After waiting for AAA for over 4 hours who had not even found a tow service we decided to find our own. Bill was friendly and arrived quickly at his given time. The price was more than reasonable. With so many just not showing up, these people nail it! After finding a local garage to fix a coolant leak in my truck (don't even try dealership service departments in Blue Ridge... you'll never get in) I called Bill Jones. Two guys and a truck were there in minutes, carefully loaded my truck on a flatbed, and promptly delivered it to a local shop for me. In the middle of Blue Ridge's summer tourist season. They were friendly AND skilled. Thank you guys so much for turning what could have been a disaster into a speedbump.

I locked my keys in my van with my two dogs locked inside. I had the car running in auto start, but knew it would turn off in about 10 minutes. I called Bill Jones, answered immediately, and with divine intervention, he was right at my location. He showed up, unlocked my door in 30 seconds. The dogs were all good and his charge was very reasonable. And the most friendliest person helping to calm a very stressed situation down. Thank you so very much for helping me out!!

Locked the keys in the car and needed some help so I called Mr. Jones wrecking service. He was there within 10 minutes and was very courteous and polite. He had the doors open in a matter of minutes. He was also the cheapest I had found. Will definitely use his service if ever needed again. Would recommend to everyone.

Fast response. My sister and mother came to spend a week to celebrate our mother's 95th birthday. Locked key's in the car the first day. Thank you Bill for helping. The rate was good .

I have roadside assistance and Bill Jones wrecker service was available. I needed a jump. They were on time but their jump box was dead! Showed 0% on their jump box. The driver said he "charged it up last night" needless to say, still waiting on a reliable service to jump me off.

Don't know who just answered the phone but hanging up on me because you're "the second choice" is pretty immature and a good way to ensure you stay the second choice. Now I'm telling everyone I know to avoid you so you won't even be second. As*#ole.

Called and asked for a tow to grt my truck unstuck, they said "not in this weather, if your stuck your stuck" and then proceeded to hang up while i was asking if he had an idea when they would be able to do this..... Its sunny today. Im stuck half on road half on pavement.

Called for a customer, said they were on another call that it would be about an hour. Sounded good. Hour later? Nothing! No calls to say anything bout being late nor would answer the phone. Wont call again.
