Overall I would not recommend this place. Tires had dry rot, wheels don t get balanced afterward which causes the shaking , and expect your rims to get scratched up severely as if someone was trying to take them off with a crow bar. If a company has 1 star reviews almost as high as 5 stars and everyone is saying the same that tells you something isn t right.

I got what I needed (which was 1 used tire) but the other comments are right. They ll change the price at random. Nice place & the guy was cool ig. I was in and out. I think next time I ll go somewhere else because the prices are ridiculous imo. Especially for a used tire.

LIKE THE LAST REVIEW, DO NOT come here. He does make up prices on top of his head and makes promises that he does not keep. He s a scammer. He told me id get a brand new tire for 380 dollars, but it s not new. He then tried to charge me 420 for an old beat up tire with a rusted rim (again he promised me a brand new tire and rim). It s not professional to go from one price to another. He has changed his prices atleast 4 times. First he said it would cost 250, then he said it would cost 300, then 450, THEN I said I could not do 450 and he dropped it to 380 as a discount so he says !!! Then when I came to get my car he said it would actually be 420! I ended up getting the 380 as I told him I could not give him that money. I had to borrow money from people in order to pay him yet he kept raising it. This is a horrible place. Scamming people left and right. Please do not waste your money here.

Exceptional service!! Friendly, fast and very kind! Stopped in on a Sunday to have a flat repaired and he had it done in no time!!! Highly recommend this business!

DONOT come here !! He makes up prices of the top of his head. He put a 13 year old dry rotted tire on my vehicle and tried to convince me it was nothing with the tire . He will try to convince you that your tires are bad so that he can exchange them for his bad quality tires & because he doesn't properly replace the tires expect your car to shake or feel off balance after receiving service here . . & if you don't know any better he will also try to convince you that you're responsible for dumping your old tires . DO NOT COME HERE .

Swapped the tire brands when I wasn't looking. Put the wrong sized tire on my car. Incompetent and malicious. Refused to refund, run.

After calling and confirming they had my size and letting then know I was on the way closed tried calling and texting nothing .not open 24 hours

Not 24 hours. As soon as we pulled up at 8:49pm. He was closing. Wouldn t even talk to us. Poor customer service. Please change ur time on google. Thanks

3:15pm June 21st 2022.Went to this location to get a nail removed and repaired. I ve been to this place many times before and the most I ve paid was $18 with my vehicles but i have never in my life had to pay $45 for a tired repair. The man tells me the price went up. Also my mother went to this location and she was over charged as well. This place likes to get over on woman, please be careful.

Was here because i rolled over a nail. He was so helpful. Patch the tire with no problem was fast also. At first was happy with his work but as soon as i pulled off and got to the light my light came on. I took it back and he said the tire must have been a bad tire "sometime that happen" he did fix it glad i took it right back because he was about to close. Smh

Got a patch on my tire here. The tech was fast and they charged $25. Sent my father here because he needed a patch also. The tech charged him $20 to inspect the tire before charging$35 to patch it. Never ever seen an inspection fee for a tire. Don't patronize businesses that take advantage of the elderly.

A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!I needed a single tire mounted on a wheel. The Tire Tech told me that he had the tire size in stock and that it would be at least an hour and a half before he can get to the tire. I dropped the tire off and came back two hours later and yet, my wheel was still sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off. He s slow paced..Fine! I then waited another hour only for the tech to tell me that the tire size wasn t in stock. Then offered me a smaller tire. Really??? Looked around for 3 minutes max and didn t bother to go through the fresh stock.3.5 hours wasted at this place! I used to be a tire tech years ago and I can tell you that this guy is a novice at what he does.

Straight beat action. I bought two tires. The guy said they were new. I had a blow out on the interstate. I paid 150.00 for two.I took the tire back. He said I only had a 3 day warranty. They only sale used tires. Please do not give these people your business. They are crooks.

This place has good tires and the main thing is they are open all day and night so if your in a jam you can go and get it all done before work so you don't have to go when you get off. Also nobody is there customer wise in early morning g hours so you get done fast! Just know when they qoute you a price it DOESN'T INCLUDE the tire disposal fee so make sure you get the FULL estimate cause usually it's 3 dollars for disposal everywhere and that's a common price so don't pay more!

