Great business with amazing personnel!! Heath handles my boat insurance and gives me peace of mind to know that I never have to worry about a thing! His service is the best in the industry and you couldn't ask for a friendlier insurance man plus I can always trust that if I have an issue he will get it resolved immediately no matter what. These are great people to do business with and I highly recommend using them!

Palmer insurance never seizes to amaze me! Every time I call Heath Layton he goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need, and gets me the best and most affordable prices available. I d give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks!

Although Mr Palmer was unable to help me he was very nice followed up and told me to check back as the status of my house changed to see if he could help me in the future

Jacky Miles was my adjuster during my Auto Claim and he was amazing. During the whole process I felt that it was being handled in a timely manner and he stayed in contact the whole time and was only a phone call away if I had any questions at all. I am so thankful that this was so painless where as it normally tends to be a stressful situation. Thank you so much for awesome customer service

Palmer insurance agency has really helped with coverage on all of my necessities. As the owner of 2 businesses I have quite a bit of insurance needs. The staff at Palmer insurance is always super helpful and friendly when a need comes about. Thankful for all they do ! 5 stars

Just called for a quote...did not sign anything or approve anything, then got billed for a policy that got sent to collections after they said it was taken of. Once again....did not sign anything just asked for a quote...then got billed for a policy that went through with no signatures... BEWARE!
