Dropped vehicle off - used drop box to leave key- service personnel called- gave estimate to repair- also changed oil- vehicle ready sooner than I expected- Thanks Action GM

I had major issues AC and Sunroof wouldn t close . I called Ted Hines and let me tell you . He and ACTION have helped above and beyond what anyone could think .If you want good Southern Hospitality and actual care for a client go to ACTION GM !!!!

I have owned many GM vehicles in the past 20 years, all purchased from the same dealer, not Action by the way. I simply have had not luck buying from them in the past. I do have my vehicles serviced by Action because they are the closest GM dealer to me, living near Donalsonville. That said, I have had mixed results even with simple oil changes, often with greasy hand prints on doors, hoods, and even on headliners. Drive trains, fluid levels, are not checked, etc., and even had my last truck under filled with motor oil. In spite of these issues I go back because of the convenience, and I am too far away from the dealer I purchase from. I hope this feedback will motivate Action management to correct these issues.

I have bought at least 4 cars from this dealership over the years and had various repairs, the most recent purchase was today. They always treat me with respect and make the transaction smooth and quick not like some of those big dealerships that are all about putting you into their sales funnel when you walk in the door. Things can still be done on a handshake in Bainbridge with these guys. Highly recommend.

Spoke with an employee at this dealership about having some work done on my truck. Spoke with the guy multiple times, gave me a price, and was told it would be no problem to have the work done even though the truck was not bought through them. I was told to drive the truck there so the guy could look at it to make sure they could get the correct item which I was okay with, this being said I live 80 miles away. I get my truck over there wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes before any one comes and talks to me. Next thing I know another guy pokes his head out of the front door and asks me if I bought the truck with them and I said no. He proceeded to tell me he couldn t do it due to me not buying it there, didn t really give me a reason or apology other than some warranty thing that made no sense. He then shut, locked the door, and walked away. This was over a month ago and I m still furious about it. Not over the fact that a possible mistake was made with some rule, or even if it was plain ignorance. My issue is the arrogance, lack of help or resolution from the employees after dragging me all the way there to turn me around. A simple sincere apology would have sufficed. Extremely dissatisfied with my encounter with this dealership. They will not even cross my mind in the future in any type of business.

I just recently bought my second vehicle from this dealership, and it was another great experience. This vehicle was for my 87-year old dad. And, although he no longer drives, he needed something he could more easily get in and out of, and I could maneuver his wheelchair easier. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, understanding, professional and the customer service was awesome. The service at Action GM is always first class. I will definitely continue doing business with Action GM.

Bought my first car and the experience I had with the dealership is worthy of five stars. I would recommend this place to anybody. They were very helpful, kind, and willing to help. We were pleased with the overall experience . We got our Yukon serviced and our son purchased a truck . So ..... We have always loved our GM products ! They are sturdy, they ride like a dream, and are good looking vehicles .

Did not have a good experience today. Had 2 notifications from OnStar about brakes and stability issues. Because they didn't get it they did nothing. Also did a oil change which I did not ask for. And to top it off did not put a paper mat on my floor mats and got oil, grease all over them.

It takes over an hour to change oil in a 4 cylinder car.. With no lines..smh..update.. I check all other fluids while the oil is draining and be done in 20 minutes.. Promises are not needed for a 20 minute job with no lines.. Preciate honoring my appointment tho.. Owner

I took my vehicle there and was treated very rudely by the Gm, Randy D. I took my car to have them fix what they did not fix properly before when they had my car for 2 months prior. I was told they would have me a loaner vehicle. After having my vehicle for 2 months that's the least they could do. But when I got there I was told they did not have one but I could drive their service vehicle which was a trashy looking truck with cut up seats. When I approached Randy D about it I was told very rudely that this is what I get since I did not purchase my vehicle from there and if that didn't work then I can take it back to where I purchased it. They claimed they did not have a loaner but I bet if I spent that $30,000 at their dealership they would have found me a decent vehicle.

I went in for my regular oil change ,on a (Friday) evening. Saturday noticed oil under the car. With further investigation, the oil came from around the oil filter. With that being said NO car for the weekend, because auction gmc doesn't answer the phone at all on the weekend.Monday, problem was found a "falsely installed O'ring around the oil filter "Sloppy work is all I can say.With no apology or any kind of compensation, being without a car the weekend.Please check behind this dealerships mechanics,s!! Keep in mind this is my personal experience.

There is only one person so far that made my experience bad.His name is Jason in the service department. He was very rude and only looked out for the dealership and himself. No customer service skills what so ever. I was able to speak with Ted the used car Manager and he made everything right. He's very nice and and did everything he could to help me make this right

Friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. Great special on synthetic oil , filter and tire rotation for $ 50. Fast for the services provided.
