It is so hard to find a good, reliable, reasonable, and HONEST mechanic. David and his employees are all amazing. I have been to them several times. They are always super friendly and helpful. They give the best advice and never try to get over on me. I will always bring my car to them. They always make sure I am 100% satisfied and I always know they will leave me with a smile and even a laugh. They aren t just mechanics they are comedians too.

David is my go-to auto repair guy! He is local to my home and has given my vehicles lots of love. After buying an old Ford Ranger with a big oil leak issue, he was able to take the engine apart, repair it and help prep it for a big road trip across the country. David and his crew are knowledgeable and will do you right price wise too.

Hands down the best mechanic Ive ever spoke to. They're super honest which you think wouldn't be hard to find and the prices are great. I would 10/10 recommend this place to get your vehicle fixed.

Dave has worked on all my vehicles for years...I trust his work and I always have my vehicles repaired in a day or 2. Reliable, Friendly and Very Fair pricing. Dave runs his business like he's your NEIGHBOR. I like that atmosphere...!!

I had an amazing experience dealing with David's auto repairs. Turns out I had an oil leak and needed both valve seals replaced and a combination of other things from my neglect. The staff was non judgmental and quick to help me and got me back in my vehicle the same week at a fair price. I felt like my dad and my brothers got me back on the road the staff was so nice and although they were very busy with cars everywhere they made me feel like I was a priority every time I came by. In these days it's hard to trust people with your vehicle But I will most definitely be back thank you David's auto repair and staff yall are awesome.

His shop could have easily taken advantage of me especially since my car was towed to his shop from a major car repair shop who had given David's shop paperwork saying my powertrain (on a 64,000 miles car) needed replacing. Instead of David taking their word he did his own diagnostic and found that my water pump and canister purge valve needed replacing. I could not help but give him a hug as he really treated me as if I was a member of his family. I also saw him conducting quality assurance on other customers cars and that was reassuring.My vehicle runs great!!!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Brakes suddenly went out and had to find a place to fix/replace my brakes and rotors quickly. He squeezed me in to his schedule and I am very grateful. Outstanding service, customer service especially is a plus these days. Highly recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Look, here's the deal. I have no idea what kind of magic these folks worked but BY GOLLY my old truck feels better than when I first got her. I had David and crew swap out my transmission and that was all I was expecting. Let me tell y'all who read this, they went WAY beyond just a simple thing. Extra care went into my Beast as I feel they went above and beyond just the simple. To David and his crew, thank you. Y'all did a hell of a job. To anyone looking for a straight up, no nonsense shop to care for their 4 wheeled baby, these folks will treat it and you right.

Very bad experience they cheat people out there money like they charge me for misfire on my car never fix it, so don t not come here cheat you out your money

David is awesome. Awesome is not even the word to describe how he is one of the best mechanics. He took care of my car and he got it repaired quickly. He is somebody that is extremely dependable, reliable and he handles business extremely well. His prices are reasonable and fair. I will go back to him with any other car problem I have. He took great care of me when it came to my car situation and he will do the same for you.

David is just amazing, I was without a car for about 3 months being told by another mechanic my car was totaled & could not be fixed, I called David & he helped me get my car towed the next day & had my car up and running in 2 days & she drives like she s brand new! I recommend David to anyone for any & everything. Also a very funny guy that knows his stuff!Don t hesitate to call David

David is amazing. Before I was making a road trip,, I had gone to a tire place in town, and had all 4 tires replaced. I had asked that everything be checked including fluids. Plus, I had an appointment set, and had to wait there for hours. I was told by them that I had a loose axle. I went on my trip and my car was shaking badly. When I returned, I took it to David's Auto Repair. He drove my car for just a few minutes, and knew what was wrong and fixed it. I Highly recommend him and his crew

David is HONEST! Don t give a second thought about going to his car shop. I came to his shop with my H2 hummer. I told him what was the problem, he did the diagnostic check and told me what was the problem right there. It was an easy fix.... I was so surprised. when I know he could have said it was something else and charged me a lot of money like other mechanics in the area. I was honestly ready to hear it was my transmission failing like another mechanic told me, but like I said David was honest and told me it wasn t. Thanks to him my car is running normal again. Wow!!! Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had with Auto Repair. David recommended a tow guy for me who was very nice and affordable. He quoted me a WAY cheaper price than about five other shops (new clutch) but admitted it would take about three days longer... I was skeptical as this was all over the phone. I just knew he was going to end up charging me more but I looked at his reviews and decided to take a chance. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be, cost me exactly what he said it would, and drove better than it had in a couple of years. I would absolutely recommend this shop!!!!!

My sister referred me to Dave s auto and I m thankful she did! My car had been running rough for over a year a certain chain that s specialty is tires, said it was a bearing and it was going to be several thousand dollars to fix. Dave checked it out and it was my water pump causing ALL the issues and noises. Dave took care of it, charged a super fair price and gave me a lifetime warranty on the water pump as well. I m never using anyone else again. Dave is my mechanic!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I find David to be a very competent and above all honest mechanic. He will tell you exactly what he thinks is wrong with your car and how much it will be to fix it. No BS, no upselling, no fake repairs. He is always very busy and you may have to wait three or four days, but that is because so many people know how good he and his crew are. He only uses new parts and will stand behind his work 100%. If it isn't right he will make it right. His rates are reasonable and way cheaper than the dealer.

Dave s is the only body shop I trust! My husband hit a deer and Dave was able to rebuild his entire front end for under $2000. He had to rebuild our radiator as well! He s also replace a water pump for us on a separate occasion. We ve sold vehicles to him for cash and just like taking our business to the guy. He s a GOOD DUDE with fair prices

I LOVE HIM! Needed a hub assembly and wheel bearing pressed out, he did half the work and couldn t finish until the other parts were in stock. Tried to go ahead and pay him, his EXACT words, Baby we don t do things that way. We re family. You don t do family that way! You just bring it once I do all the work! He is so sweet. He will be my first stop with auto repairs from here on out Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I've been knowing David since 2004. I had a serious problem with my Ford Aerostar, and I just prayed, closed my eyes on a page in the Yellow Pages, and my finger was on his address! He did a lot of work on that vehicle, and I still got it. There's not one bad thing I can say about Dave, and I hope he's doing OK. Haven't seen him in awhile. He's now just like family! God bless him! Very good mechanic!!!

Took my 2005 Kia Optima in on a Thursday for overheating and stalling. Had it back Friday running better than ever. They kept me posted on my car's status and the price was awesome. I've been to other shops in Austell and this one I recommend.
