I have heard great things about this used car lot. But, looking on their website at the vehicles. There isn t no pricing or info on vehicles. Not a very good website. I would hate to drive for over an hour and not get what I want. Lazy website, tends to be a lazy business.

First of all I think that 1 star is one to many for this place. We previously had bought 2 vehicles from here and had great service and cars so naturally we would come back. This time we dealt with Janice she was nice and sold us a 2012 Chevy Cruise. After signing the papers and making her sale she was not nice anymore!! We had to wait three days to take possession of the vehicle because it had to go straight into the shop for a new sensor. Then the windshield needed replaced. She made us an appointment for a Wednesday. After arriving at the windshield repair shop we were informed there was no appointment made for us. After making an appointment ourself and a second trip to Pierce county we finally got the windshield replaced. About a week later we noticed a big puddle of oil on our driveway. We checked the oil and it was bone dry, we had to add 3 quarts of oil to get us back to pierce county for a third trip and it was put in the shop to be repaired. We then requested reimbursement for all the trips made back and forth and for the oil we had to put in just to get us back to Pierce county. It was a night mare dealing with Janice . That heffer was rude and made no attempt to help make this situation right, if anything she made it worse with her nasty attitude and making rude remarks about me acting like my mother because I wouldn't let them try and scam me. After all the arguing we finally got oil reimbursement back but not gas. I told her I was going to write a bad Google review and she said she didn't care. If we have anymore problems with this car we will file a lemon law on it. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

We would like to thank the people there at Pierce county Auto for all the great work and dedication they did for helping us get us a better car we are very happy and very satisfied with the car and the people that helped us thank you all very much for all your hard work
