Just recently bought a car from Jeff Moran. He was great to do business with. This is my second car that I have bought from him and I will be back for my 3rd car in the future. He was awesome at the way he handled everything. All I had to do was come in sign the papers and get my new car. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you again Jeff and the rest of the staff. I will be referring family and friends to y'all.

If you are tired of pushy sales people I highly suggest going to see Mrs Joyce at the river bend dodge dealership!!!! We have multiple vehicles and this was the smoothest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever been in. She is very laid back and easy to get along with. We appreciate her so much! Excellent dealership with a large stock and flexibility. I was looking for a Dodge Charger and when they got one in, sales representative Joyce Day was on the job ! She texted the car picture to me and I had the financing and final deal approved within 3 business days of viewing the text. Thank you Joyce and the entire team at Riverbend !

I have had another good experience dealing with Joyce Day. This is the fourth truck I have bought from her and she gets things done. I didn t have to miss any hours from work because she did the work. If you re in the market for a vehicle go see Joyce at riverbend cdjr. Tell her I recommended her highly.

Where do begin! First of all, this dealership is a total rip off when it comes to the people here in this community. You have been forewarned! Don't take your car or truck to this place if you want your vehicle to fixed and not get overed charged $3000.00 after going back and forth to get them to fix the same issue that was indicated to you that they fixed. I had to return my vehicle here on 4 different occasions for the same issue that they claimed they diagnosed and fixed from the beginning. They added several new parts to my vehicle, charged me for it, but the issue still persisted. I kept speaking with the manager in the service department and he had the audacity to tell me that they have some of the best mechanics to do the job. Apparently not, because I had to bring my vehicle back for them to correct the issue that I was still having with my vehicle. These people are not honest people. They are all about taking your money. It starts from the manager all the way down to the mechanics. They take advantage of the elderly and over charge for services that aren't rendered or aren't necessary. I will never return to Riverbend Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bainbridge, GA. I will also be contacting the BBB for them not paying attention to detail and over charging me after I had to bring my vehicle back 4 times for the same issue that they claimed they fixed. The way that I was treated and charged in this situation was just unacceptable.

Excellent service!! I was looking for a car for my daughter and sales rep. Joyce Day was wonderful! She knew exactly the car for her and I had the financing and final deal approved within a few hours of test driving it!. Thank you Joyce and the entire team at Riverbend! Dealing with the team at Riverbend CJDR was like working with friends and neighbors. They were so courteous and friendly and made me feel like they were striving to meet my needs, and they did. I appreciate them so much and am enjoying my new ride (new to me).

I'm currently living a Nightmare with the Service Department. They have kept my vehicle for over the passed 30 days with broken time frames of repair completion and on the 31st day I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup at 5pm because they close at 6pm, with a $3,600 parts and labor fee, only to go pass Walmart south of hwy 84 bypass before my vehicle starts overheating. So now it's after 6pm and RiverBend is closed and we have no other choice but to wait til the following day to return our vehicle to their service department on 3-28-2024, where we couldn't find anyone to take accountability. My vehicle currently sits in RiverBend repair lot as of this post. If even by some strange Miracle they actually do right and fix the car, Deep down I'd be scared to drive it, knowing what this experience has put me through and there's no telling what they're extremely rude auto techs and service department reps actually have going on at that establishment. Kinda felt racially profiled, Guess that's the norm these days.

Ms. Joyce was patient and sweet as my husband and I were looking for a new truck. She makes sure you re comfortable and every question is answered. She has made this the best experience we have had purchasing a new car! Everything was ready for us when we got to the lot. There was no waiting we test drove, cleaned out our car and signed paper work in 30 minutes!!

I was searching for a Challenger for a while when I saw one @ Riverbend Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram advertised. I started the process with Dave Moye and he went above and beyond to get me approved the same day ! He even came in the next morning on his day, off to personally handover the keys to my new 2023 Dodge Challenger! Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice !
