The manager is awful! She refused to issue a refund even after customer support said we had to go to store to do so. She was no help at all. She does not know how to treat customers. She has been reported to the district manage through customer support!!!My husband asked for the district managers name and she refused to give him any Information.I don't recommend this storeI wouldn't give it any stars if I didn't have to!!!

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I wouldn t even call them stars at that point. I would give them toilets.

Jordan was very nice and helpful to all the customers in the store. A dad in the store, got an attitude with her and she handled herself very professionally. I had talked to her earlier on the phone and she apologized for not having what I was looking for, suggested I go to the website. I explained that I had gone there first, before calling. Again she apologized for not having the item I was looking for.

The staff are always really friendly whenever you visit this establishment. They usually have what you need, and they will help you with whatever you need assistance with. I will definitely be back!

fat vanilla lady in the store had poor customer service and doesn t do trade ins by the right holiday policy, not to mention she talks to her customers any kind of way when brian isnt there

Its all great,but the only problem i have is that they seem to not test their returned games to see if they work.I bought 7 days to die and it was preowned,i didnt pay much attention to it because i trusted that the games would be working but when i went home and played it,the game was not working at all and i had lost 22 dollars for a game that i cant even play.

there is so much stuff to look at! I am not a game nerd but live with two..and even I can find something I like. The young man who works there DJ I believe is his name..he's always friendly and helpful.
