Jr did a great job rebuilding a motor in a week and fixing a small dent on my truck. I went to the auto part store and came back and he was done in less than 10 mins, anywhere else your car would have been at a shop for about 2 weeks. Thank you for your service i will be coming back from now on customer for life

Jr was a complete professional. Jr and his crew was fast and precise when dealing with my car. My favorite part was how honest and upfront Jr was. My car drives like it s brand new. I definitely will be a returning customer.

Won t recommended this guy , He always makes excuses when it come for the guarantee of the transmission. I purchased a rebuilt transmission that was bad assembly ,the reverse gear when bad , took the car back in the first month and told him that the reverse was bad align,and he making other excuse for not to fix , the second time I took my car was was about 5month told him that reverse was making a noise but he gave me another excuse that it was the differential, When my truck broke down I took to his shop it back paid a towing truck $300 to take the truck again to take it back to my house due that he didn t wanna be responsible for the damage and I was not willing to pay him the same amount that I did to rebuild my transmission again. I polite request a evaluation of the truck in writing but he refuse . I purchased all the differential kit to rebuild my differential back but I was told by several mechanics that it doesn t need replace . I have spend $494 it parts that I won t longer need . Now i will lose money on sending parts back delivery fees and restocking fees that should be avoided if their would be honesty. Won t even answer text message or calls . Don t waists your time and find any other local repair .No lo recomiendo a nadie. No se hace responsable en reparaci�n siempre da excusas y solo te hace perder el tiempo . Mejor lleven su carro a otro lugar si no van a tener el mismo problema.

WARNING! Do not come here unless you want an unpleasant experience and your vehicle worked on by 20 year olds that half way do the work. I got a used transmission replacement for my 2017 Nissan Rogue and they did a terrible job because they put the parts back in the wrong place. I did call often because I was concerned and needed my vehicle serviced as soon as possible but JR was rude. JR was nice at first and seemed like he was doing everything to help me but then got rude about me calling. After they installed the transmission, my car broke down again 10 minutes afterwards. Granted it was a bad transmission however, they still did not install it right. I was told to not bring that car to his lot anymore lol. Every other mechanic I called to try to help me said that he was wrong for that.

OUTSTANDING company and and all around solid human. We were on a roadtrip from Texas to Virginia in Dec '22 and had a flat tire in Lithia Springs. I had a tow schedule for 8am and nobody showed then got a call at 9:45 saying he will be there at 10:13am he assured the vehicle would be towed to my house 1pm I noticed the car was still not towed I called three times before getting a call back and was told he could not tow it because of no plate which was with the vehicle he did not call or say anything. When I finally spoke with him and asked what was wrong and if he had call the issue could have easily been fixed . He then proceeded to say well that s what happened with a nasty attitude. Really bad business . I hate I even have to give any stars the customer service deserves 0 stars

Bad and Shady business practices!! I paid $2,200 even before the job started to have a transmission rebuilt and installed in a 2004 Ford Explorer. Keep in mind that The Blue Book value of this vehicle is only $1,500. I told him I was not working and was looking for employment and what a bad situation I was in. He assured me he was my best option and I was in good hands. Mind you I drove the vehicle to his shop and all of my gears were working. The transmission was slipping, the overdrive indicator was flashing and I knew it would go out soon. The job was finished April 8th 2021. I then moved to Tampa Florida to pursue a job. By June 30 2021 I was having problems with the transmission. I contacted JR; He assured me it was everything under the sun but the rebuild of the transmission and the install. I took my vehicle to Midas to get the fluid levels checked and to see if it was leaking anything as JR suggested. Everything was good $50. August 20 2021 the transmission went completely out while I was on the highway. I had my vehicle towed to the closest transmission shop with the best reviews $125. The first thing they did was checked the fluid. They said it was burned worse than they have ever seen. I called JR and explained that the issue is definitely the transmission. He told me that I need to figure out how to get the vehicle back to Atlanta & he'll "see" what's going on, with now assurance that I'd definitely be taken care of. This transmission is under a 6 month warranty which is terrible. This is the text I got from the transmission shop here in Tampa.The following issues were found in your transmission.Main issue is that the bearing in the rear of the case that goes between the planet set and case was missing. This caused damage beyond repair of the case and planet set.Torque converter was never replaced nor was the solenoid block.They also have to donate me a different case because the one I had installed was so badly damaged. $2500Service: Transmission

I know about three months ago I gave a good review. Which I thought Jr. Did a great job, only did I know. Within a month of me having my car. It started to give me problem and I took it back to him and he had it for a week and a half. Now it is leaking some kind of fluid and I have called, sent pictures, texted and no reply. I called him he pick up the phone and say hello when I began talking he hang up the phone. When I called back no answer. Don't do business with him.Service: Transmission

I bought a car that unbeknownst to my knowledge didn t pass emissions. JR worked with me to find a solution so I could get on the road. He kept it for a couple of days to ensure everything got fixed and I was thoroughly satisfied. It passed! Customer service is the absolute worst. Repair had an issue and the owner did everything but say that was not his issue. Please don't bother to take your vehicle here. If you value be treated with respect and not talked to like a child. You want to talk about honest. This man saved me from paying 1100 dollars that another mechanic tried to charge me. Jr told me the problem was simple and fixed the problem for thirty bucks. I'm new to Georgia and I won't be going anywhere else. HE IS TRULY a man of INTEGRITY. Thanks Jr's. GOD told my wife in a dream the night before that someone was going to charge us about 1000 dollars and not to pay it. Thank you Jesus we listened. He is good and faithful.Service: Tires

I have been to several repair shops and they all was trying to charge me for things that I didn't need and then I call Jr's Auto Repair and when I arrived he inspected the car and told me the truth about what was going on with the car and was reasonable with the price. I would recommend this shop over any other. They did a great job repairing what could have been a major issue had I not gone to Jr's Auto Repair!Service: Engine repair

Excellent service rebuilt the transmission to my corvette in about 3/4 days and gave me a grace period on payment including a payment plan will definitely be going back if any repairs are ever needed and I highly recommend
