Mr Walker and his sons are the best car repairmen in Augusta GA! They repaired my granddaughter s 2001 Toyota Solara within one week as promised and at the price they quoted! My granddaughter said the car drives better than before the accident. Mr Walker s son, Edward is a gentleman and very respectful!!! Mr Walker and his staff took pictures and showed us the damages and kept us posted. They even fixed some things that was not part of the accident wear and tear at no extra charges. Thank You JC

Mr Walker was willing to do a repair job of my bumper at a third of the price of other shops, looks practically new AND performed his work with same day pick up. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else after that experience.

I don't know why some of these reviews call Mr Walker unfriendly, the guy was great and all the workers were very kind to me. I came in on Saturday, and they let me come in the next morning! They let me sit and watch the process of sanding, repainting, and clear coating my bumper area. They were very reasonable with pricing and made sure the process went smoothly. I would recommend their services to anyone who wants quality work done at an affordable price!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Upon arriving with my vehicle.. NOBODY spoke.. I spoke loud and asked how they were doing.. they didn t even look at me Went through my trunk and they had let all kind of water damage in it I m guessing when they tore it down.. I got plenty of photos and videos of damage from back of car and the under . by the time the insurance got there they had gotta over 7k worth of damages everything they could steal.. they did.. I left my college diploma in my trunk..THEY GOT IT .. among other things Work was decent though

They did a great job on my Chevy cruze! Had it looking brand new again and in a timely manner. Customer service needs some work and there is no nice waiting area but my car was look GOOD when they finished and that's all I cared about.

Overall great experience. Mr. Walker gave me a reasonable estimate for some dings and scratches on the front fender and bumper on my Chevy Tahoe and he guaranteed that I wouldn't be able to notice the rework and he and his staff DELIVERED!!! And it was definitely a plus that I was able to get my truck back the same day!! I have no complaints!! Keep up the good work!!

Visited this shop on 1/28/22 to speak with Mr.Walker the grumpy rude sounding owner; however, Larry the liar approached me. I explained to Larry the issue needing resolved with my car. I was unable to drive the car and lived right down the street from the shop. Larry told me he would stop by the next morning and work on the car before going in for work at 10am. He even called that evening assuring his early arrival. Waited and Larry lying self never showed up, so I knew come 10am he was just another lying unprofessional man. He did not answer my calls, nor text. He was not professional enough to call back and update me of his arrival or cancellation. I am puzzled as to why he behaved this way as he was the one who insisted to do the job, lame! In all the people of this shop seem lazy, rude, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business nor trust their services. I am highly dissatisfied! Thankfully another shop below this one jumped right on the issue, fixed 2 vehicles with in an hour at Entire car Products.

Beware of hungry looking men that steal and lie. The owner is a bitter man and scares people off with his tone and responses. They were not able to fix my car the bumper and I am pretty sure screws shouldnt be placed into the back bumper. They are slow to answer your concern, give rude responses so that is unprofessional and not a company i would recommend to my enemy.Service: Welding

There were warning flags, but long story short I never expected personal items to go missing from my car. A cash only policy in 2021 is a serious red flag. I do not recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did an ok job fixing the scratches on my truck, not great, certainly not worth 1700$. Also, they dont take cards, checks, PayPal, venmo or any other type of convient payment method. CASH ONLY. Was not impressed when I tried to get my truck on a Sunday not knowing they didn't take cards. Had my truck for a week, after being told it a as gonna be 2 days. At least they paid for my rental. All around not a positive experience.

Since a cousin recommended Walker's many years ago, I have ALWAYS taken & recommended them! Their workmanship is very professional! On top of THAT, they have very REASONABLY prices!

While dropping off a package to a friend, I scratched the heck out of my 2 day old Avalon on their gate. Everywhere else in town wanted over a grand to fix... I went to Rick's and they couldn't even be bothered to give me a quote... Went here on a whim. They quoted me $400... 2 days later, and I tell you it looks brand new!Only caveat, they are cash only!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came here and got a great talk up about how they could do the work I need, etc. For an awesome price. Came back the day he told me and he wouldn't even acknowledge my presence or remember what he said two days ago... Bad business, no professionalism, and even if the work is great, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE... #IFITSOUNDSTOOGOODTOBETRUEITIS

VERY UPSET WITH THE CRAPPY WORK THEY DID ON MY CAR. My mom had used this company for years so when the pizza driver backed out of my driveway and hit my car she suggested for me to go here, big mistake. My insurance company wanted me to go with a different company but because of my mom I requested to go here... when I pulled up to pick up my car they didn t even know which car was mine... my car smelt terrible, and to top it off they didn t even put my finders back on that cover my tires. I have full coverage insurance so I didn t have to pay anything anyways so I would have much rathered gone to a more reliable, professional company. This was a few months back, but I just found more screws that were left out of my car which reminded me that I never got to leave the review that they really deserved.. I d highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
