Always where I go to get my dogs food. Great environment. Great people. Friendly environment. Southern love today there was a great foundation raising money for L.E.A.D law enforcement against drugs. Very friendly man. He is very passionate about his cause.

Good store. I like to support local usually but when you need feed or supplies at night or on Sunday it does the trick. Beware they often close at 8 pm so check ahead for hours. Of course since you are on Google you can see that.

This store will go out of the way to satisfy customers. Thank you to the Manager and Holly. I bought a shed in a box from Albany. Forklift had torn box. Got it home and it had a tear in the canvas. I took it to Bainbridge GA and Manager replaced it with the bigger one at same cost, because they didn't have the one I bought. Manager said first one should have been discounted off the top.Returned a weed eater that cord wasn't attached. My experience today was top shelf. Thank you again.THIS IS MY ONLY TSC STORE ILL SHOP AT FROM NOW ON.THANK YOU AGAINJames and Shelley Bergman

Took several propane bottles to store at 8:15 AM to have filled. Was told there would be anyone available until 2:30 to fill the tanks. If you are going to run a store offering certain service/products, you should provide the support staff during business hour's to get the job done! On top of that every time I visit this story items I'm looking for are most of the time not in stock. I don't know how this place stays in business!

Went to buy a or of boots today. The entire boot section was almost empty and what was there was disorganized. Seems like the boot section would be profitable as high as boots are now but I was never asked if I needed any help finally I gave up on my search.

One thing I like about Tractor Supply is the fact that no matter which location you're at, the layout is pretty much the same. It sure makes it easy to get in and out quick. They almost always have what I need and prices usually don't seem too bad. Staff has been helpful at every location where I've needed assistance.

The customer service has improved a lot. There are now several very friendly and knowledgeable people. I was helped out with some pet food by a man named Brian and over with the chainsaws Brian got a guy named Travis to help me with that I will definitely be going back for the knowledge and customer service. I'm sure there are more people that have been helping everybody out but those are the two that stood out for me. Thank you employees of Tractor Supply

Like an any place there is good and bad.The prices really good on some stuff. Really bad on some stuff and about average on the rest. I like the cozy atmosphere. Most of the employees who i have encountered have been friendly and as helpful as possible. However I believe they might be short staffed and it hurts the service. The few staff that are there are steppin and fetchin..., running around like chickens with their heads cut off.The wasn't busy but the staff were and it left some of the customers in the lurch.It's still a good store they just need to pick up some help. If its a budget thing then corporate needs to open up the purse strings a little. Because its it's only going to snowball from here.

The last several times I have been in the store it seems disorganized. It has been dirty. The past 3 times I have not even been able to push my cart due to debris on the floor. I had to wait way too long for service even after I asked for help it took forever for someone to finally come. Another time my husband sent me in to pick up some things for him. No one was able to answer my questions and I went home with the wrong thing. The staff is friendly and seems willing. It just seems like maybe they lack direction and organization.

I have all my yard tools from them lawn mowers etc. Never had a problem with them.have a trailer .went on sale within 30 days after I bought it they gave me .little over 200 dollars backStore policy. They are cheaper than home depot n Lowe's. I also get my chicken, bird feed there

Wonderful store. I found just what I was looking for . I thought I would need to order online and was surprised at the vast selection here. Everything was well merchandised. The atmosphere was so friendly. The prices were good and they had so many garden and animal supplies. I will sure be shopping here often.

love this place. great selection of western plaid shirts. lots of fun to check their holiday section out. friendly workers. just wish they had the Montana Siversmiths stuff like other stores.

I had to pick up livestock feed and mineral blocks last week. I've had spinal surgery recently, and cannot lift the feed. There was a young man there named Trajen who was so kind and courteous while remaining totally professional. The five star rating is for him!!!! Before he started working there, I dreaded having to pick up feed. For the last few months, the service has been very substandard. I hope Tragen continues to work there in the Bainbridge store. He is truly an asset.

