I cannot say enough nice things about this O'Reilly location! Everybody here treats me like a valued customer! I always find all the parts I need whenever I need them with lower prices than others places I've been to in the past! Special thanks to David the manager, Amanda, Zakaria, Marcus, and Kyle! This dynamic team always goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that all our needs are met and as a customer I truly appreciate that and value their professionalism and expertise as well!

I was in the store earlier today. My experience was the normal friendly customer service. However, I witnessed another patron that had an issue with brake pads he had purchased.The guy didn't' have the box or receipt. He was combative and argumentative. Yet, they were able to resolve the issue while maintaining their cool. Great Job!

Was worried about doing the rear brakes on my 2015 mitsubishi mirage. But the sales associate Oscar helped me out, and was very professional. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to coming back next time.

Stopped by early this afternoon to have the battery and alternator tested. Turns out I needed a battery. One guy said he would change the battery, but they were getting busy and asked me to wait. I gladly said ok. Another gentleman came over and said they weren't going to change it and made some lame excuse as to why they couldn't do it!!! So I had to call someone personally to come help me while the manager Zack had his girlfriend follow him around like a little lost puppy. It was almost 90 degrees outside and I'm having to wait on friends to arrive because the manager was too involved with his girlfriend to provide proper customer service!!!

I want to thank God for the great service that I received at this store. Marcus and Zac gave me good service. 1 They wore there mask. 2 They made eye contact. 3 They know the the product. And they said,"thank you for shopping at Oreily".

Went to go get my back lights fixed and Marcus (Assistant manager) and David (Manager) were extremely friendly and helpful. I originally thought it was a fuse but Marcus suggested it were the bulb instead and he even helped install it and they started to work again! He even installed a bulb in the front left headlight as well and was a tremendous help since I do not know much about cars. Thank you so much again!

I have always had good customer service at this O'Reilly Auto parts store, until this evening. The problem started when I ordered two sets of brake calibers and after two days I received the wrong parts in the right boxes. Upon return and an explanation of the problem at Drawer 5 (ZACKRY) was Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

They have good prices for car batteries and will check and change the battery for free if you buy it from them. My battery went bad, I went in out within 15 minutes.

Absolutely no customer service. Went in there because my check engine light came on and the young man refused to check claiming that other associates were busy with clients. There was no one in the store. Just because it s offered free doesn t mean it couldn t have turned into a potential sale because I also needed other things but he didn t even bother to greet me and didnt even try to help me so I left.

I went to the Autozone on Thornton Rd. first to get a new battery and they said that O Rielly s have much better batteries (even though I low key think that they didn t feel like replacing it for me ). Chris went above and beyond for my battery replacement. Batteries also come with a 3 warranty; so that s great too.

Employees were nice but weren't interested in looking up an electrical schematic for my Buick to see where the weak link in powering the whole tail light cluster would be.I don't know if that happened because of a lack of interest or knowledge, but I left with less money in my pocket than when I came in (bought a bulb and a continuity tester) and still no working tail light cluster.

I came here and purchased a bulb replacement for my daytime running light and my turn signal light yesterday (11/15/21). The cashier was Malcolm. I asked him could I receive help installing the bulbs and was told no. His excuse was my vehicle (a Passat) requires the whole carpet to be taken up to reach the bulbs. That might ve been a plausible explanation if one of the bulbs wasn t for my front light fixture. To be sure I understood him correctly I said that s true for both bulbs? You can t install either one? He confirmed he could not.I came home and found two YouTube videos that walked me through the steps of changing my bulbs. The back light took five minutes, required no tools, and DID NOT require the carpet to be pulled up. The front light took about 7 minutes and required a ratchet and torx 25 head. Needless to say, Malcom lied and was clearly not in the mood to do anything other than operate a cash register yesterday.

Everyone in the store was so helpful especially the manager, Stephen. He answered all my questions and made sure I fully satisfied before leaving. I will definitely shop here in the future.

Professional service at this store. Amanda is amazing. She was patient while multitasking and found the part that I needed, as I know nothing about cars. Great store to get what you need quickly.

Zakeria was very patient and willing to help find the correct wipers ( when I got the incorrect ones from another store yesterday)... After 30 mins and 6 kinds she found the correct ones. 10 stars.

This O'REILLY has great customer service! Stephen sold and installed a headlight bulb for my Toyota 4 runner in less than 10 minutes! He also suggested where to get a quick oil change! STEPHEN IS THE BEST!!! I will definitely come to O'REILLY in the future for all my auto supply needs! #O'Reilly Rocks!
