Of all the Harbor Freight stores I have been to across the country, this one is by far the best. I live only a couple of miles away, and being a professional mechanic I visit quite a bit. The staff is very helpful and we are all on a first name basis. Something important to note is that they do not have a lot of (if any) employee turnover. I believe that speaks volumes about a company and it s local management. I truly appreciate my local HF team.

Well stocked just by observation, I didn't see any empty shelves. Great customer service from being greeted at the door, being asked if I needed help finding anything, to fast friendly checkout. Great prices and a clean store environment. Will revisit for future tools!

Harbor Freight in Bainbridge, GA, provided exceptional service during our recent visit. Joseph went above and beyond to assist us in finding the items we needed, even carrying them to our car, which was a huge relief for my bad back. Additionally, Stephen was incredibly helpful during checkout, ensuring we maximized our savings by explaining coupons and the benefits of our ITC membership with Harbor Freight. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Joseph and Stephen. Highly recommended!

We stopped by Harbor Freight Tools for the first time to this location since we have moved near here. As soon as we walked in, we were acknowledged and asked if he could help us find anything. My husband told him no, we were just looking around. Clean store. Everything is priced well. At checkout, the salesman told my husband that since we spent xxx dollars, he gets to pick a free gift from out of the 5 items. I can't recall what he picked.

The customer service sucks and they want to charge 20% restock fee to a ITC member when the sucky item I bought there wasn't up to be expectations !!!!!!! Rip off !!!!!!! Idk why I keep going back lol everything I've gotten from there has broken except for a truck ramp and it looks like it's going to break !!! You will save money in the long run by going to Lowe's or home Depot!!!

The store was well put together, everyone was super friendly and really helpful. I live an hour and a half away, I will definitely be choosing this one over the one in Tallahassee that is 45 minutes away from me.

Rude staff. We arrived 10 minutes before closing, knew exactly what we were getting and would ve been in and out in under 5 minutes. We had the doors locked and shut in our faces. The supervisor then began cursing at us when we asked why they were closing early, told us to leave his store that he didn t care about our business. Unacceptable to turn a customer away before the listed closing time. Lost my business forever, i won t be going back. Will be calling corporate on Monday.

One of the cleanest and most organized Harbor Freight locations I have visited. We drove an hour to purchase the 3n1 shear break roll former. The staff went above and beyond the norms that you often find in retail these days. If we lived closer we would always visit this brick and mortar.

We looked everywhere for something that would get a locked lug nut off. Harbor Freight was the only place we found what we needed. The set that we got at Harbor Freight worked great at a reasonable price.

Went to buy shelfs no help at all small baskets had to load my own shelfs I am disabled got to register cashier would not move to my basket to scan manager was standing there did not help harbor fright is good but Bainbridge store has poor management to bad it is a nice store
