The standout was undoubtedly the gentleman with the distinguished beard, whose knowledge and helpfulness were unparalleled. He not only assisted me in finding the perfect auto parts but also went the extra mile by recommending a hose clamp tool that saved the day. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set this store apart.

I'm always very happy with the exemplary customer service and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. Most auto parts shops try to help but this place really puts in the effort. That combined with their knowledge in automotive mechanics for street and marine are superb.

One worker doesn t know to to operate the cash register and the other doesn t know how to install windshield wipers. Avoid!Edit/Update: Got home and found out that the worker switched the brand of windshield wiper on us. We brought the brand we like and trust to the register and when the person couldn't put it on, they came and got a new wiper and installed it without telling us they changed brands.

Always seems to be a group of young men hanging out at the register. Not only is this annoying and frustrating but when the good parking is taken by someone who's just hanging out and not even spending money here is ridiculous. Get out of the way and make some room for people who really have items to purchase and things to fix. They rarely have the items I need. I always try to go behind them to the O'Reilly first.

Wow.I had a bad episode with a person at this place. But if we stop an pray then call upper management. They went above my expectations an did more to help a little lady out. I'm truly thankful to John the district boss then to Ryan an many others that took care of me.. I've been a long time customer an always treat others with great respect. I decided to wait to do a review until now. Instead of being ugly an putting bad reveiws all.over social media... I waited until the big District boss contacted me an mercy he us a wonderful gentleman. I'm so thankful for him an helping out..GOD bless U John an please do give Ryan the manager job. He needs to be stable an stay with this store. It will bring back customers over an over... I thank U so much for calling me an helping me out.. This is what makes me come back to Advance Auto parts.. I'm very grateful....

They weren't able to help me in any way. Nor did they sell me anything. However they at least made a effort and I had to figure out on my own the problem was simply corroded battery cables . I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars. Yet I was more knowledgeable than they were. Its a good place to buy parts if you already know what you need.

Helpful people except I had to return a battery, and I lost my core deposit. I returned a new, unused battery that when I purchased- I left a core battery in place of paying $22 core price. Returned new unused battery, they no longer had my core, and did not offer me $22.

Always fast as possible friendly service here in the town of Ellijay! Hint: Look for red price tags on random items for markdowns and join rewards program for free and save more money on your next visit!

I went to advanced auto when my service engine soon light came on. I told the 2 gentlemen that were at the counter, they told me to go get an oil change without even looking at my car. I got the oil changed, light still on. Went back to advanced auto & the same worker was there. I told him the light was still on he then questioned me if I really knew what it said. I replied yes, it's 3 words he asked me again if I was sure. He then asked if I really got an oil change, showed receipt. Then he told me I needed a tune up/spark plugs. I informed him I did that about month or so ago. He then questioned where & if I was sure. He then called the mechanic to double check. The worker named Wade, I feel as though he belittled me, questioned my intelligence & the information I gave. I will not return to a store that allows their employees to talk down to women.

Great customer service! The guys were super helpful and kind. Unlike the employees at the Carrollton Ga, location where they are so rude, prejudice, and down right unfit to work around people.

Disappointed in the last experience. 11 month old motorcycle battery. Was told warranty was only 3 months. Makes no sense and the person helping could care less. Went to O'Reilly and bought. Longer warranty and a pleasure to work with.

Well they had the wax for rv and blue ridge ga. Went into home depot frist our mistake you know you are wrong about it you need to admit it and I am great auto store and very professional and helpful parking was a little bit cramped for my truck but not a big problem. Head up great location.

They charged me the full price on a sale item (10.00) but now days that's a lot of money if you're Disabled like me and I will never shop in there again, I think the two guys split the money between them after every body was gone witch would have been like 13.00 after taxes .

Very nice helpful people. Clearly one of the better stores. I like that when you walk in and say you want a specific part number, they don't spend 10 minutes asking what it's for and why you want it.
