They are amazing to work with. My vehicle has been in a couple of shops. Robbie found the main problem in less than 5 minutes. A hosa. A flipping hose. No one else saw it but they did. You need tires or repairs? These are your guys.

This review is not based on the mechanics work at all it is strictly for the Owner of this business. I have never dealt with a more rude and aggressive man in business dealings ever. My daughter s car has been in this shop twice to fix the same issue, yes the second fix was covered by a warranty. That does not excuse the rude and dismissive behavior of the owner, his excuse we are short handed and I m doing half the work of this receptionist! Excuse me sir as an Owner you do what you have to do! When I disagreed and called this man out on his disrespectful behavior , he hung up on me. I never raised my voice and never cursed at him.(Which is the only reasons to ever hang up on a paying customer) . I imagine the owners pockets are so full he doesn t need any of my family s business. The best lesson I was ever taught in the sales business went like this. If you make a customer happy they may tell 3 people in the next 2 weeks before they forget about the sale, but if you upset someone by treating them badly they will tell absolutely everyone they talk to for the next 2 weeks!

Regardless of what my wife and daughter say, here is my review of Strickland Automotive. I spoke with Robbie on multiple occasions. To be transparent, Krista is my wife, and Faith Beard is my daughter. I m giving an honest review of my services with Strickland. I have had service performed a few times now for a 2010 Mustang. It was in for coolant and overheating issue. They diagnosed it the first time as having a leak in the radiator. The 2nd time as having a faulty waterneck and thermostat. The car was repaired and sent on its way. A short time later the car overheated again. I advised my daughter to take it in again to find the issue. She brought the car in on a Friday close to closing of business. I was told by the receptionist on Tuesday or Wednesday that they could not find a leak. I, being well versed in the ford engine, told they them to warm up the car and check for a leak again. Sure enough they found a leak. They replaced the radiator again, because they found a pinhole leak and then found the already replaced waterneck leaking again. I understand parts come faulty from the manufacturer. No issues here. My only complaints is that their communication was lack luster. I, myself, had to call a few times to update the diagnosis, as well as my daughter. Then I received a call from the owner regarding my wife s conversation and review on google. Robbie thought that I would wrangle my wife in, maybe she was a stronger woman then he expected. She is her own person and responsible for her own being. I will not handle her or change her mind about anything. I am leaving this review from my experience, the owner of the vehicle, and I m being honest and fair.I suggested using a different repair facility in the future for my daughter solely on the communication factor, not of the actual repair. Several factors determine my patronage,communication being a large part of my particular importance.

I got stuck in a drive through when my transmission shifter cable brushing came loose. Two of their guys popped right over, checked it out, reattached it, and gave me the info to take it to the maker since it was a recall issue. Super nice, really knows their stuff. Amazing customer service.

My father was in hospice care at my house when my wife needed brakes all the way around. Strickland was very helpful throughout the whole process. Honest! That s the main thing. They didn t charge me a ridiculous fee for something minor like other auto shops! Made me aware of other issues with my vehicle without charging me. Thank you!!

Definitely a 10/10. I called and spoke with Mr. Robbie he told me to bring my car in the next day and he will get to it and he did just that. Got a call a few hours later it was ready to go. Thank you guys so much for the amazing customer service and job performed. Definitely will bring my baby back to you guys when she decides to act up again.

I had to change my review. My car showed undocumented and covered up damage from when it was in being worked. Despite the original less than stellar review, Robbie has been pouring over 4 months of security tapes to find out what has happened. This speaks volumes to me of their company values that I have never before seen in an automotive shop. Will definitely come back in the future (even if it takes 4 months to be repaired)Service: Engine repair
