We had Hooties come to our house to tint 2 large trapezoid windows that are 21 feet off the floor. We had previously used them to tint windows on a couple of our vehicles and they did excellent work. This residential window tinting was new to us. They assured us multiple times that if there was ever an issue there was a lifetime guarantee and we only needed to call them. The day after they were at our house was a sunny day and when the sun hit the windows I was shocked. They had left the windows a mess with squeegee drips all down both windows and what looked like air bubbles on the left window. We called them and the owner came out and said that the workers had forgotten the window cleaner the day they put the tint on and had no way to clean the windows. I was in disbelief that they thought it was ok to leave our windows in that condition. We do not own the type of ladder needed to get up there and clean the windows. The owner proceeded to go up and clean the windows and we thanked him. The next sunny day when the sun once again hit the windows it was obvious that there was a problem with something under the film on the right window and the air bubbles were still on the left window so we called them again. When they came out it was the same guys who did the original install and they proceeded to bring their ladder in. They never had any intention of fixing the issue. We were very rudely informed that they were going to remove the tint film from our windows and refund our money as it was obvious that they were not going to be able to satisfy us. They never even tried to correct the problem. I asked the person why they thought it was ok to leave the windows in the condition they did when they did the original install but he would not answer my question. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will they ever get our business againI am editing my review to add pictures of how our windows looked when Hooties employees removed the tint from our windows. I see Mr. Barnes apology but even though they refunded all our money it does not make up for the condition our windows are now in. We had a professional window cleaning come out to clean them which took almost 2 hours for them to complete. Now even though the windows are clean they are all scratched up from repeatedly being scraped on when they were removing the tint.

Best place around, they can get it done! Extremely fast windshield replacement too been going here 10 years + all vehicles and equipment tinted here too many to list, and only amazing results. Someone you can trust with expensive meticulously maintained vehicles or houses.

Hooties tinted the windows in my wife s new Lexus. They did an outstanding job showing us the options in tint and installing ours cleanly and quickly. I was impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. Many tint shops are ummm, a little shady but not Hooties, where they get it right! Thanks Jade, Hoodie, and team!

They are very professional at what they do and very accurate of knowing how to tint and the staff know there business I was very impressed of how much the two women was very experienced of telling you the rite tint to put on. I plan for another trip to get more tinting. I would recommend hooties tinting to anyone

My experience with Bret and the crew has always been perfect. This is my fourth car within a year taken to Hootie's for a tint job and i never regret it. Don't get discouraged if you have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment . It is worth it!

Being the best window tint shop around, be sure you make an appointment because they stay booked. Well worth the wait, my truck turned out great and stays much cooler! Everyone was very friendly.

I had my new Chevy Colorado Z71 windows done a few weeks ago and they were so friendly and professional!My truck looked great!!!!! Until someone ran a red light and wrecked it.100% total loss.Fast forward 2 weeks later I found a new truck in Atlanta, 2hrs away.I went down to pick it up and on the way home decided to stop in and schedule my new truck, 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 for new tint all around like I had done with my wrecked truck.They were so nice and genuinely sad for me.Instead of scheduling me they squeezed me in on the spot so I could take my new truck home with full tint!!!What a great company with really wonderful people.I highly recommend Hooties window tinting for you vehicles, homes or office.They do spectacular work at fair prices.Greg Charles5/25/2023Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

I am super happy with my tint job on my Wrangler. My husband took my vehicle for me, and he was so impressed that he s taking his new truck (that he originally didn t want tinted) in next week to be done. I ll soon be back for my daily driver to be tinted as well!

I took my Mini Cooper in for the windows to be tinted. They were great the staff was very friendly and got the job done very quickly. Love having the windows tinted the car is so much cooler now. I would highly recommend Hooties Window Tint to any one. Great job guys

First off let me say that the people here are outstanding. Businesses like this are the definition of local small business.I ve drove over an hour two different times to have each of my cars tinted. The quality is amazing, the product is amazing and both times I have went I ve gotten more then I paid for because he cares about the quality of his product and his clients happiness overall.I would drive 10 hours if I had too, I couldn t be more happy and thankful with our cars.

My parents brought their new (to them) Cadillac in yesterday when the window tint caused a failed inspection. Hootie s not only got them in quickly but removed the tinting and residue. They also remembered them from a previous vehicle they had worked on.

These people are salt of the earth kind of folks. There outstanding customer service is far and above what you'll find now adays and will make you wish that you could give them more work to do.I don't believe I can say enough good things here so I'll finish with this, it's places and people like this that makes you want more small business's to flourish and get away from large chains.Great job HOOTIES, Bravo Zulu

Called to get an estimate on a replacement windshield for my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they quoted me a $600 price. What a rip off. Will never recommend them for any work.

Great service! I explained my window tint needs, made an appointment that worked for me, dropped my truck off, and picked it up later that day. It's obvious my vehicle was well taken care of, and my dash and door panels were even wiped down.
