I went in to get an oil change at 6:45pm & there was a car ahead of us. The Walmart employees in the service department were extremely nice! They worked overtime & changed my oil. I give Walmart Service Center 5 stars & I do recommend them

Getting better, last year I came here and it wasn't great customer service at all. But, now they're significantly better! Great job folks!

Awful experience. My online order of 4 tires was canceled but item showed in-stock online. Called the auto care center at least 15 times to see if they had at least one tire so I can replace the worse tire on my vehicle and order the other 3 later. No one answered; however, when someone answered the phone went straight to hold status.Next morning, called several times again with no one answered. Got a better deal with Tire Kingdom.

Went to auto center for oil change and tire rotation. 4 employees at doc none greeted me or asked what I needed. I backed up and parked in a spot to seek service inside as I seen 2 employees. Upon going inside I noted the woman was the manager she asked what I needed and why I didn't tell the people outside since she could see some tending to one vehicle at the time she lifted her head. So I went outside to pull vehicle to the bay to which the employee stated if I was in such a rush there are other choices to get my car serviced in town. Poor service, poor attitudes, I will not be back.

Horrible they are not open and available at 7am. The staff just arrives after 7. Then you have to stand over them and double check they put the right amount of fluids in your vehicle because they will short you. Serviced my vehicle here before and immediately after my car stated out of fluids so grateful it did not lock-up on me. Would not recommend even in the desperate of situations

On 1/4/20, I got there at 6:45 for an oil chanGe. At 8 AM, some Walmart employee came and said no one was there to do oil changes.I left and went to Super Lube. I will be going there for now on. They were fast, friendly, and checked levels in front of you. I was done in 15 minutes.

DATES OF SERVICE 8/7/19 & 8/8/19both days the gentlemen were wonderful! the service was friendly and faster than my shopping! my little car rides like a dream. keep up the good work Bainbridge Wal-Mart auto center!

Over 3 hours to get a nail removed and tire patched on a slow Sunday. Plus, a 20 minute wait because the paperwork to release the vehicle wasn't filed and the tech was on his break. Presumably, nobody else working could file the paperwork.

I called to check if I took my car over there to have a tire patched if they could do it tonight... the girl said yes.... I drove all the way over here for the guy to tell me he wasn t doing anything to my tire tonight that he was done..... if they had of fixed it 2 weeks ago when I originally brought it wouldn t be so bad but they claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire that the weather was what was causing it to go flat

1 & 1/2 hrs inside shopping was supposed to be getting the usual rotation and balance That I paid for when I bought my 5th set of tires from Walmart. so I check out to look and see my car parked where I left it and all the employees "6" btw standing around talking not doing a damn thang so I gladly loaded my stuff up and left

I went to have new tires put on my car and they did an excellent job. The customer service was very good as well!

Horrible sitting on side of road now do not and I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle to these people they will come up with every excuse possible to not take the blame. I had a great truck until I had my oil changed there .

When you call the Bainbridge TLE center for price quotes on tires they either don't answer or they put the phone on the counter and ignore your call.... thanks a lot guys

When i need tires or a battery I always think of Wal-Mart first. The people are friendly and helpful. Thank you and enjoy your day.

Called the day before and they told me they opened at 7am so I waited there for over an hour and they still wasn't opened so I took my business elsewhere.

They are super slow everyone walking around talking and nobody working... definitely will not return nor recommend.....sadAnd they charged $10 more than they originally said
