We had a wonderful experience with purchasing our Jeep. Mark and Jason were amazing with their care and attentiveness towards us. They helped us over several days to find the right situation for our family and then went beyond to help us with every obstacle or turn of events that came up.We appreciate them both so much!We are enjoying our new JEEP!

Had a great experience at Bill Holt Chevrolet with Kevin Reece!!! I found an almost new Silverado that was decked out exactly the way I wanted it online. I called Kevin Reece because it sounded almost too good to be true, a 2021 with only 9400 miles. He assured me that it had been purchased at Bill Holt Chevrolet and was still in showroom condition. He held it for me till Saturday when I could make the 2 hour drive one way to purchase it. They prepared the paperwork and I wrote out a check for it, and I was on my way back home. Kevin and the staff were very pleasant and professional and they treat you like family. I have purchased quite a few cars and trucks over the past 40 years for my family and my business and this was the best buying experience that I ever had.

I can t say enough good about my experience at Bill Holt Chevrolet and especially my sales person, Steve Hammond. I found a truck online, but it was 350 miles away from where I live. I called Steve and the process was seamless, right up to someone driving the truck to my driveway. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Bill Holt and especially deal with Steve Hammond.

Great experience! The first dealership I shopped for a 3/4 ton pickup was Bill Holt of Blue Ridge. Kevin Reece showed me the inventory and informed me on available options. Not being biased towards a brand or dealership, I thanked Kevin and went on to shop the competition. Mind you, I've never owned a Chevrolet. The Chevrolet 2500 was an easy decision and Bill Holt/Kevin was the clear choice for the dealership. When the truck I wanted arrived, the closing paperwork was the easiest I've ever experienced. There were no surprises in numbers and no pressure to upsell extras I didn't want. The sales experience was great! I hope the service experience in the coming years are equally impressive.

I m from the metro Atlanta area. Moved to the north Georgia mountains 4 years ago. Absolutely the best experience of buying a new car I ve ever had! Thanks to everyone on staff at Bill Holt that help with my purchase of a.2024 3500 Chevy truck be a pleasure! After having a really nasty experience with Carvana I went to Bill Holt. What a marvelous car buying experience. They had the car I wanted at a really good price. I kept the money at home in Blue Ridge and vowed never to believe the Carvana ads. I'm happy being a local shopper

I have bought my last two vehicles with Bill Holt, and they are always respectful and very helpful. Our salesman was Ronald and he is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you. If you have any doubts, he didn't mind stepping away to give you time to think. I believe that is a great quality to have when being a salesman bc you feel valued and not rushed or pressured to buy anything just so he can make a sale. When we decided to go ahead with the sale, we were sent to Dewey, and he has always been amazing and makes you feel like you have known him your entire life. I just love the people here and how they make you feel like you're part of the family.

I go here because I like their level of professionalism and honesty. I have always taken my vehicles to dealerships because their mechanics are trained on the brand so I depend on that level of knowledge to keep my truck running and in safe condition.

I ve been buying and trading in cars for over 40 years. My wife and I trade in our vehicles every two to three years. This has been one of the best truck buying experiences ever!! Enoch, our salesman was very patient with my demands! I m very straightforward and he is a very professional young man! Dewy, the Finance Manager is definitely a Pro and we were out of there with our new truck in under an hour! Outstanding experience in every aspect!

We were in a really rough spot where our 1 year old Chevrolet Tahoe was unusable due to electronic issues and had to drive our family on a 12 hour trip home the next day. Needless to say, we were in a tough spot. We finally got it to be drivable and made our way to Bill Holt. Drew in service was able to diagnose our problem extraordinarily quickly and get us back on the road much quicker than I would have expected. As a business owner myself, I recognize a great culture and service mindset. Thank you, Bill Holt Chevrolet, but especially thank you, Drew for your amazing service.

Found the truck I wanted online and drive up there at the end of December. Not to look - to purchase the truck. I was there for over an hour on the lot and in the showroom. I asked the front desk for help and told her I would like to see in the truck and she said she would get someone for me. I asked a salesman later if he could show me the truck and he told me someone would be right with me. I gave up, drove to Andean Chevrolet where my second choice was and made the purchase. TWO stars instead of one because they had the best selection/inventory of trucks within 100 miles of my home. But that doesn't help if you can't buy one!

If you need a great vehicle at an affordable price, I would recommend Bill Holt Chevrolet. The staff and the service is great! Top Notch! There is no pressure to buy and with a large selection of vehicles to choose from..

I contacted Bill Holt Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I was working with a salesman name Dan. They were all set to sale me the vehicle until I told them I qualify for a GM discount. Then I was told that they are choosing now to sale me the car which sound like discrimination to me. So I asked why and was told we could get more money if we sold to someone who doesn t have a GM discount. Which is outrageous, one of the perks of working for GM is receiving a small dollar off and I shouldn t be penalized for building the cars they are selling. Horrible customer service and business practices. I definitely wouldn t recommend Bill Holt to anyone.

I worked with Enoch on a 2022 Chevrolet RST, while I was in Odessa Texas. He is very professional and genuinely cares about each person he works with. I work in the corporate office of a major oil drilling company and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, truck, or SUV. His professionalism is second to none. The finance Mgr is also very professional. I hope that you may find this experience I had will help you. My family has been a Bill Holt customer for a few years now(Canton, Ga in the past) Steve in sales has always done a super job and the financial rep went above & beyond to get me approved at a good interest rate....I had just got out of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in May 2023 and got approved for a new 2024 Equinox...I'm in no way happy about having to file bankruptcy but I am happy about Bill Holt Chevrolet trusting me and helping me to re-establish my credit. I highly recommend Bill Holt Chevrolet of Blue Ridge, GA.

Every service advisor and the parts department are stand people. Great price on tires. Fast and reliable service. No complaints here just very thankful for them.
