I got attended to by some grumpy guy here today. I don t expect you to roll out a red carpet for me for trying to patronize your business but at least be courteous. Pretend you have manners by guiding your potential customers. Try that next time. You won t die.

Thank you thank veterans memorial emissions. I was very stressed about gettingmy emissions done late Saturday evening. Because every emissions testing place that claimed on the internet to be open till 6 was a straight lie. One guy even admitted that to me. Thank God ( literally ) I found veterans memorial emissions in Austell. Here it is 6:45 and just like it advertised they are still open. The attendant was very kind and super quick.. they even offered me a water or coke at the end. I do not live in Austell but I will come back if only because I'm so thankful I was able to trust the advertisement and service.

Only place I take my vehicles to for emissions test. There technicians are always friendly and provide fast service with little to no wait time. I m usually in and out within 20 minutes. Very affordable

I needed to get my emissions test done on a Saturday the 30th at 6pm. I came here and we were done in under 10 min. We didn t have to wait and as soon as we pulled up we were helped and he was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend

If I could give ten stars and properly express a chef kiss here, I would. I'm not sure which to start with, so I'm just going to start with a critically helpful detail: it's open Sundays.The gentleman who runs this emissioms station is courteous, quick, and communicative. I was offered water and told everything he was doing or needed to look at if it required interaction before the interaction. The price is $20.00 plus $1.00 if you use card, a small price to pay for such wonderful service. I highly recommend it and will be taking my vehicles here as long as it's in business with consistent service.

OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!! I was so thankful. I forgot to renew my tag on time. When I remembered Saturday had passed by. They were the only one open in the area. Now I can get my tag via the Kroger kiosk. Also very pleasant attitude in the cold conditions. Thank you!

The emissions person here was very nice they were able to get the job taken care of in under 10 minutes I appreciate that they were open during my time of searching. After going to 3 other emissions and them telling me that they are on break when they've been on break for the past 2 hours. Recommend going here.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Gideon was very nice and very fast! Also, with so many places charging $25 for emissions, $18 is a nice price.

Was looking for a place open on a Sunday, and I truly wished I would've just waited for a week day to go somewhere else. Upon arrival, I purposely did not pull through the bay thinking I'd be guided in by the attendant. I waited. Nothing. I then saw a sign blocked by a bag that I was able to eventually read out "Honk for service" so I did. Nothing. Finally, I got out and approached the building where I saw Mr. Purvis sitting in a chair and appearing to be watching something on a laptop. He gave me a finger in the air as to say, "hold on" as if I interrupted something important. I mentioned honking, to which he replied he didn't hear it. I asked if he was available to run an emission test on my car, to which he replied "you need a car to do that." I said, yes, my car is here I just didn't pull in all of the way. Then he told me again, very rudely, that I needed a car to have a test done. So i pulled in without his assistance, and got out. He then put my car in reverse, which is what I was trying to avoid him to have to do in the first place. I stood outside of the building and he never once offered me a place to sit. All in all, Mr. Purvis was very unprofessional and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to be there. I never thought I'd feel that way coming from an emissions location, but Veterans Memorial Emissions proved me wrong.
