Absolutely love the customer service here. I had to get a new transmission in my van a year ago and weeks transmission did the whole service for me. Well fast forward to now and my service engine light comes on. It s a transmission code. I call weeks and they tell me it s fully covered and they d fix it immediately. John was so nice, great at keeping me updated, and they were wonderful with working with me on having my van in the shop as little as possible. Highly recommend!

Did not resolve issue with rebuilt transmission. I had to wait 3 weeks for appt. I took truck down for them to inspect. I had 9,000 miles on the rebuild and it was out of the 2yr warranty. I was told over the phone nothing was wrong with transmission and to get my own transportation to pick it up. On the way back home, the truck barely made it up over the hill going across the river into North Augusta. Have used Weeks for over 30yrs, but never again! At the very least, the customer should be treated with respect.

John is the owner of Weeks took very good care of my 1965 Mercury. He originally rebuilt the transmission about 4 years ago. Headed back in there because pan gasket on the transmission is leaking. If you live in Augusta Georgia, I would tell you to go 2 weeks transmission put your transmission needs.

Deliciously pleasing! The authenticity of an Italian eatery is fanomanal! Staff are on point, friendly and ready to surve. I had an amazing server by the name of keturah! She had us laughing the whole time! Will definitely make this one of my weekly visits

This place is 10 stars. They went above and beyond and built my truck so I can work with it! We bought a used truck that Weeks installed a transmission in. The provided us warranty and fixed it even though I was the second owner. No cost

Not sure they know what they're doing. Read all the reviews that these guys are so knowledgeable and i was excited to get my transmission problems correctly diagnosed. Instead, I was told I need a brand new transmission that would cost almost $5000 and take a month to arrive from California. Was told there was no 2nd option, so I took my care to the dealership service center, where they (eventually) found that I was just low on transmission fluid.Not sure why I paid a diagnostic fee for the mechanic to not even look at my transmission, but I do know I will never go to this shop nor will i recommend anyone else to use it.

This company's reputation for integrity and premier-level customer service is well-deserved. I will highly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances and they will definitely be my go-to if my vehicle is in need of repair. I cannot emphasize enough the level of integrity that they showed to me when I had to go back with a problem that was a result of another party's mistake. I called to have my transmission serviced, unfortunately I needed a new transmission. Week's staff was completely honest on the time frame and their price was 1000 cheaper than Nissan. My transmission took two weeks to come in, but it was fixed within 3 days. The ladies up front are awesome! We have great conversation each time I'm in. Plus, my warranty is 2 years or 24000 miles!

Friendly staff, definitely. The owner himself came out and let me know there was nothing wrong with the transmission on my 2013 Ford Escape SE. Lol. I think he was almost irritated by that! But, he didn't even charge me the $45 fee for inspecting it for me!! I will absolutely be going here for regular transmission checkups!!

When I called around to get pricing and service availability for our van multiple places in the CSRA weren t even interested in working with us because our van had higher miles on it. When I called Weeks the guy who answered was kind, took his time to speak with me and stated they had immediate openings for a diagnostic test. From the day I dropped it off, up until the day of my recheck, everyone was kind, accommodating and professional. Craig, the mechanic who worked on our van, was knowledgeable and willing to answer any of my silly questions that I had while deciding which avenue to take of replacing the transmission or getting a newer car. The ladies up front were always ready to talk and had a smile on their faces.Service: Transmission

Everyone I spoke to were kind and knowledgeable. I was never pressured into getting work done that wasn't necessary. Had transmission rebuilt and truck was done within estimated time. Pricing was great for the job. They even let me know about other issues not related to the trans so I could have it looked into. Thank you to everyone at Weeks! It was a pleasure and I will make sure to send all family and friends in need of such repair your way.

