The battery in my key fobs needed to be replaced. I went to a competitor and they couldn t do it; they said go back to the dealership. I went across the street to O Reilly and both fobs were fixed, tested and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Great customer service - friendly and professional- well done!

Always had great service at this location but went in yesterday to purchase a gallon of RV Antifreeze and could not get anybody to check me out at the front register.Associates were just sitting there and the store manager could not be bothered.Disappointing, many other local choices.

So you can get car parts here. But that's the extent of things I can say about this place that's good. There is always a wait, they never answer the phone, and I'm pretty sure everyone who works there doesn't know anything about cars. It's either that or they just don't really want to help you. My husband was an assistant manager at an O'Reilly's back in Minnesota. Every time he walks in there, it takes forever for him to come back out. When I ask what happened, it's normally a long story that involves something ridiculous. So... Yeah you can get stuff there. Good luck with that.

My battery went dead in Blairsville today. I was 25 miles from home and didn't have my toolbox in my truck . Called the O'REILLY'S store and they had a match. On my way to the store the person that I talked to on the phone notified me that it was against their policy to help me change the battery. They said I would have to take it and have it installed by a professional. Just loosen 2 nuts, slide the connector's on the posts and tighten? Really? WeekWalmart

I was returning a loan a tool for my BF. I lost the reciept . Older gentlemen was a little frustrated when I explained the situation! This was like a $100 refund that I wasn't sure I was gonna get back at this point. But kudos to the employee who did some computer digging & came thru!

These guys came in clutch...pun intended. I drive through north Georgia once or twice a year, and this time, one of my brand-new windshield wipers tore up; it bent up and twisted and was ruined. Turns out the workers at the oil change place improperly installed one of them just three days prior. I saw that O'Reilly was the nearest place that could help me, so I pulled in. I was met immediately by an employee who went right to work finding a replacement wiper and installing it (correctly!). I noticed that other employees were helping other customers and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly. While there, I just happened to find out the manager on duty is originally from right where I live and work in north central Florida! Small world! Thanks, everybody, at the Blairesville O'Reilly for the help.

I recently referred a friend to O'Reilly's when her car battery died. I've been using them for years now and have always had excellent, friendly service. I'm never overlooked when there are male customers waiting either. Everyone is treated with the same friendly service. My friend has very happ with their service and even got her military discount. I have been a customer there for many years and recently started working there. In both capacities it is a great business. The emphasis is on customer service and they treat their employees well. I highly recommend it.

Out of town, either bad battery or alternator. The assistant manager, Ed, without hesitation, came out and checked both. Turned out to be the battery. It's a hot, balmy 87 degree day, who knows what it is under the hood, but he was still very courteous, and professional, as well as very knowledgeable. It's individuals such as him that set O'Reilly Auto Parts apart from the others.
