My tires were delivered one at a time which was inconvenient but I was able to have them installed earlier than my appointment date, but they couldn't tell that I had already paid for my tires online and tried to double charge me I had to pull up my order in the app and show her it was already paid. And I just got a notification that my appointment is tomorrow?? I went to cancel in app and I had to do it 4 times cuz the tires were shipped one at a time. Confusing to say the least and it still took forever 2 hours! And I got there at 7:15 and the auto.otive was still locked even though they are supposed to be open at 7. Very unorganized unfortunately

Last Friday, I was in need of an oil change bad, so I google searched walmart near me. All the locations near me had bad reviews except this location, so I called to see if they would take me, being that it was late. But Oh, let me tell you when I called Mrs. Theresa answered the phone with such a professional tone and sweet spirit She explained to me that she was short staff, But that if I arrived at the time she gave me that she would take care of me. I showed up 5 minutes late due to work traffic coming an hour from Decatur, and she was still graceful and took care of me. I really appreciate this kind of service.

I mean if you just need an oil change in-between major services, this is a good deal. $55 for synthetic, can't beat that outside changing it yourself.

Only getting a 2 star for all the other employees there. Shawana, leader in her own world, however is rude and loud mouth to customers and other employees. We went in for 3 tire disposal. We asked where they wanted them before we pulled them out and got dismissed. We went inside to pay for the disposal and asked the cashier where to put them. Cashier said she wasn't sure but came out with us to ask. Shawana micro supervising others looks up from where she is standing over another employee not lifting a finger from her hip, and says to the cashier what you mean. Cashier says he paid for it. Shawana says well you sold it to him so you can show him, in front of us and 4 other cars aswell as the cashiers coworkers. Shawana felt it her duty to humiliate and embarrass the cashier like she did something wrong. This is a service we called before closing the day before to clarify they took tires. My boyfriend told Shawana he would move the tires just tell him where to put it. Shawana told him inside the last door around back. We get there and she yells at us to put it outside the door. If this lady is a manager or supervisor y'all need to rethink this position. Yall are about to if it hasn't happened already a high turn over rate on employees and lack of customers using this service... there are too many walmarts in the area to come here and get treated like this or witness employees treated like scum by Shawana. #DOBETTER @Walmart

I called ahead to make sure they'd be open but mistakenly waited my turn in the car. Rookie mistake! The female mechanic was terribly RUDE but when I expressed my concern to the Manager - he quickly apologized and corrected the issue.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Came in at 11 am and It s 3:20 pm right now and still waiting. They say It s going to be another 45 minutes wait. I was told I had 1 car in front on me. This is unacceptable! This was my third day coming to this Walmart. The first and second day o was told that they are closed and their hours clearly says until 7 pm.Services: Tires, Oil change

If you want to waste your time and put your car/truck at risk bring it here. These ppl couldn t even add milk to cereal. These are simply a bunch of children learning how to do car maintenance. Save your vehicle and go some where else.

Sllllllllloooooooowwwwwwwww.Been here since 11 and it s now 1:30. They just pulled my car in. One person in front of me.The young lady up front was exceptionally less than on several aspects.Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. I arrived a few minutes before they opened and since all employees did not arrive by opening time there was not enough workers available to cover the lobby and garage areas simultaneously so work was delayed. I was in Walmart for 2 hours waiting for my tires to be rotated (and I was the first tire customer in line) on a Wednesday morning. The employees that WERE at work on time we're great!! Unfortunate their teammates were late which caused customer frustrations.

The customer service representative was nice. The issue was that Wal-Mart did not have the kind of oil needed for our vehicle. It was crowded as well. Went to Take 5 was seen in matter of minutes and was finished in under 15-20 minutes.

Do not take your car here this place is dangerous. I had a previous vehicle same model newer year. Bought a newer model of this same carI took my car there for an oil change and it's been a disaster. I first took newer car there for an oil change and nothing but problems followed. After the first oil change on the newer car I drove about 800 miles from Atlanta to Philadelphia. Got there and a friend of mines noted that I left oil in his driveway so I stopped on the way back to Atlanta and added a quart of oil on the way home. When I got back to Atlanta I took my car to a car dealer to investigate the oil leak. They informed me that when the oil was changed they did not replace the crush washer on the drain plug. Of course the dealer charged me for identifying the problem. I took the car back to Walmart and they replaced the crush washer and reimbursed me for the dealer costs. I took the car back to Walmart again for an oil change and this time they did not secure the skid plate under my car and it fell off while driving and came out of the back of the car making an ear shattering scraping noise. I pulled into a gas station and discovered the skid plate had not been secured. I took the car back to Walmart and they reinstalled the skid plate. I guess I must be a gluten for punishment because I took it back again for an oil change and this time 1 month later I checked my oil and it and it did not even register on my dipstick. My car does not burn oil at that rate and there was no oil leaking in my driveway. I took it back to Walmart and they topped off my oil and I left. If I had not been diligent in checking my oil once a month this could have cost me an engine. "These people are dangerous"Service: Oil change

If I could give 0 stars it would've been that... these people are so unprofessional and rude... they hace you make am appointment then have you sit in walmart for an extra 3 hrs for tires... lady at desk was rude and nasty never ever will I ever do this again....

