I wish I had the time to list all the positives for this, but I don't at this time. I will add photos and take the time to list the negatives. Photos are posting and sorry to get your devilish hopes up, but I have NO NEGATIVES pertaining to this store. If I did have any displeasure with this store when I walked in or while I was in the store shopping they were swiftly, but gently erased by Sierra at checkout. She didn't say anything different, witty, didn't Crack a joke, nothing more than usual clerk/customer conversation. FYI the clerk Sierra did ask me at least 2 or 3 times in the 35 or 40 minutes that I was there, if I needed help locating products or did I have any questions one of those times she actually set down 2 deep cycle batteries to walk over and check on me, and then after I paid and was leaving she told me she was glad I came, hope I comeback soon, and have a wonderful rest of my day. As I thanked her and walked out if I had any negative thoughts about anything, prior to that, she made them disappear. She said the same thing any clerk, in any store, on any given day would say, but what was different this time, was that she genuinely ment what she said and you could tell. Kudos girl you turned an uneventful visit to a parts store into a short story and non-fiction one at that...

Kalby, was so kind. I simply asked him if he would take a look at my battery. And with urgency, he came out tighten my posts on my battery. He tested my battery for me.He was so kind and polite. I appreciate the kind customer service from him

Good place for auto parts. The staff knows their stuff, and they make fair recommendations. I appreciated the fact that they will install a new battery for you, and they were very helpful with tips and care for the future. While service will definitely depend on staff availability and how busy they are, I had a good experience here.

Purchase a battery for 99 Chevrolet getting work done wasn't able to be fixed more than I expected. Wanted to return the battery never used it just stay unhook in my truck. When i wanted my money back they told me it was a used battery. I'm so disappointed in this company I always come here Never again