Jay is RUDE. SCAMMER, ladies stay clear. He sold me bad tires. Drove around the corner and the tire was wobbling. Felt like I was driving on a flat. He took 25 minutes to find another tire. When he took it off , I noticed a colored patch of rubber sticking out of the tire. He stated it was normal. I drove to FLORIDA AFTER HE PROMISED ME THAT I WOULD BE OKAY. Made it to Florida on the the tires feeling different. Went to a shop in Florida and they said that the weights were still attached..Ended paying for my tires to be balanced. He basically is a CON ARTIST with a shop. Using the shop to hook up with women because he don't know the entirety if tire repairs.

Vary nice shop!! they had my tire put on in a good time Jay was quick and new what he was doing they even work with the price I would definitely recommend this place

Was under the impression that I was getting 2 brand new tires and 2 days later when getting the car inspected before going out of town found out they wasn't new not even close. Highly disappointed want be returning. Sad to say we can even support people in our community without them trying to get over

Came in at 7am to get a tire. I only came here because it said 24 hours. THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR SHOP! I REPEAT! THIS SHOP IS NOT 24 HOURS! FALSE ADVERTISING! The sign says in big letters OPEN 24 HOURS! Really? Waste of time coming here if you need a tire at odd hours of the day, even though 7am on a weekday is a primetime for cars to break down. There is a tire shop across the street. At least they have their opening times on point.

Poor customer service. The one guy that was in the shop claimed he waiting on his guy to get back to do the work. He stood chatting with a lady for about 20mins until I guess he realize his guy wasn't coming back then he proceeded to do the work. Then when it was my turn he didn't have the proper tool to do the job.

Terrible business! I went to get an estimate on getting a tire plugged which is normally super cheap & always under $10 at most tire shops. The guy kept trying to flirt with me & I was unintrested in his unwanted advances. After trying to flirt & do business at the same time he tried to up charge me by telling me & my dealership representive who was going to pay for the plug that it would cost $25 to patch the tire. We decided that we didn't want the tire patched & would go to the tire shop that my dealership is under contract with to get serviced there instead. After telling him that we did not want the service after he put the tire back on my truck & lowered it & removed the jack he proceeded to tell us that it would cost $5.00 to leave. We told him no we did not choose to accept his services nor did he disclose that there was a fee from the beginning & he got irate & put my truck up on a jack & would not let us leave & kept yelling at us. I called the police & the dealership representive told him that what he was trying to do was infact illegal & that no service was rendered so we will not be paying him a dime. He kept arguing & yelling & when he saw that we were not playing & that the police were infact on the way he tried to tell us that we could take the truck & go. We told him no we are going to wait on the police & when the police officer showed up she told him the same thing that although this is a civil matter he could not hold my car because no service was rendered or currency exchanged. Guys! do yourself a favor & never do business with this place. The service & disrespect I received was unnecessarily unprofessional & I do not reccommend anyone to ever go to them. I've been to other 24hr tire shops & the services I've received has always been of high quality & top of the line, like the 24hr tire shop called INI tires in Smyrna off of Windy Hill Rd. Never go to to this shop @ 2860 Veterans Memorial Hwy in Austell. The guy I dealt with was rude & completely unprofessional I do not recommend them or any of their services. If you are a place of business operate in a professional manner with integrity. This place is just sickening! Smh

Discovered a pretty big bolt in my tire heading home from work at 9pm and praying I didn't lose air on my 45 min drive but knowing I was probably doomed. Because I was resolved to stay of the highway and go slow, I saw this place and pulled in. The guy there repaired my tire quickly and affordably and I was on my way safely home in no time

Today 8:35pm place closed .. change your name please because this isn t 24hrs. I get covid slowin things down but you literally are a business that says in your name that you are 24hours. The manager/owner should be there if they can t get workers to come in. Smh

During the day, I've had pretty good service and decent prices. However, they claim 24 hours, but outside of normal business hours, you aren't likely to be able to get any help.

The guy working on Sunday evening was rude and insisted I leave out of the establishment when I asked for a number to the owner he gave me his personal number and then answered without speaking and had me on hold. Very rude unprofessional.. and the owner is on here defending them on every review instead of trying to correct the problem. Get better workers instead of defending Terrible customer service. I would send a dog there