I only went to get a couple of keys made. I do my own automotive work when possible. The line was long but once the nice lady got to me, it was fast and easy. She was very friendly and had both keys done before I knew what was happening. If I need any more keys made, I'll definitely visit again.

I buy two new tires there. The service was great. It didn't take very long to the work. The staff was very nice and they kept you informed with the process. Good job Walmart

The lady at the front is exceedingly rude. She declined me service saying they close at 5 (sign outside said they close 6 and online it says 7).. I told her that when I was there at 4:50 and she said 'I know' what it says...I left, didn't argue, said I'd come back tomorrow, the next day I went and she told me her tire technician is not in. I asked... Not in for the day, or not I'm right now? 'he is not in right now' okay, should I come back in a few hours...sure she said... I come back that later that day and she goes 'how can I help you' at this point I am surprised bc each time she asked me I told her I need a new tire. I say, I need a new tire... "My technician left for the day, she says, he called out sick" I say.. wow this unreal, 3x I tried u guys and there's always a reason not to help... I'll just go somewhere else, her answer 'you do that!"... Seriously who says you do that... I swear some people can't appreciate that they have a job.. I know this sounds political and I am far from political but for the first time I felt like I was kinda singled out and refused service because I was white... I say this because at 4:50 there were other customers there (3 all of different color and backgrounds) and she helped them... I just said... Maybe she is helping them because they are wrapping up on something and left not thinking twice on it... But then to not be helped 2 more times or be offered better time to come back or to apologize for the inability to help me... and be told 'you do that' when I say I am gonna go somewhere... Yeah... She clearly didn't want me as a customer... As if it's her own personal call who she gets to give service to, not Walmarts. Walmart please train your employees to have more respect and kindness towards their customers. To treat everyone the same regardless of background. 3x I came and asked for help and was given ride curt responses to brush me off to the side. I definitely give people the benefit of the doubt bc maybe they are having hard day... Maybe something else is going on... But to be treated rudely each time I came as if I am a massive inconvenience each time is inappropriate just on the grounds of customer client relationships, this is why people seriously dislike Walmart. Customer service is non existent. Won't be coming back for auto help.

I dropped off my car around 10 am to get 4 new tires! There was a 3 hour wait so I have been sitting around at my house waiting on my car to get done just for them to call me and tell me that they don t have my size and that they could order another brand for the price to go up another 200 dollars!!!! Are you freaking kidding me. Why wouldn t you look in your inventory before you give someone a quote and have them drop their car off for 3 damn hours. Keep moving

took over 2 1/2 hours to get 2 tires put on. had trouble matching prices from shop to front desk. Got oil on my brand new Harley mats. Same thing when i went back for the rear tires. 3 hours. not fast at all. Then when i left to drive home had to stop at another tire place for air in the back tires. sensors came on!! not very happy. clerk Darrel was nice to me.

I bought tires on 8/7 and had low tire pressure the next morning. I went back and was told that I would have to wait 4 hours for them to look at the tires. I understand they were busy, but if I just bought your tires couldn t you at least take a quick look before quoting me a wait time? I went across the street to Discount Tire. They looked and found that the tires hadn t been filled well enough when put on, a simple fix that Walmart could have corrected for me considering they d done the service. Discount Tire filled them and had me on my way in 5-10 minutes.

So, first low temperatures and my car refused to start! Road service gave me a boost and I thought I was ok. Needed another boost just to get home, and suddenly, Walmart automotive was my dream destination.I researched Consumer Reports' best car batteries, and Walmart had one in stock. After a diagnosis of a dead cell, installation was super speedy and polite. And the price was affordable, too! Try them, you will surely like their service. No frills, just quick and reasonable.

Brought the car for an oil change....first excuse, the car was overheating and won't start (was actually the battery) so left it there and next day Haywood's next excuse was it was over 5 quarts full and he couldn't do it....but don't yall have to drain the tanks anyway!?!? I guess he was just rude and didn't feel like doing real work that day because I took it to a different shop and got it done with no issues. So I won't be using this service with Walmart again until they have more EXPERIENCED mechanics.

I had a flat tire and needed to have it changed so I went to the Auto center arrived at 740 -when the website said they were open at 7am. I wasnt acknowledged even after one of the mechanics noticed me, and the lady was curt and I have her the size of my tires and they didn t have them in stock when I asked if she could tell me other options she rolled her eyes and said I d basically have to call other stores. Was very disappointed with the customer service

Our tire was under warranty. We took it in bc it had a slow leak. They said it couldn't be fixed and they didn't have our tire in stock. We asked if they could order one,being that it was under warranty. They said no,and offered us to buy a new one for $125.I felt we were being scammedWe went to the tire place down to street and they repaired our tire for $15.This Walmart is unprofessional, lazy, and tried to scam us out of $125. Why buy a warranty if they won't honor it.This was the Walmart on Thornton Rd, in Sandy Springs.

Had tire mounted and balanced. $16 range. Thought it was a good deal. Tire purchased online was $50ish and looked good. Delivered 1 day early. Customer service is ok but not exceptional by any means. I had to bring tire and trim into shop and then load myself as well.

Disappointing that they don t offer military discount. Claiming that they already offer goods at the lowest cost and that they donate to veterans is a complete cop out!

Unpredictable! They may be open they may not be open. And you can go in for an oil change and sit there for 3 hours. Almost like going to a dealership. They can do better they have to do better if we support them they should do better by supporting us and providing excellent customer service.
