This hotel is hit or miss honestly.You could tell the floors hadn't been swept or mopped the linen had stains so no telling if they had been changed and the shower curtain was disgusting. Room number 205 was Thankfully it was only a one night stay.Thankfully no bed bug bites as I have seen in previous reviews.As I use to be a house keeper for a hotel it was unacceptable.Rooms: The room was unacceptable with stains or just hasn't been washed or changed.Floors hadn't been swept or moppedNothing had been dustedI'm OCD about cleanlinessNearby activities: WalmartGas stationRiver boat basinRestaurantsSkating rinkSafety: Cops ride by often so I felt safe for my family and IFood & drinks: They have vending machines walking distances to food places and the gas station

When we arrived, the man who was at front desk acted as if we were a terrible inconvenience. An extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe.Our room was on the second floor, outside entrance, no elevator.We had trouble with the door handles and locks.They were very loose and looked as if previously broken.No clock in the room. No in room coffee.No bar / rack / place to hang your clothing or towels. There is a place next to the sink that looked as if there used to be a rack there but it's gone. So is the iron (there's just a holder on the wall)No cover on the back of the TV remote so the batteries pop out and go rolling around the floor.I took a video - if it uploads you gotta hear it - listen to my bed! I sat down and SHREEIIIAAKK!!! The other bed didn't make such a racket but boy oh boy - hands down, the noisiest bed I've ever heard.There is no pool, no exercise room and forget about breakfast as it is technically included (it IS food) but nothing you'd want.No hot food, just granola bars, pre-packaged sweet rolls, bananas and coffee. That's it. Even the juice machine was out of order.On a regular weekday in early March 2024 the room was about $100 after taxes.

I came home to visit for a couple of days and on the last night of my trip decided to rent a room here. Got the room around 4pm and didn t check in until later that night. Was getting ready for bed and decided to check the bed for bugs and why not. Yes! It was infested with bedbugs and they refused to give me my money back. I wouldn t recommend this place cause they were mad at me cause they were the ones that had the bedbugs lolRooms: Check your beds for bedbugs!!!!!

This hotel has roaches and bed bugs. They do not change the linen on the beds either. The linen on the beds was dirty and stained roaches were crawling around and I have bed bug bites on my foot. One of the housekeepers admitted to me that they are advised by management to not change the linen on the beds. I left this hotel and stayed at an IHG hotel just a little ways down the road. My advice is to stay away from this place.

The floors were so dirty that our feet were turned black. We had to wear shoes in the room. Also the Manager opened the door on my wife unannounced for no reason and has yet to apologize.Between the Filth, Stitch, Missing Furniture and Horrible Service we can only recommend to stay away.

We evacuated to Bainbridge, Ga for Hurricane Idalia. We got a room here. Nickel and dimed us for everything. The free complimentary breakfast is a joke. No hot food. Dollar Tree items to eat and Sunny D orange drink. Tiny half dollar size muffins, little granola bars, And Walmart Great Value yogurt. Nothing else and nothing changed. Rooms bare minimum. One chair. Tiny odd size beds. No pool. Not very friendly staff. They seemed angry constantly.Food & drinks: The free complimentary breakfast is a joke. No hot food. Dollar Tree items to eat and Sunny D orange drink. Tiny half dollar size muffins, little granola bars, And Walmart Great Value yogurt. The coffee was good. Nothing else and nothing changed.

I reserved a room for one night! I check in and went to get some food! Got back to the room ready to relax, went to turn on the air conditioner and roaches were crawling out. Then when to sit on the bed to call front desk and roaches crawling out the side table! IProceeded to the front desk they changed my room and low and behold more roaches! I advised the front desk I will not be staying and sleeping with roaches! He refunded my money! Then the next day they charged me half the price saying I stayed in the room! They refused to give my money back even tho I didn t stay in there nasty rooms and hotel! I say this to say DON T STAY AT THE DAYS INN IN BAINBRIDGE, GA! IT S NASTY AND ROACH INFESTED

My wife and I came down to attend a family funeral. This wasn't the first time, but it will be the last. We checked in after a 5 hours drive and went to room 107. We were tired and didn't pay attention to anything. The next morning, when my wife went to shower, we saw the condition of the room. There was no smoke detector, the ceiling in the shower was coming down and there was black mold as evidenced in my photos. There were dead bugs all over the corners of the sink area and the bathroom door will not shut at all. There were other issues as well. We went to management and they quickly put us into another room that was much better. The fact that they would rent this room is unbelievable to begin with. I won't take a chance and let my family stay here again.

If I could subtract my experience with front desk male clerk from my negative review I would. He went above and beyond to help check me in and give a hand with luggage. Sadly the hotel room was deserving of zero stars. It was not at all worth the amount if money plus lack of sleep this trip has put me through. First noticed huge holes in floors and walls. Then noticed the roaches. I can't sleep in this condition nor will I receive a refund. Please go next door to quality Inn and save yourself a horrible trip you could have if you choose to stay here. Not to mention the tub faucet had mold which I had to clean shower before taking one. No coffee maker or anything mentioned included in the price I paid $80/night. The fridge also went out on me. I'm so fed up.

