I called initially and the lady who answered told me to come by at 3. So I did.I brought my El Camino in because it had an exhaust leak that was bugging me. They found where it was coming from and replaced the header gasket. All in the same day. Also my vehicle was kept safe. Good business. Good pricey and it s in my neighborhood which is very important to me.

Great fast service! They replaced a single exhaust on my Dodge Ram to dual exhaust. Super fast without an appointment! Great job guys! Looks and sounds GREAT! Highly recommend!

I had a manifolder replaced on my truck. My engine light came on so I found this company online and decided to give them a try. They did the work in 1-day (amazing) because they initially said, I would need to leave my vehicle overnight. Work was done, next day the light came back on, so I brought it back. They removed my tire to view the problem (found no problems). So I left. Two days later my mechanic looked at the wheel and noticed a locked lug nut was missing. Of course I notified Laredo and I came back. Man, I spoke to about four different people and they did not take responsibility in losing the lug nut. They all started saying my mechanic lost it. I kept telling them that he never touched the wheel. I was not a happy camper at that time. They final ordered another set. Overall the customer service needs work but the work they did on my vehicle was tops chef. If the customer service was a bit better a 5-star definitely. Oh and the light finally went off on it's own.

$450!?!?!?!? Beware!!!! As a business owner myself, I expected so much more from Laredo muffler and the workers that I spoke with to get a quote prior to getting exhaust modifications on my 1964 Impala. Dropped the car off on the scheduled day after agreeing on the modifications, price, and provided explicit details on the modifications on the paper they have you fill out upon having service done but it seems only the receptionist is aware of what is written on the paper and the exhaust professional doesn t take note of that at all. Once I arrived to pick up the car the job was not what we discussed, accused me of being a liar after providing details of the modifications on paper provided to the receptionist and expected me to still pay the balance in full. Jose(manager/owner) and his workers were completely disrespectful and did not look to come to any resolution and fix their mistake. I was charged $450 to extend the existing pipes from the near the rear end to the rear bumper. Also, when I arrived home after hearing some unusual noise I noticed the new pipe I was charged $450 for was hitting my rear spring which a professional should be aware of before welding and installing exhaust pipes on a customers car. Horrible experience and will never return for any additional work.Service: Exhaust

Laredo and his skilled mechanics have always fixed my car with no problem as well as any tire rotations and topping off oils when I bring the car. He has been my mechanic for years. Awesome job by the guys at this muffler shop very kind and professional. I brought a project 1986 Corvette to them with the back end of the exhaust ( xpipe/muffler eliminators/dual tips) and they assembled it and installed it in 5 hours it was ready! car sounds and looks great and I am very appreciative of their service highly recommend.

During a time of crisis, Jose was so kind, understanding, and helpful. Even when they were closing he was willing to speak with me about my car needs and help me quickly get it all fixed. I HIGHLY recommend everyone support this business. Some mechanics do the bare minimum in service and charge $$$$, but Jose and the good people at Laredo are nothing like that. They are all superb professionals and I will refer everyone to this shop!

I really appreciate Mr Leon for recommending Laredo Muffler Shop to me, they worked on my 2004 Mercury Marquis and my 2001 Honda Accord 5 spd, both purring like kittens, they are the most honest and reliable mechanics I've yet to deal with, Hosea and company, may the Lord expand your business in Jesus name , thank you so much!!!

Came in to have some tips installed the a previous shop couldn't work with. They were able to not only get it done but do it on the spot no appointment. Jose and other checked me in, and worked quickly and efficiently.

Knowledgeable and informative staff. I used to do simple jobs on my own car and I know a lot about car care. As a woman, I ve had had many shops try to sell me things I didn t need. Not this place. The staff is always very polite and professional and the get the job done. I ve been going to them for a year now and they ve never let me down. Very, very honest!

Jose was very helpful and patient with the questions I had. I told him what I thought I wanted and he suggested to me what was best for my car and he was/is RIGHT!!! I had a catalytic converter replaced and also my muffler modified all on the same day. Him and his team are very fast AND accurate. I was NOT there for 8 hours. Lol. He is upfront and fair with his prices and didn t try to get over. My Goldie rides smooth, no more rattles, no lights on. I m a happy customer!Service: Exhaust

I called in for a estimated on a muffler replacement and was told by Danela that the technician needed to see the vehicle in order to give me a good estimate and to bring it in, and they would beat any quote I had received. The quote I received from another shop was $500 for a new muffler with piping. Bear in mind my truck is 17 years old with 275000 miles. The technician was very knowledgeable and recommended a very good used muffler and it worked out perfectly and saved me $300.00. Thank you Danela and staff!Service: Exhaust

This is not a good mechanic shop. I had a bad experience with Jose and Pablo. Don't lie, tell your customers the truth. I will not be coming back. While I was there another customer is complaining as well about the work that was just done to his car.

Quick work on replacing muffler.But being a small shop focused on exhaust work, I didn't get a good explanation of the type of muffler installed nor a breakout of price of parts and labor in estimate.

Was getting an oil change at Autoville (Mind you is also an AWESOME place! Jim is heaven sent) anyways I had him check my muffler and he told me I needed my hangers welded. He gave me a couple of muffler shops in the area, the first place I went to was way too busy to even talk to me so I came me Laredo and when I tell you I am glad I did believe me! The gentleman looked at my car and quoted me one price and said they could do the job today and it would take about 45 minutes well 30 minutes later my car was ready AND total was actually less than what was originally quoted. I appreciated the honesty and very efficient and great work! GRACIAS LAREDO MUFFLER SHOP!!!

Fair pricing, very knowledge, quality work and fast service. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I came here for a muffler and exhaust tips and I ran into my mechanic who works at another shop. He was working on a car but needed some assistance so if he s bringing his cars here (and he s good) clearly they know what s going on! Definitely will be going back.Service: Exhaust

Took my truck here to get emissions repairs and I ended up spending about $800 with them just for the problem to not go away. I told him the emissions codes did not go away so he asked me to bring the truck back so that he can take a look at it again. She then told me it was another part that was faulty which he did not mention at first after supposedly doing a whole system check so I don't know how he didn't see it at first. Since I really needed to pass emissions I went ahead and told him to change the other part just so I would be able to drive my truck and get the problem over with. I left the shop only for the codes to pop back up the next day. I completely give up on this mechanic as it seems he only wants my money and wants me to keep coming back. It's either that or the guy does not know what he was even doing because he changed a lot of parts and it fixed nothing. I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends or family.

Anytime I have an issue with my car I come here. They do not try to take advantage of you because you re a woman or you don t know about mechanic.I love it here. Jose is the best!!!! So far so good, have had two jobs done to my car here. They do great work. ...(edited from this point on...) had given them 5 stars, but changed to 3 after the third time because I had my vehicle towed there due to being informed they could fix the issue, about a couple of weeks after contacting them about whether it was ready or had they even started, I was told the guy who was going to fix it is no longer there. I understand stuff do happens, but i paid $85 for it to be towed there and got no relief for that act, not even a coupon.

Took my 2013 5.0 up here like last August for an exhaust system and they did quick and great quality work. Should ve wrote this review earlier but these are a great group of guys. Called about 3-4 different shops (around 1PM) & neither were able to install a catback exhaust for my mustang today. I pulled up here and they got me in ASAP. Price was good, and service was well. These guys are the best.!

I drive from Acworth to Austell to get my repairs done. That should tell you how much I trust this company with my vehicle. They do awesome work.
