I had a terrible experience with a dealership that charged 600 dollars for a "severely cracked metal oil pan" for a car under warranty. They claimed that an oil change from Walmart automotive was the cause. Luckily, my father thought to ask to have the part returned to us. We examined it and there were no cracks to be seen. I contested the amount on my credit card, but the credit card company wouldn't open the case unless the part could be inspected by a certified mechanic who would attest to the state.I brought it to Walmart - they agreed, no cracks and no leaks but they refused to write a letter, an email or even speak to the case investigator because it was against Walmart's policy.So I called Nunn's automotive and spoke to Scott. As many of the reviews mention, he's very honest. He agreed to inspect the part and write the letter. I could tell he was extremely busy, yet he made time to test that the oil pan did not leak and to write up his notes on the very same day. He wouldn't accept payment for doing this even though it took up his time. I'm just really impressed with his willingness to help out with no gain for himself - that sort of character trait seems rare in people these days.

Scott and his team do good work. This shop is kept very clean and orderly. They replaced my front brakes, rotors and pads. The cost was in line with other shops. I will be back when I need their services. I highly recommend this shop.

I pulled up at 4:30 on a Friday to see if I could get my tire looked at for a possible leak. I showed up so late because another place in town aHad told me to come back after 4 but when I did, they were closed. I am supposed to drive to Atlanta tomorrow and reqlly needed it looked at. They were done taking appointments to clean the shop but Scott and his team were incredibly gracious to help me. He found it, plugged it got me on my way in about 25 minutes. Stopped in without an appointment. They were pretty busy and couldn't service my vehicle as quickly as I needed, but they referred me to someone close by that could. So though I can't provide a review on their service work, I can on their customer service. I appreciated their help finding someone that could service me quickly. I think that in itself is worthy of a positive review.

I called Nunn's automotive to get a price for a front end alignment for a friend. They did a great job. Price was not outrageous. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your vehicle.