Booked this room through Priceline, because it was the only hotel within 100 miles less than $200 a night due to FSU home game. Got to room at 12:30am and was put into a smoking room! Called manager who corrected to non-smoking room, but that was the only positive thing! When we turned on the bathroom lights German roaches scattered up the walls, and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned! If it wasn t so late we would have never stayed the night. This place needs a major update!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Prepaid online for 2 adults 1 child for a 3 night stay. Entered breakfast area to grab a banana and was badgered about paying extra for my child. Upon check in staff was very short. Not friendly at all. Burning incense in the lobby & breakfast area, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! I tried to let staff know my husband takes care of the finances on business trips, he was not understanding at all. I felt attacked over a banana

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was great. But I gave the hotel a 3 because the room had some issues. A light bulb was missing from one of the lamps, the hot and cold faucets were inverted, there were a couple roach sightings, and there seem to be a little mold forming in the bathroom, also the refrigerator didn't have a freezer area and I needed to refreeze my ice pack to keep my insulin cold for our return trip home. But under the circumstances we made due and had a pleasnt trip to and from and during. And the cost was not an issue even with these issues. Not a bad place to stay but with a few improvements it could be a really good place to stay

This place is a dump! As soon as we walked into the room there was a bug crawling on the bed and there were a couple of bugs on the bathroom floor. The next day there was a roach crawling on the wall. Beds and bathroom looked clean but the carpet is so dirty. I had to wash my feet after walking on it. Would not recommend. The company that owns this place should be ashamed!

the girl at the front desk was very helpful and sweet but soon as it got dark the roaches came out right in my face .the bathroom had pubic hair all in the bathtub and the air conditioner filters looked more like a dryer filter when you're doing new towels.. very nasty. But on the other had the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful never could figure out the TV stations

Worse experience ever .Found roaches and roach eggs everywhere .They had terrible service would not even give us our money back. I don't even give them a 1 star .We didn't stay there we went somewhere else immediately.

Quiet. It was fine for a night. Comfortable bed. Could use some care in the room. Sink very slow to drain. Shower needed the plumbing tightened as well as toilet seat. Breakfast was actually good. Lots of options to choose from.

It was an easy booking. I had an unexpected hotel need and this was the first place I came to. They were great location and price. I had an amazing desk person, Randy, who was kind and helpful. He even helped me get into the room an hour and a half early. Will definitely be staying here again in December. Room was clean, quiet, and cleaned by a wonderful woman I really got to know. Real people are the best in a business.

the staff is very friendly & it s pretty quiet aside from being this close to the highway.. but as far as the room goes, disappointed is an understatement. there s no hair dryer (i bring my own, but if the room description lists it, you should provide it), there s roaches, and the sheets are ripped & look like they were just flipped inside out instead of changing them when the guest before me left.you can t repaint & lay new bathroom floors, then expect all the old problems to fix themselves.

Great staff and morning breakfast options. There is more work that could be completed or finished with the paint on the walls. The beds were very comfortable and had modern spreads.Microwave, mini fridge and coffee pots provided.Very comfortable for the price, mostly due to the great staff working there. Just needs some maintenance in areas.

THIS PLACE IS CRAWLING WITH ROACHES!!!!!! And these aren't baby roaches either! I booked 5 days at this location, traveled 1000 miles, they were late getting the room ready. It was supposed to be downstairs and was upstairs. When told about the roaches, the "manager" Randy acknowledged them but showed no empathy, or professionalism. He was rude and seemed totally unconcerned. Worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting and horrifying, especially when mother is disabled.

Staff was kind and directed me to local event. The bedding was clean. There however was staining on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathroom gave me more of a public bathroom vibe. Also room service left an dirty bottle of soap appeared to have already been used by an previous visitor. The weekend that I visited was during a time where there were several events occuring at once and a number of other hotel were completely booked. This may be the reason why we were placed in that room. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I would attempt to stay here again if in the area.

Bed was clean and very comfortable. Carpet dirty and definitely not vacuumed in a while....we vacuumed ourselves at midnight after check in. Dead roach and bad reviews had us at superwalmart across the st at 1 am buying mothballs in an attempt to keep the roaches away. All in all doable..since we were exhausted after hurricane Irma traffic. Staff friendly and bed and pillows were good.

If you are here to fish a tournament, it will do. The carpet was disgusting and the bottom of me feet were black 20 minutes after a shower, flip flops on the whole time there after.The junkie that was hanging around outside said she would be a personal assistant for $20. Very tempting, bu I had to pass.This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The night shift woman is a friendly as a thornbush on naked skin.
