Wow this was an incredible experience. I got a 2 post lift for my personal shop and was so impressed with everyone (Mike with sales, Donna for scheduling and Kyle along with his crew for the install). Everyone was super professional, on time, and great pricing. I will certainly be using them again for any future lift purchase and services!

We hired Mike and his company to installed 9 lifts for us. All of 9 of the lifts were installed incorrectly by not following instructions, and all of them were assembled differently as well. Every single one. They must have completely made it up as they went, again clearly without following the detailed instructions designed by engineers. Hardware were in the wrong places, cables and hydraulics routed incorrectly, you name it. They also damaged a customer car testing their lift allowing the safety stop bar to fall and damage the roof. They then tried to put a lien on the building and use their lawyer muscle to get payment, when we were kind and patient in attempting to give them a clear punch list of items to fix so we would have properly installed and safe lifts. We ended up having to hire a second vendor to complete the job, and nearly pay double. Note, this company is not inexpensive either and we paid full rate for their "work" and what is fair in the market. Such a shame that I accidentally got involved with this predatory vendor. Buyer beware.

The quick response and attention to detail is off the charts. In the automotive industry, it is crucial that service and repairs are completed quickly and efficiently. Great Experience and Customer Service. Top Notch!When I started a ground up automotive shop in Duluth, GA. I contacted Mike Korom from American Automotive Equipment. From the planning stages to final completion of my equipment, the process was flawless. Mike designed the perfect solution for my 6 bay repair shop. I purchased 5 Rotary Lifts and a four post Hunter wheel alignment rack with computerized wheel alignment. In addition to this equipment I also purchased various shop machines such as brake lathe, a/c machines, wheel balancer and tire machine just to mention a few. Mike was professional, attentive to detail and provided on time delivery of my equipment. Thanks to Mike, I have one of the best looking and most functional shops in Duluth. I can highly recommend his services. Top name brands, high quality service. You will not be disappointed with American Automotive Equipment!

I purchased a very nice motorcycle ATV lift from Mike and his son. Love the lift and the price was right. I ve since referred them to at least 6 customers of mine who are purchasing lifts to stack cars in their garage.Very professional people and helpful too, I highly recommend this company.
