This is the very worse place to bring your car! Ed proposed an 18 day completion date and I didn t receive my car back until 31 days later.I constantly followed up with him about my car. Asked for a completion date and he ignored me or kept extending the completion date. My car was at the paint shop for 20 of those days. By the way the paint shop isn t in house, he does through someone else. He wouldn t disclose the location of the paint shop.The repair took so long that the insurance company made me pay out of pocket. They informed me that the mechanic is supposed to cover the out of pocket cost for his delay but of course he said he would, but didn t.When I received my car my key was beat up, my tires were under inflated, I all of sudden needed an oil change, my car key battery needed to be changed, the back door panel is loose, there were still scratches on my car, and the paint was dripping. I rate this company a 0 out of 10. Ed is a con artist and a liar. Do not go to him

Dunn Motors is one of the best body shops in town! Took my car in and fixed it quickly as I needed it back soon! Van looks like nothing ever hit it! Definitely using them next time if I need body repair. Ask for Ed Dunn he will take care of you!

Edward was a pleasure to work with and had great customer service. My transmission on my 2017 Nissan Rogue went out. I had a hard time finding someone to help me however, I explained my situation to Edward and he was willing to help since the first call while other mechanics turned me away. He helped me get my car back on the road after being broken down for 2 months due to another mechanic. I am forever grateful and blessed that I found this auto repair shop!

This is the WORST Shop in the Metro Atlanta Area to take your vehicle. The owner, Ed Dunn, who was working on my vehicle is extremely unprofessional. He held my vehicle in his shop for 3weeks before he even touched the car. After he rushed me to have my car towed to him as if he was going to work on it immediately. He took nearly a month just to have my bumper and headlight replaced. I could ve literally took the car anywhere and had it done that same week. He got old parts from the junkyard and put in mismatch headlight bulbs in my vehicle. When explained to him my car has HID bulbs and I wanted everything original like it was before I came. Also he order his own preferred badges to put on my Dodge Charger that I didn t authorize him too. It was all a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I would not recommend anyone to do any legit business with this place!! Paid him over 2K for this and literally got nothing I asked for done. He literally ordered all cheap parts to save money on his behalf with no regard to what the customer wants on THEIR VEHICLE. Run AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Service: Body & Trim

I ve been doing business with Dunn Motors for more than 7 years. I must say I m a little perplexed with some of the reviews I ve read here. Although my experience isn t always ideal, I can say that anytime Ed or his staff have made an error on a repair (doesn t happen often) they ve gone above and beyond to correct it. No one is perfect but I ve witnessed this man do some things for people that NO OTHER SHOP IN THE CITY WOULD DO! I ve found Ed and his staff to be high quality/high character individuals that do high quality work for discounted prices. I ended up buying a new vehicle this week and I had Edward check out the vehicle and do the tune-up needed. He was able to get the car worked on quickly and efficiently. I dropped off the vehicle in the evening and got a call the next day saying the work was done at 4pm.My Uber driver saw Dunn Motors as my destination when I went to pick up my vehicle. She only had positive things to say. I feel very comfortable to know that Edward has an amazing reputation and will gladly recommend anyone to come here.

The owner Ed Dunn was rude to my daughter for no reason. He has no type of customer service etiquette. I would advise anyone spending their hard earned money not to go there. Go to a place where you are valued and treated with respect.

Owner was extremely rude in a line at a convenience store so I can only imagine how he is when he is working on someone s car. I won t be going there or referring him to anyone. You should watch how you act in public when you re promoting your business (and your response says it all! Disgusting attitude)

Surprisingly amazing!Yesterday my wife broke down at the intersection of Humphrey Hill and 278. She called me and asked what to do. I check out google maps and notice an auto repair shop close by so I thought, why not give them a try. I m super glad I did. Ed Dunn answered, gave me his cell number and told me he would go immediately and get her. A few minutes later this nicely dressed gentleman meets my wife and make sure she gets to his shop by letting her know he s following right behind. Even gives her a picture of the front of his shop so she knows exactly where to go. Within a few minutes he texted me the problem. By the time I got there myself he was almost done fixing the problem. Himself. In a TIE! My deepest thanks for making my wife comfortable with a Tv remote and a heater in the waiting room. Actions speak louder than words Ed. Thank you.

Needed a radiator and condenser replaced agreed on price. Told me I needed to pay extra for coolant and Freon makes sense. 6 hours later I get home here gurgling sound check coolant tank. Nope no coolant added. 2 stars for getting me in and replacing the parts. But if fluids are needed definitely check while you there cause they will pull a fast oneService: General repairs & maintenance

Poor customer from Edward Dunn where he believes yelling at young women is a quality option. Most women aren t familiar w/ auto repair so his attitude should be w/ more grace when dealing with a woman. Esp an 18 y/o. Just disrespectful. No recommended to patronize this business

Eddie and his team exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and customer service. I'm always very pleased after Eddie and his team service my car. From doing a simple oil change, to doing transmission work, the high quality is consistent.(3 Year Happy Customer)

This place is the worst!!!! Not only is the owner rude be he also yelled at my child and hung up on her when she called to confirm an appointment time!!!! It s one thing to have an attitude with an adult but to be rude to a child is beyond crazy to me! I m teaching her to be prompt and courteous so because he told her be there by 10 I told her to call and let him know she d leave at 9:45 to get there by 10 just to ensure either one wasn t waiting on the other. And she called and he asked her why she was calling him at 9 when he told her 10? Then told her to go somewhere else and hung up on her! I would never talk to someone s child like that.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The mechanic told me to buy parts for an engine that cannot be fixed because it was cracked but the mechanic could not diagnose that. All in all, I used over 2K and the car ended up being scrap metal.