Wasn't too happy went to tractor supply to get three roles of five foot chicken wire. And I wasn't shocked but very disappointed they where completely out. And not sure when they would get more. Big thumbs up guys. Maybe next season will be better

Normally when I go to Tractor Supply staff is friendly & will go out of their way to serve you...Went today they have an employee that is SORRY!! Derrick...The other cashier was having issue with on customer @ cash register during check out... Derrick is standing mid way of store talking on speaker phone to whom I don't know...There are 4 ppl waiting to check out...While other cashier is handling customer that he was having issues with...The cashier working calls for Derrick...Derrick comes lumbering down isle I was standing to check out, I'll give him he did ask politely to get around...But why could he have not walked down another isle??? Why did he not check out the ones standing & waiting...Working hard to avoid work...That is what I saw...Mind you I purchase Dog food EVERY WK & CHICKEN FEED EVERY 2 WKS...Just spent 80$ dollars...

One of the best Tractor Supply Sores I have ever been in. Try to buy all my propane there while on the way to my fish camp below Lake Talquin. From Alabama and a little out of the way but I save enough on propane to make it worth while.

3 months ago it would've been 5*, but staff etc. change each day they're now becoming arrogant and rude. Not following what are supposed to be TSC policies either. Very sad but luckily there are plenty of other places to shop.

I usually have a good experience shopping at Tractor Supply but not today . I purchased 2 bales of hay and asked for someone to load them . A petite young lady was sent and she struggled in a hot semi trying to get the bales. It seems that there are never any male employees there to assist whether it is chickens feed or hay bales I am purchasing.

Low Sales Pressure, but Dangerous for someone, like me for instance, who had plenty of time to browse and with my Wife out of town for business, only the absurd amount of High Quality, Low Cost, and literally everything from Adhesive Tape/Gauze for when your Horse has a muscle strain to 4 different size(diameter) BBs/Pellets in multiple package sizes. Oh yea, dont forget the LED lights that light up the bed of your pickup so you can find your flashlight back there at night... Please dont mistake my Sarcasm Humor as derogatory, actually it's the opposite, I would much rather have to decide which brand, size, or color of the object I intended to purchase originally, than to walk aimlessly through a store wasting my time looking for and eventually leaving confused AND highly upset that I spent(wasted) my time in a store named, hypothetically, "Rakes R Us" and all I could find was, Again Hypothetical, PVC Pipe & Trailer Hitches that play music... Well, I hope you enjoyed my humor, but also understood the point I was trying to make. If I had to add something derogatory, it would be, the staff is in the store to do a Job and they're adequately staffed, but if a particular staff member's job that day was to be a Pallet Jack Bumper or Cash Register Guard, then that is ALL they do. After 30 years in Sales, Delivery, Merchandising, and ULTIMATELY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ironically at one time or another held all of the first 3 titles, but NEVER "Customer Service Person", but when in fact that's the only Title that I was 100% of the time. Unhappy customers dont return if they have a choice! No customers, No store, No job, No money, Well I'm pretty sure in most cases it should go without saying...

They always have what I'm looking for. Walmart has a lot of stuff but not a lot for farming equipment and parts. Plus Tractor Suppy people know where to find anything in the store. Walmart has great staff but don't know where to find stuff.

We asked two guys if they had a weather head available and neither tried to help us locate it. As we proceeded to ask if they could call another tractor supply in thomasville they ignored us. Bottom line, never going back.

Each time I buy their retriever dog food it has mold in it. They are going to hurt someone s pet if they don t do something.

They Clearly don t need the help they claim they are looking for . These people are rude & management is no better I got blown off for trying to get A Job Here . Worst mistake I ever made . The Assistant Manager DEFINITELY SHOULD BE FIRED

I love it the only thing is that they don't have enough karts for you to load feed on you have to wait for someone to get done with theirs

A smaller TS but well stocked, good customer service, nice restrooms, and the store as well as the parking lot are clean and well lit.
