We serviced our 44' fifth wheel here. My husband is extremely knowledgeable about RV's and vehicles. He found this business to be very honest in their assessment and charge more than a fair price. After allowing us to spend the night on their property in our fifth wheel they handled our RV asap and even welcomed our dog.They have also been extremely helpful in dealing with Morryde - who complicates warranty claims. However, Big Moe's has done all of the legwork for us - thru getting serial numbers and filling out all the little details that Morryde is requesting.We will always go out of our way to come to this alignment shop not just for their honest prices, but more importantly their service. We HIGHLY recommend this business. It's worth traveling for!

Do not use this place. I had my front springs, shackles, bearings and seals done along with my rear torque bars based on their recommendation. When i picked the truck up i noticed it pulling to the left, i went to get new steer tires (since i had the front end rebuilt) so i just had them check the alignment. The front drive axle was 3/4 )" out. They had replaced 2 torque bars but redid the bushings on two. The front and rear torque bars are different and they had swapped one. I took it back to them and they had it fixed in a day or so. A week later, the right front wheel started slinging oil, again, back to the shop. They tightened it and said "should be good". About a week later it was leaking again. Took it back, they removed the cover, resealed and put it back on. It lasted a few days and started leaking again, i took the truck to my regular shop and they replaced the cover and no more leaks. Now, about a year later the inner seal is leaking on the left side, my regular shop is replacing the seal.i have completely lost confidence in any work they did and have to redo the bearings and seals just to not worry about them. Also, they recommended i go with a heavier spring on the front of my 379 so i did. It rides so rough ill have to replace the springs again as soon as i can afford it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We brought our 2023 Riverstone Legacy fifth wheel with independent suspension into Big Moe Spring and Alignment for its first wheel alignment. We are so glad we did! Our experience with the team was top-notch. They were efficient, informative, and personable. They were very knowledge in regards to the MORryde suspension systems which provided peace of mind taking our unit to them. Their rates were also very reasonable when comparing the same service to other shops. Highly recommend.

Professional staff and Quality worksmanship. I had a custom lift kit designed/installed on a 43 5th a wheel camper. Not only did Big Moe s get the camper perfectly lifted and level, but they came in 15% lower than their estimate price, and got the job done a day sooner than required. I highly recommend this shop! Today, was a WONDERFUL day! I was lead to this establishment because one of Vanguard's service writers told me that the left leaf spring on my 2017 Volvo truck was cracked and needed to be replaced for $4,000.00. Wanting a second opinion, I searched the internet and located this establishment. Upon entering the business for my scheduled appointment, Mr. Moe and his staff were punctual and professional. During the inspection, it was discovered that the left steer axle wheel was cracked rather than the leaf springs. In addition, they went the extra mile to perform unscheduled work on my truck during the inspection. The inspection and work was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Moe and his staff was very honest in his business dealings and I highly recommend this business. WE will be returning and referring others to this establishment. My husband and I are full time Rv-ers and we had an absolutly crazy situation come up recently where we took our RV to a garage in Texas to deal with a slight lean to the left and the garage actually put a new leaf spring on the wrong side of the rig making our problem much worse! Unfortunately we were in such a rush that we didn't notice the mistake until we were in Georgia and much too far away to go back and get it fixed. We called Moe's and Moe was incredibly kind and felt awful that such a ridiculous thing had happened to us. He made a huge effort to get us in quickly and let us know that the garage in Texas had not only put a new spring on the wrong side, they had also used the wrong kind of spring. Fixing the problem turned out to be a very big job but Moe and his friendly team managed to do the work to a very high standard very quickly. We really appreciated that Moe and his team went above and beyond for us so that we didn't have to spend too long away from our home and they even managed to get the work done for less than their original quote. Our Rv has never been so level and it drives so much better now we are very thankful that of all the places we could have been when the s* hit the fan we happened to be in Austell GA. We would go out of our way to be in GA if we ever need major work done on our RV again because we know these guys deliver.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I live in Oklahoma and was traveling out to Tallapoosa, GA for suspension upgrades and the company found my tie rod end bushings were damaged. They told me to call Big Moe s since they didn t work on that and boy am I glad I did. Tyler answered the phone and was super friendly and professional then transferred me to Moe to see if they could slide me since appointments were booked until February and they did. They were awesome and a few days later, my class A motorhome is fixed and ready for the remainder of our vacation scheduled after thanksgiving.Moe was awesome and made sure with my high needs/demands my motorhome was safe to drive and ready before the holiday so I didn t loose thousands of dollars in campground reservations for our 1 1/2 month journey.Should I ever need anything done again, I ll make the journey from Oklahoma to Austell, GA and only trust the repairs to Big Moe s!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Came here because I noticed my RV was drifting to the left and needed an alignment. We were in the middle of a trip and it was travel day. They were able to get us in and out pretty quickly and very reasonably priced.They allowed me to bring my dogs in while they worked on the RV. On top of that, they mentioned something that may be an issue down the road and need repairs plus told me the average cost, so I wouldn't get ripped of.Good service. Would recommend!

Had to go to several other shops, before I landed at Big Moe's. My problem wasn't properly diagnosed until they worked on my truck. They were professional, forthcoming, and helpful. Moe was able to work with me for a true value as well as customer service.

I have an old 2003 Chevy 1500 Pickup truck. Driveshaft had a vibration after putting new U joints in. Took it to Tyler at big Moe. He let me know the price of parts and labor after quick inspection. He Balanced two piece driveshaft and put on a new center support bearing in . I was thinking it would be $1000.00 + but got me out and running sweet for around $350.00 . Thanks Tyler awesome job !!!

Could not ask for better faster service!!! Bobby and the gang are super nice, and when we forgot our key for our truck(which it was a spare) our fault for forgetting - They we're great to wrap it up and get it sent to us without any problems. Talk about customer service!!!!

Was told I needed bushings from another shop & came here for a 2nd opinion. Made an appointment & was in & out in 2hours. Didn t need bushings they figured out the issue & my truck is driving 10x better!Friendly & professional staff!

Cool if you're not African American. Tyler was okay but it's just a good ol boy shop. They sent me out of there with a broke bolt in my leaf spring hangar and didn't tell me or write it up. Glad I look over my stuff when I get it back. My family depends on me and it seems like that didn't matter to Moe. If you're a driver or mechanic u know how big of a mistake that was.

Tyler is the best at what he does I explain what I needed and he made the u bolts for me they were perfectly made when no one in ga had or could make them he did I will never use a different company for my suspension parts again they are the best the only company I will ever trust for my suspension parts thank you Tyler

Over priced and took 2 weeks for a simple job if y need it done quick not the place to go if u got 2 weeks for a 1hour job this your place they do good work just extremely slow and over priced....
