I had a vehicle maintenance service here, and the staff told me that the maintenance had been completed. I opened the engine compartment cover and found that the sealing rubber ring of the oil filter element actually appeared in the engine compartment. It was a terrible experience. Very unprofessional service, very perfunctory apology

My experience with Gerald Jones, Volkswagen service department has always been upfront & honest with me. They re super friendly they recognize me every time I come in. Went in today to get my battery replaced in my key fob only took 5 minutes.

My first new vehicle bought here at Gerald Jones VW Excelent service and felt no pressure whatsoever while purchasing. I got a pretty good deal that I couldn't find in other places and Tavyin Salas did an outstanding job in helping me find the perfect vehicle. I would definitely come back to buy a car just for the awesome service Tavyin offered.

Here is a follow up review. I decided to give Gerald Jones a second chance around a year on since last time. I have to say I am impressed by the level of care and attention the management and staff has given to fixing the issues from past. It quite on par with expectations for a VW dealership and maintenance point. I think the staff goes well out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied. The maintenance associate was very patient in answering all my concerns. I feel confident walking away that my car is in its best condition. If I had to provide one negative critique that would be that management may need to focus on hiring more staff. Compared to other VW maintenance facilities the scheduling was greater than 30 days wait. Gerald Jones was able to help squeeze me in on a walk-in though and I am very grateful.

The purchasing process was great! I absolutely loved Earl as a salesman.The service department is absolutely awful. I've contemplated trading in my car just for a better service department. I had to take my car to them shortly after I purchased brand new because there was a glitch,which was fine. It took me two days of calling to finally get a human on the phone then was on hold for 20 mins. My car wasn't ready on time, and they threw it back at me saying I didn't come on time,they were right, I arrived 20 mins earlier than my appt.Fast forward to needing my first old change... called 4 times yesterday waiting a total of 23 mins, and finally leaving my name and number... no call back at all. Today, being put on hold and still waiting over 20 mins. This is awful.

I am normally 50/50 on my feelings for dealership service departments, but I am completely against THIS service department. It is like they don't know what a schedule is. Twice I have booked appointments for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and told them I was waiting (not dropping off). Both times, 2.5+hours. For a service that should take 45 minutes at most. The only thing that I will go here for from now on is warranty work.

Buddy Cooper was absolutely awesome! He carefully explained the process to me very clearly. He was not pushy or anything that I was expecting a car salesman to be. Demonstrated the features in my new VW Tiguan and repeatedly ask if I understood. He was patient with me and very down to earth. I would give Buddy the hightest rating allowed plus some!! I only hope that he is there when I go back in a few years! Don't retire anytime within the next 10 years Buddy!!

Purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from Gerald Jones...they were professional, courteous and honest. They made the process hassle free and delivered on all that was promised. Ask for Chadwick in sales...he's awesome!

I LOVE my new 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Sedan 4dr DSG TDI w/Premium & Navigation. Thank you so much for the perfect car at a killer price. Service was great only issue I have is when I call, I never can get anyone on the phone, on hold or goes to a voice-mail and no one ever call back and that cost you a star.