Went to the local Ford dealership for a recall issue on my 2012 F-150 and it basically limped into the service dept because the speed input and output sensors died. I said to myself might as well let them do the transmission work too , big mistake. In a nutshell, they lied and couldn t get the work done so I called Weeks, spoke to John and he was very professional, the staff were very helpful and they had the part I needed within a day of the call. In total my vehicle was at their shop maybe 48 hours. My one issue was only that I did keep in contact with them several times just to make sure the work was getting done but they said 2 days and that s what happened. They will be getting my business again for maintenance or repairs.Service: Transmission

Weeks has great customer service!!! After getting a new transmission installed I sat in my car for a few minutes and one of the service techs came to my car to ask me was everything ok. I told him yes. That showed me that they were concerned and willing to assist me. Thanks Again Weeks Transmission!!!!

Very happy with their work and service! Five days for a complete rebuild at a fair price. Was from out of town when transmission died as passing through Augusta, could have been very easy for a shop to take advantage of us, but Weeks was very professional and courteous throughout.

I just picked my van up. While it was expensive what transmission isn't? They told me a month and had it done in 2 weeks. I drove it back home to Panama City, FL and it drove flawlessly. Very professional and easy to work with. Thanks.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Got transmission rebuilt in 2015 chevy tahoe / they recommended a plug in to keep vehicle from going 4 to 8 cylinder so it will just stay into 8 cylinder. They saying it shifting back and forth cause wear and tear on the motor and transmission

Had 2 estimates prior to seeing the folks at Weeks. Their estimates were between 2 and 4 thousand dollars. Weeks brought my truck in, ran diagnostics, and filled the fluid and it has run perfectly since. Completely honest service. Customer for life.

I dropped my car off to have the transmission fixed. The mechanic Craig was very rude, and he short talked me. I said sir please don t be rude to me, Craig told me I can take my car to another transmission shop, and I told him he was right. I had my car towed somewhere else, and I would never do business with them again.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Every time I go their to speak to Mr John an his twin daughter who looks just like him they never disappoint me I've had 2 heavy duty transmissions put in my trucks in 2005 an 2011. 14 Nov 2019 drop my 1984 chevette off to have a drive shaft support put in an they always look out for me with great recommendations. My car not jerking no more so for a Pan gasket,shifter seal, transmission fluid an gear oil service added only cost me $277.00 I will be back great service an communication with the customers Thanks again Mr John.

Great people. I was quoted a lower price prior to Weeks but that business was unsure and very unprofessional/offensive. But I went to Weeks for a second opinion and was overly happy with the professionalism even though the diagnostic was the same as the rude shop. My car is going to be ready by Friday, the 3k was a bit steep for a college student but I'm willing to pay for professionalism, accuracy and warranty. John Weeks(before giving me the diagnostic) tried everything he could because my car showed no signs of transmission failure. Thanks Weeks for servicing the CSRA, we're lucky to have you!

My vehicle was in need of a transmission rebuild. The vehicle had been shuddering at 40mph for several months before I was able to take it to be looked at. Luckily, I had a warranty with the vehicle and my bill wasn't much at all. Weeks Transmission is a family owned/operated business and they provide great customer service. My vehicle had to stay at the location for 3 weeks while doing the necessary steps for the warranty to cover the repairs. Being without a vehicle for 3 weeks was challenging but everyone at Weeks was very quick to communicate when they got new information and were always willing to answer any questions I had. I would strongly recommend them for transmission work or maintenance or any other repairs.

10 out of 10 Experience! Very friendly, polite & honest staff. Came here to get a few things done. Mainly maintenance, need to get a transmission flush, oil chance and a breaks done. Because thats what the dealership told me I need to do befor 100,000 miles. So when I called this place not only were they easy to talk to but they kept things real. When they had called me back with an estimate they told me my breaks where fine (just what I thought but I didn t know for sure untill I had a sure second opinion) witch was awesome so they said I could hold off witch I thought was cool because most places will hit you back up with a bunch of BS that doesn t need to be done. Witch is why WEEKS TRANSMISSION has a life time customer with me. I ll definitely be coming back for anymore work I need and will more than likely be referring this place to everyone I know.The prices where very affordable & fair.

These guys are honest and do top notch work. They delivered as promised and did so on time. John communicated throughout the whole process. Couldn't say more terrific things about them! If you need transmission work, these are folks to take care of you.

Did not have any service done here. Made a call & the Lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and informative. If I needed any service done. I will definitely give this Establishment a try.
