I definitely give five stars to Precision for my window tint..they are professional and friendly..plus they treat you like family

Recently bought a new truck. Have had 2 separate trips to Precision. First was tint and the 2nd was to have my truck leveled. Both times they were able to fit me in to their schedule in order to work around mine. Jafus and the crew got me in and out both times with a quality job and top notch friendly service. Both trips have been in the past month so im a new customer but i will most definitely be back. Thanks guys for taking care of me! To add to this. Recently stopped in and purchased a new box and amp for 2 subs i had. The 2 subs didnt last long with the new power so i came back and Jafus helped me pick out 2 new speakers to fit my needs and got me bumpin' again. Everytime i stop in i get the same treatment whether im 1 of 15 people in the store or just me. Jafus has gone out of his way to make sure i was a happy customer on more than 1 occasion. To sum it up, again....Great service & great folks! Ill definitely be doing all my "Truck Trickin" business here. Thanks Precision Audio!

Been doing business here for a while with every truck i get. Ben hooked me up everytime especially this most recent time. Went in not knowing exactly what i wanted and he took time to give me several options to choose from and different ideas. Will continue doing business here for sure.

The experience at Precision Audio in Bainbridge was awesome! A1 tint service! NO WAIT. Jay was very patient with my decision & my ride was done WITHIN an hour 1/2. I followed the given directions and I have no complaints. I highly recommend!!!

I went in and talked with Ben && Jafus about getting rims for my car and they made the process super quick and easy. They answered all my questions and and helped me with all my concerns. They are the best at what they do. I overly appreciate my new tires and rims and my tinted windows... thanks guys

I had tint, step bars and a CamLocker toolbox installed on my truck. They did amazing job. Ben and Jay were both very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Audio for all of your vehicle accessories

Awesome experience. Very friendly yet professional. Got my windows tinted liner sprayed bug shield installed etc. Great prices,. I THINK . Ben And Jay are so trustworthy, I did not feel the need to price hunt. I did not mind driving the one hr for their services. Highly recommended!!!!!

I haven't had positive experiences with this place. After reading customer reviews and noticing who the select few were that were granted responses and what was said it only justified my rational for feeling the way I and so many others I've either spoke with in passing, whom I've explained to them how and why their audio system sounds the way it does and in most cases completely tear down, rewire, tune, and remount components correctly. All you have to do to be a great business is show the same compassion, respect, consideration, and most importantly Customer Service to the nobody who has to save for a year and use his tax return just for a $1,200.00 Budget install as you show the guy who has a business card, his/her name on the door, with his own, or someone else's money to blow and can just whip in to chat and grab a quick $5,000.00 upgrade. Management should learn and then teach that just being a Customer gets you Customer Service and having more money gets you more product, but the level of one should not determine the level of the other.

Very professional staff!! My appointment was was at 8:30 a.m. and I was out by 9: 00 a.m. One stop shop.. Definitely will be using Precision for all of my tires and audio needs :)

Bought a new F150 and had these yahoo's do some work on it for me. I can call them yahoo's because they made me feel like one them. Great bunch of guys, even Ben and Jayfus. Excellent job on tinting my windows and sold me a Ranch Hand at the lowest price possible. But had some audio work done and these guys are truly top of the line from the audio products they sell to the extremely professional installation from the guys in the back. Clean shop and they go to the next level in whatever they do. I spent 2 days at their shop due to me not having someone to pick me up so I watched them treat customer after customer with respect and courtesy, making sure they were satisfied with their purchases whether it was floor mats, audio equipment, tint, wheels and tires, lift kits, whatever. To be blunt, It's a good thing to have such a diversified shop here in our community with what I will call world class service. I won't hesitate to go back. And Jay, you still owe me a JL sticker.

Very courteous and professional people, my truck turned out great., also had a stereo installed in my wife's car at the Thomasville, G.a. location, see Jeremy..all in all both these shops were excellent. Now if I could only find a repair shop with the same quality...lol

If your down around south georgia, this is the place to go. They have a great selection of accessories for your truck or car in store and if it's not there in the store, they will work with you and find what you want to get it there. The customer service was good and friendly and fast. They had what I wanted ordered in and there within the next day and put on. They'll let you know what the price of everything is, plus the cost of install before you even bring your truck in to get it done so there are no surprises when paying. I will defiantly be going back to get more for my truck.

My experience was Wonderful!!!!! Jafus Ferguson helped me find speakers for my car. I'd never been to Precision or shopped for my vehicle from this business. He's very knowledgeable of ALL the equipment and services Precision offers. If your ever looking to upgrade your vehicle he's your guy!!!!

Great experience. If you want it done right the first time see the staff at Precision. Jafus will make sure your automotive needs are taken care of. The facility is nice and clean and you can see they take pride in their work. I'll be back for future business.

Great service. Had what I wanted in stock and installed it immediately. The staff even made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use it. Called me several days later to check on me and to see if I was comfortable. I will definitely use these guys again.

I was able to call, get an appointment, and have my Line-X bed liner and windows tinted literally within 24 hours! Truly a pleasant experience and in fact were so fast that I was the one unable to keep up. It has been a long time since seeing this type of speed combined with professionalism and quality.

Was looking to replace the factory radio and upgrade speakers in my 2015 gmc. These guys hooked me up and sold me exactly what I was looking for. Ben answered all my questions and concerns and has followed up after the install to see if I was still satisfied. Highly recommend these guys, I'll be back for sure.

I had a great experience at Precision Audio.I took my car there to get it tinted and those young men at there really treated me like the queen I am. I love my tint and the Customer service. I recommend everyone to go check out the guys at Percision if you want Quality work.

Five stars because no doubt the staff are very knowledgeable regarding their products and services. I Just walk-in to schedule my SUV window's tint and they were able to do it on that moment. Price was reasonable and fair. Saved me a trip to Tallahassee. Just wish they set up a tv, vending machine and better chairs in the waiting room. Other than that, I am very satisfied with their services .
