If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! My Pearl was acting really strange and barely would move once you put her into drive. I called Dans after a referral from our friend , and I couldn t be more pleased. The service was fast too fast because I was enjoying driving my husband s truck! We dropped Pearl off around 8:30pm and I received a phone call at 10:00 am the next day explaining why Pearl wasn t pearling also Thanks to Dan s brother as well for getting Pearl right.

I found Dan s Automotive through a Jasper Engine web page. Did not know anything about this business, but decided to take a gamble for them replacing the engine in my Suburban .. I'm a little confused on this one. Called because I wanted exhaust ran on my 87 k20 rock crawler and I was told they cannot do my exhaust without installing or already having catalytic converters?? This truck is way past the emissions era and is an offroad truck. I'll be taking it somewhere else I guess.

I live in Atlanta but have family in Barnesville. I bring my car to Dan's every time it needs service. The folks here are trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They do what needs to be done and shoot it to you straight. Great service all around.

You might not expect this in a small rural town, but Dan's Automotive is one of the best shops I have seen anywhere...big city or small town. The workers are professional and the work is quality and careful.The charges are honest.

They milked my grandad for almost everything he had a American Express card on file my grandad put my 93 probe in just for a clutch job ended up rewiring the whole car which they didn't do right you had to flip the lights off and on just to turn the radiator fan off after parking the car than they tried returning the car without a battery no communication skills at all stay far clear of this place!!!!! If I could give no starts I would......

This place is a complete rip-off,I took my 2008 Nissan Quest to buy a radiator Ms.Dan the calculator of the shop came up with a price of 660.00 not only was she nasty her husband as well likes to rip you off by claiming to fix things not asked for this was a horrible experience I asked for my keys I had to pay 40.00 to get them because I didn t want their services shops like these need to just close down you have a hateful woman giving you these ridiculous prices as if she would pay that to have her car repaired Dan s Auto Repair I hope you got rich off my forty dollars you lose more than you gain being greedy
