Today, Zach came out and worked on my 2016 Toyota Avalon. He was timely and prompt and was very knowledgeable regarding my vehicle. There were issues we thought my car had, but upon evaluation, Zach gave us an honest opinion, thus saving us money. He was very reasonable with pricing and professional during the whole experience. Had a coolant leak. He welcomed me to his place on his day off... he drove to get the part and had us up n running for the rest of our trip. Felt at home, very hospitable and super friendly. Can honestly say if we lived in the area i would want to be a repeat customer and a friend. Cheers for getting our family back on the road safely.

The starter on my truck went bad while I was parked at the "Flying J" near Atlanta, GA and I couldn't start the engine. I started googling an auto mechanic closer to my location so that he could order the part, bring it to me and replace the part on the spot. I made an appointment for the morning. Mechanic arrived on time. Everything was very quickly and efficiently!I recommend this service!

He showed up and was very professional, on time, and worked quickly to get the issues resolved. He checked multiple things on my Jaguar and fixed all of the things that was causing the root problem. My alternator went out and he changed it, recharged my battery, fixed the wire that was draining the alternator, put my under shield back on, and tested the car properly. I ve been using this master mechanic for a long while now. He s my go to for ANYTHING! Extremely fair pricing , made me leave a GiftCard tip because of the amount the dealership was charging compared to Mr Zack. My experience with Sons of Thunder Mobile Mechanics was EXCEPTIONAL!!! From my initial contact until he arrived at my home was great! Found SOT on Google and I can t say more about the service, knowledge and timeliness. Had a Chevy Cruz that was running hot, shop quoted $700 worth of radiator work and Brandon came out, found something completely different and did the work for half the price. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Sons of Thunder enough. My car was having issues starting and eventually it got to a point where it would not start at all. I really did not want to pay for the cost of a tow, so I decided to try out a mobile mechanic service. Turned out to be a great decision. Brandon quickly responded to my call and we worked out a time for him to check on the car. It turned out that my repair was going to be a bit more complicated than initially thought. Brandon was professional the entire way, and explained all my options thoroughly. This was my best experience with a mechanic by far. He does honest work, and will be my go-to for any automotive issues in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Grand Rising Brandon, my brakes are working really good they stop on a dime!!! I apply very little pressure to stop now. Very professional service and great prices!!! I have used this black owned company for some years now. Very very good mechanic and they are mobile they will come to you. Sons of thunder automotive is reliable and gets the job done. Good mechanics are hard to come by trust me this company is good.

Had a freeze plug that needed replacing and, after calling another mobile mechanic on Monday, I was given the runaround by him until Thursday when I called Sons of Thunder. Brandon immediately set up an appointment for the next day and communicated with me between his jobs for a seamless experience. Once he did the work on my car, he recommended a helpful product for a separate issue and gave me helpful tips for future reference. Great work and would call again if needed, highly recommended. Great for females who are weary of mechanics.

I absolutely love Sons of Thunder! I've had my car fixed by Brandon on 2 separate occasions, and Brandon is always honest, reliable, and trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable concerning his craft and is very helpful when it comes to answering any questions that I may have. I needed to have a light bulb replaced in my car and all the videos that I had seen on how to replace it was having to go behind the wheel well panel. I didn't want to take it to the dealership because the cost for that would have been steep. I looked up mobile mechanics and this company kept popping up and all the reviews were 4stars and up. I sent a text, told him my issue and he set a time for the work to be done. The owner of this company is very professional and just a great person to talk to. He installed my bulb and gave me some helpful tips and I couldn't have been any happier with the service , price or the experience. Sons of thunder replaced my front brakes, front rotors, and rear brake shoes for a very reasonable price. For someone who does not know much about cars, it is great to find a company you can trust. They re understanding and were patient with me when I bought the wrong part. When they found out my rear brake drones did not need to be replaced, they gave the parts back to me for me to return instead of using it as something to charge me for. Having the ability to have your car worked on from the comfort of your home in the matter of a few hours is such a luxury and to do it at their prices is fantastic. I highly reccomend.

I spoke with Brandon and thought he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I was happy to finally find someone to fix my car and the fact that it was black owned (I assume but I could be wrong) was a plus. After our call he requested that I text him my home information which I did. I called back the next day to try to set up a day for him to look at my car, he sent me to voicemail and request that I texted him. I have texted him several times with no replies or callbacks from him. This was not a great first experience for me. I hope future customers do not have to experience the same. I m willing to work with this company just not with Brandon. It was blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. Please be advised that I have receipts to prove everything in this review.

What I love about Sons of Thunder is that they are professional, knowledgeable and affordable. They have years of experience (which shows) and will not just throw an issue at you with an expensive price tag attached just to get money (especially if you're a woman). They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with whatever you need and that you are safe on the road. I got my brakes serviced today as well an oil change. You can't beat the prices, they were very reasonable! Great mechanic and very knowledgeable! He is very organized and not all over the place. Brandon came out to my home this morning and replaced the starter in my sons truck it s a 99 Ford F-150 he knows these trucks inside and out and gave me lots of tips and advice after he changed out the starter his prices are extremely reasonable and just a nice guy all around.. it was a pleasure having him come out.. So happy I found this company. I sent a message about my rear brakes and was contacted the same day. Having negative experiences before with mechanics taking advantage of me I was unsure. I can't describe how satisfied I am! The mechanic came out of his way to take a look at my car, and he got it running just in time for me to make it home for Christmas. He was very knowledgeable and professional and offered advice on preventative maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend Sons of Thunder! Will be scheduling a tune up with them soon!Pricing is VERY reasonable. He could have charged me an arm and a leg but didn't.

Sons of Thunder did a wonderful job on my Lawncare Truck. Came out the next day, and put a thermostat, fan clutch, and put a new Rotors on for a very very reasonable price. Extremely nice, and honest mechanic. If you need your car or truck worked on by a real mechanic, you better call this company right now. Came right to my hotel room and fixed me up. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding job, very reasonable price, knowledgeable mechanic, patient, gets the work done without a doubt, keeps you inform, professional, came ready and prepared to work.. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be using him again. IF I could give him 10 stars I would. Same day work, called him told him the issues I was having with my car advised me what parts I needed. I went to purchase the parts from Pep Boys (DO NOT GO THERE) ended up purchasing the wrong part, he was patient enough went and got all the right parts, reimbursed him and he finished the job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

Brandon is amazing. I was told by many of people that my altenator was out and even bought a new one to put in. After Brandon came to take a look he within mounted determined it wasn't my altenator. With a few adjustments hrs had my car running like new and saved me over 200 dollars. This man is honest, courteous, professional and good at his profession. I will only trust our vehicles to sons of thunder.

Zack has my car running like new! Was very punctual, courteous and fair about his pricing. Came out when he said he would and actually ended up quicker and cheaper than he estimated! This is my new go-to mobile repairman.
