They were Rude on the phone, told me over and over they would not help me with my car. Everything I needed done was pretty easy. Not sure why the guy on the phone was so unwilling to work on my car? I had cash in hand ready, and I was polite, wish they had better customer service, will not be spending any money with a business who is rude to customers. And I ll be telling all my family and friends in the area about my experience. Hope y all have the day you deserve

Took my older vehicle for a quote to see if it was worth fixing up. To my surprise i was charged a little over $200 for this "quote". After i was showed the sign for diagnostic charging, which is conveniently located underneath the credit card scanner. When I questioned the charge, I was told "we dont work for free". I guess ill just be working on this old rust bucket myself.

Great service and isn't overpriced. Super fast service and a toy area for kids. I recommend them over several others locally. I went to several with my Terrain before I sold it.

Myself and family left this morning for vacation. After driving about an hour the wheel bearing on my truck went out. We just popped in on these folks and they took care of us quickly, done right and very reasonable. Shop is super clean.....if you need any auto repairs, come to this family owned business, A+ Folks!

Great service and an amazing staff from the counter to the mechanics! They treat customers like friends rather than just a dollar sign. I highly recommend going to them if you need a mechanic! I've taken both my truck and car to them as has my sister. They've got my business for as long as they are in town!

Super nice folks and were highly recommended. Charged me for diagnosis even though they couldn t figure anything out. I asked for them to replace the plugs and they refused unless I used the brand they wanted. Mr. Tanner is a trustworthy, fair mechanic. My husband I have trusted him with our vehicles a few years now and have always been pleased. His staff is very professional and friendly as well. I would highly recommend him.

Friday I called to get a quote for them to vacuum and fill the ac lines on my truck. Also to have them look at why the air blows out of the front vents and defrost at the same time. The guy told me they could do it for $95 I could bring it in Tuesday and it would be done same day. Called Tuesday evening and they said it would be Wednesday, called Wednesday and they said it would be Thursday. Today they told me that I needed a new compressor dryer and orfice tube I told them the compressor was new and that I had the dryer and orfice tube at home. They said they could do it all for 320. They call me back and say that there s metal in the lines so putting the new parts wouldn t do any good. But they would make sure the lines were charged so the ac would at least be cold and the new total was 170. I get there to pick my truck up and they didn t bother to charge the system so I feel like that was 180 down the drain.(yes I still tipped $10) I m sure they are good people but they didn t even do everything they said they would.
