James did a great job repairing/fixing the noise/damaged and worn suspension issues on my Prius after an accident. New lower control arms, struts and alignment. Highly recommend.

My husband pulled into the shop in desperate need of their help due to a flat tire on his trailer. The owner told him he was blocking the entrance and to leave immediately. Bad service, wouldn't come here.

Had an excellent experience. Needed a catalytic converter replaced. They used the one I had purchased online, made sure it was correct fit, had work done same day. Prices were the best around after multiple estimates. I was able to pass emissions the next day. Highly recommended! Thank you! Support your local economy

Great service, best prices, family owned & operated! They are quick to get you serviced. If they find a problem while servicing you they bring it to your attention asap! They answer all of your questions promptly, efficiently & professionally. They then leave it entirely up to you whether or not to have it fixed by them or someone else. Anotherwards there is no pressure selling or intimidation! This I find so very refreshing! Their pricing from the services needed, parts needed & labor is the absolute cheapest and although they're cheaper that doesn't affect the work they do! I highly recommend them and their business to anyone that needs vehicle repairs and wants an honest job done!

I m actually a mobile mechanic, but I don t have access to a lift or alignment rack, and they do a great job for any needs I have had that couldn t do without those things.

Oh Mannn was I impressed with the service they put on Mr. Baskin's old 1978 Chevelet Impala (Dark Green). 2 Dual Pipes as well as a Muffler was put on it. Great Job and service I will/has let everyone know. Again Awesome work!

Best customer service & tire shop around. Pretty quick on turnaround time as well.I got a great deal on a set of tires that I really like and they look good as well. Being that they larger all-terrain, James Tire always rotates them for me when needed.Its easy to be loyal to a place like this.

Exhaust work that is. It would be great to accommodate same day service. Luv to support local shop but some folks aren t able to wait until the next day.

Just took my car here for the second time to get new tires and had a great experience. Great work and quality of service! I'd highly recommend them to anyone I know, these guys are great people!

Thos guy is great. When Walmart tried to charge us for a new tire,James fixed our tire for a few bucks. We were in and out.James has repaired oyr tire a few times now. We can depend on him being fast and giving us a fair price. This is a hidden jewel and we'll worth the time.It's a nice little tire shop. Professional service, friendly,, clean,and knowledgeable.

James Tire is a great place to do business with. I called around fro a set a good used tires for my 2005 Nissan Titan, The quotes were 300.00 or more. James sold me a like new set for a great price! The work was done quickly while I waited......I will never go anywhere else. Thanks James Tire!!!!

These guys will get what you need if they don't have what you want. They know what they're doing and get you in and out in a short time. Competitively priced, top quality service and product. Its a shame that I won't see them for another 80000 miles.

They told us they didn't have any way to look up the work that had been done on our vehicle. They said we had to keep the paper invoice. They said they wouldn't even look it up. Don't go here they don't honor their warranty.

Brought my 2018 RT Charger there a while back and was looking for a better sound they definitely delivered and I will be returning and the pricing was very good and nice quality work done.

I bought 4 tires from them in late January and 1 of my tires completely tore up at 70 mph. I called them to see how they work with such a situation. They said if it just got destroyed you can buy a new tire. I expected some sort of help in the purchase of a replacement tire. That was the 1 and only chance they have at my business.

James Tire is by far the best tire shop in Austell/Mableton if not all of Cobb County! They are the best in the area for alignments and cheap/ discount tires. Make sure to talk to Charlie, he is a stand up guy and has helped me out a lot in the past.

My tire showed low. I stopped in to ask them to check my tire. They could have told me I needed a tire. They said it was just low. Checked all my tires and said I owed nothing!! I'll definitely be back there when I need tires.

Family owned and fair price had another place tell me I needed new brakes so I took my car there they said no I didn't. They have been here for as long as can remember.
