Had an impromptu visit as I was passing through the town on my way back from a shoot with a tire rapidly deflating. I picked up fix-a-flat and a tire plug kit and was on my way in no time. The staff was kind and helpful. They even let me wash up after I was done. My only disappointment was the price they charged for the Fix-a-flat - twice as much as most places I have seen it.

Good quick friendly service. We had to make an emergency purchase of a 10 ton hydraulic bottle jack for a day outage at the local OSB mill. They answered the phone, knew their products, gave adequate details on the phone, and it allowed me to call, pick up, and get back to the job quickly. The price was very good too.

Chris was extremely helpful in choosing a fuel pump. I also talked with him the next day about questions I had, and he was just as helpful then.

I work at a different branch, went to pick up a part for a customer. There was miscommunication between the employees at that store and that frustration was expressed to me. I had nothing to do with that situation.
