My wife & I found a used Chevrolet 3500 Dooley truck on the web site. We rode over on Sunday afternoon and looked at it on the lot. I did a quick chat online with their IT person and they said they would contact me Monday morning.They did better than that the salesman Bill Gute shot me a quick email and would talk further on Monday. Long story short we test drove the truck and walked out happy campers with beloved new(used) truck. Kevin Collin s the sales manager is so personable and accommodating to make sure you are happy with your new purchase. He makes sure you are well taken care of and everyone there is so nice. I can truthfully say these people are honest and sincere folks that serve the Bainbridge area. Thanks so much for your service guys& gals!!

I have been looking for a small truck for 6 months. I have delt with rude and arrogant sales reps, over priced vehicles and low ball pricing on my trade. I explained to Herman what I wanted for my trade and he made it happen. I was at work in Panama City Beach and he was willing to stay past hours to give me the 3 hrs to get there. The truck was ready to go, I took a short test drive, signed paperwork and headed back home. Bill and Herman made sure every step of the buying process went smooth. For a small town dealership they are top notch and we will be back in the future. Thank you guys and job well done!

I drove from Florida to purchase a used gmc Yukon from Riverbend Ford. I wanted a Yukon and Riverbend had the best bang for my buck.My sales consultant was Bill. So many great things I can say regarding Bill. Such a sweet and humble person. I never felt pressured or harassed. I felt totally comfortable with him.Kevin the manager is also really great! I had issues finding a document and he FaceTimed me right before closing to walk me through paperwork and any questions. He was beyond helpfulLastly, I want to thank Steve in the servicing department for being helpful and would check on me during a repair. He was very honest and transparent. Thats very hard to find!!!As a business owner myself. I would be proud to have all three of these gentlemen working for me!!I will be coming back!

Huge shoutout to Joey and the Collison Center at Riverbend Ford! When my wife decided to pick a fight with the fire hydrant in our yard and the fire hydrant won, we took the Fusion on up to Riverbend. Top notch customer service, friendly, fast, and economical. They hooked us up and got us on our way in less than a day. Thanks yall for everything!

My wife has brought her 2018 Ford Escape there for service since we moved from Cartersville Ga where we used Pugmire Ford. Why 2 stars? I gave it 2 because they were nice to her while screwing her. She has not been able to take it in for service due to medical issues, so I did the oil change myself, man did I get a surprise. For one, had to remove the undercarriage cover, 4 bolts were missing, number 2, had to use a torque wrench to get the drain plug out, I think they were testing the strength of the aluminum oil pan when they put it in, number 3, took the oil filter off, in black sharpie it had PUG 07/19, PUG stands for Pugmire, out of all the oil changes Riverbend Ford did since 2019 when we moved here, 2 oil changes a year, they never changed the filter. Needless to say, I'll be doing all the oil changes from now on. I'm die hard Ford, will only buy a Ford, but will go elsewhere when I do.

I had an amazing experience at River Bend Ford thanks to Herman. Great communication, honest, transparent, and took the time to go over everything with no high pressure sales. I generally hate car shopping but Herman made the experience painless. Jeff in finance also was very patient and helpful and answered all of my questions about the extended warranty. Thank you!

Mr. Herman Garland always makes my car buying experience such an easy painless experience. I just always tell him what I am looking for and he calls me when he has found something that fits my wish list. Herman always takes care of his customers after the sale also. I've taken this down once because I thought Riverbend was going to talk about our issues . I have bought two vehicles from here and both never should have been sold with the issues. The first vehicle stayed at there shop for multiple weeks on different account because there inspector never looked it over. As the seller had told us it was good. Now the second one I contacted the seller multiple times and never a response from him. The second vehicle I was told passed inspection witch was not true. It was wrecked with hidden damages . The vehicle was semi dirty and was told it will be ready for pickup could not tell it was repainted because it was raining and still dirty. Left there with our family to a trip just to replace brakes and tires so we could make it home. There's more to this situation so I'm keeping it civil. I still haven't heard from anyone so I put my response back-up. Sold it to us with a bent core support and other damages. Now we're up side down do to the fact it was wrecked do not recommend Riverbend and still to this day I have heard from them and can't sale or trade it in

Please be advised that Mr. Herman Garland is an excellent sales representative. Herman is prompt, courteous, responsive and extremely respectful. If your scale was from 1 -10 I would rate him as a 10+ in every category. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him.

Took my car there to get it serviced the other day. My car was there for two days and they kept me updated the whole time. They took care of everything that was wrong with it in a timely manner. I recently purchased a truck here, and the customer service was beyond amazing. Bill Gute was a great salesman and he answered all of my questions. We test drove this truck about 3 times just to make sure we liked it and they were not over bearing. We live in NW FL and had been waiting for a white 2021 Ford Eco Sport for over two months from a Ford dealership close to where we live when we decided to give up. We went online and saw River Bend had one on the lot so we gave them a call and spoke with Dale Glass. We had never bought a vehicle that needed to be shipped to us before and had no idea what we were doing. Not only was Dale knowledgeable and professional he made the whole process so easy. I recently bought a brand new 2023 Ford Maverick XLT [Packages FX4, Luxury, AWD, 4K Tow, sprayed in bed liner, bed extender, and rear window].This is the only dealership within a 500-mile radius of Montgomery, AL. Do not rob your money by adding b^!!s!#t markup or trying to sell air.Customer service rating: 5/5 (excellent).
