Had a touch screen radio installed in my Jeep, they did a great job, Took about an hour and a half but they have good snacks and drinks in the waiting room. Highly recommend

I went to Rose Auto Accessories because I wanted to change my OEM running boards to the AMP power running boards on my 2017 F-150 Raptor. They gave me an appointment a few days ahead, and asked for a small deposit. I got there on the agreed day and time, and they were there ready for my truck to start the job. They told me that It d be about four hours, and when I went to pick up my truck, it was ready to go. The people at Rose are very professional, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I wouldn t hesitate to go to them again, and would recommend them to anyone in need of specialized work on there vehicle. This operation is second to none. I give them five stars, and two thumbs up.

If there were a zero, that's what I'd give. I got a stereo system put in my car and they didn't put half the stuff back on my car and when I ask where pieces of my door panels and dash were they said, "Oh sorry, must have dropped them in the shop." They got em and put them on but seriously? That's not all. Then my dash lights were out due to how they did the job and I told them it was their place to fix them, not mine!! They said, "were sorry that happened but there's nothing we can do and it will cost you 600 to get it fixed yourself." Pathetic experience with these guys. I'll NEVER go back to them and I contacted the management and after I gave him the info, he blocked me after seeing my fb review. Very unprofessional...

Needed replacement tow mirrors for my 96 Dodge Ram 2500. Rose Auto quickly located the mirrors and installed the mirrors. The staff was very friendly and professional. They have a large waiting room which makes the wait comfortable. I highly recommend Rose Auto Accessories.

Super experience really nice guys. I was in and out super fast, I had to replace an after market piece for my Van so I brought the part and they installed for me and I was really impressed very reasonable cost.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in today seems like a quality place with quality accessories right? Wrong I bought what I believed would be some nice led headlights 65 bucks out the door. No big deal for quality right? Wrong again get home decide to research the lights to see what I ve got and low and behold I have myself some double priced Amazon bulbs. If I wanted cheap made lights I would have ordered them from Amazon myself. Won t get me again with double priced junk

Very professional and knowledgeable crew here. Very easy to work with and they fit you with the best solution based on your wishes. I purchased an Undercover Ultra Flex bed cover and it is the best cover for my needs i have ever purchased. Kudos to Rose on directing me to this solution. Highly recommend. Good people and they carry top notch solutions.

I just had a putco tailgate light bar installed on my F150.The guys were awesome!They did a fantastic job and were very pleasant to deal with.I will definitely be using them for any future accessory work on my vehicles.

Roy and his team do an exceptional job with their work. I have always been happy with the work that they have done. Always a reasonable price. If you have a budget in mind they will give you the best they have for your budget.I've been using this business for the last 10 years on three different vehicles for my car stereo accessories.

These guys are awesome I needed help with some parts and questions about my stereo install which my wife got me online so not from them they could of told me to take home and id understand but they were great pulled up a diagram got me the fitting kit I needed and extension cable for my reverse camera! Def going back for a bed liner soon great price and quality!

Went in to get estimate on spray in bed liner for my new pickup. Waited 10 minutes. Two guys talking to same customer, other guy tapping on computer, but not on phone. I was never even acknowledged. Guess they have all the business they need. I m taking my business elsewhere.

First time going to Rose and definitely going back again. Had them replace headlight assembly on 2007 Xterra and upgrade to LED lights. Fast and friendly service that won't break the bank!

Get bids from other companies. We feel we ended up with poor quality sound, which was probably us not knowing what to order, but relied on them. Several of the products overpriced. Labor high in comparison to others, I called after the fact. Nice people, but not satisfied with the install.

Rose s installed a baseplate for RV towing on my Kia Soul. The finished installation looked like it was factory original. The price was reasonable considering the work involved. Need some customization done on your ride, go to Rose s.

Had an awesome experience getting a bed liner from them. I was thinking of buying a LineX and going further but opted to go with them because they are so close. Glad I did! I like the liner quality and texture far better than LineX plus their install job was first class. Put in a brand new truck and will definitely go to them in future. Good folks!

I'm a single woman and I went to this place to have my Onstar removed / (safety issue.) I had an apt., and they were RIGHT ON schedule. Often, automotive shops gouge women on prices thinking that we dont know about these things. But the mgr - Brandon was : courteous, professional and fair on the price. Thanks Rose Auto ! - I'm telling all of my friends and I look forward to doing buisness with y'all again

25% restocking fees if you decide the work is not what is best for your car. They do not verbally tell you, but indicate there are signs all over the store.
