husband and I stopped to have a flat repair for our RV tire. From the moment we walked in the door, you could tell the employee lounging in the lobby on his phone would have preferred if we hadn t walked in the door at all. The woman at the counter says they do flat repairs and then asked him if he was doing them today (what does that even mean? They pick and choose when they offer services?). After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to come around to the back so my husband can discuss a patch (didn t want a plug), we walk back up front and as we are, the guy is walking to the back. Before we know it, he has plugged the tire. Now, a conversation would have been nice so we could explain that we wanted a patch. No conversation was had. After being ignored and brushed off, we were on our way with our plugged tire but will never visit or recommend this place to anyone. My parents are locals and they will be sharing my experience so others do not have to deal with this business.

We were here a couple of years ago to have our vehicle detailed, it was a mess as we had just moved up here from the Atlanta area and since it is a CRV we hauled stuff up here and it was in need of a super cleaning. The employees were great and honest. They returned to us money that was loose in the cargo area. We are in the process of scheduling another detailing and having them check the vehicle over before I drive over 1,000 miles by myself. Better safe than sorry. Thank you for the great job y all did before.

My daughter took her car in to get the brakes checked. Was told they would call her when they got the tires off and knew what they were looking at. Two days later she calls to get an update. That's when she's told her car was fixed and the repairs where $700. They replaced the rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers.Here's where my experience comes in. My daughter cannot afford this repair. She was not given the courtesy of a phone call before or after the repairs where completed. She paid what she could and I payed the rest. When I asked why they didn't call a 19 year old girl before they did the repairs Bob said he didn't have time. But he and the lady that walked in during our conversation both had the time to get confrontational with me. A simple phone call would have avoided a lot of issues for several people.The repairs they did on the brakes are good. I do not have to worry about her brakes failing for a long time. However, as far as customer service goes, communication is important. Especially to locals who have other options.

Spending time in Blue Ridge this week and caught a screw while downtown. Stop by Blue Ridge Tire & Auto Repair to see if they could do anything for us. They were able to get us right In and repaired our tire quick. John was awesome and did great work!! Strongly recommend them if need anything tire/auto related. Top notch customer service.

Had an appointment to get my brakes done at 3pm today. I showed up at about 2:40. The doors were locked but there was someone at the counter. He looked at me then proceeded to ignore the fact that I was standing there. Did not attempt to say one moment or anything. Not sure if it was because I am a woman. Or if it had to do with me being AA. Either way I will NEVER go back. No matter how busy the other shops are. I would also NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely hate taking my car in for service. But this was by far the best experience I ve had. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. My car is running fantastic now! So thankful for Bobby and everyone at Blue Ridge Tire & Auto. Top notch establishment! Would highly recommend!!!

Headed on vacation with my besty and ended up with a flat tire. Found Blue Ridge Tire & Auto nearby. We were immediately welcomed by several nice employees who said they would take care of it right away for us. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes (at a very reasonable price), and Bobby was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this location for your auto needs!

I was amazed at how good my truck looked after them doing a complete detail. It s is right up there in the top 2 or 3 maybe first. Then I had them detail my boat. I m glad I had the truck detailed to because it would have looked nasty next to that flawless boat. Thanks guys I ll be back for sure. I think the son had started putting his brand in the store and it s a good one.

After getting jerked around by 2 other Tire shops in Ellijay stating they had a specific size tire I was looking for so come on down I realized that it was a scam to get me down there to upcharge me on tire brands. I finally found these guys up in Blue Ridge and They where straight up and put me and my family back on the road to head up to North Carolina in an hour! Hats of to Blue ridge tire and auto and as a shop manager down in Florida it was nice to see there are some real ppl making honest money and respect potential customers time and straight shooters! Thanks Guys!

We were on vacation from out of state and we had to have our vehicle towed to the shop. BR Tire and Auto was recommended to us by our rental office and Bobby ( the owner) was great to work with. I would recommend this garage to everyone.

Got a screw in my tire while on a road trip from Jacksonville, FL and found out as we pulled into Blue Ridge. Gave them a call and not only were the very nice and helpful, but they got me back on the road in no time. Would have been lost without them. Thanks, guys!

My family visited Morganton for vacation and somewhere along the way ran over a nail causing a slow leak in a tire. BRT&A squeezed us into their schedule, patched the tire and had us on our way in less than an hour. Very good group of people. Thank you!

I had a good experience when getting my Cabin Air Filter replaced in my Volkswagen, Jetta. No fuss, no hassle, and they were able to get the job done quickly. I would recommend Blue Ridge Tire & Auto.
