I had a horrible experience at Trucks and More. I was told by a customer service representative that TRUCKS and More was able to balance 24 Dually wheels. As the world turns the technician failed to balance my the front wheels on my truck, charged me for valve stems that they never replaced, and placed two feet of weights on the rear wheels. Horrible job with the balance! My truck drove worst after visiting this place. Turns out they have one of the best machines for balancing. Yet they have outdated wheel balancing accessories. Thus, they can t properly balance modern Medium Dually trucks. And the technician failed to align the valve stems on the rear dual wheels (see outside valve stem & screwdriver for location of inside valve stem) just slapped the wheels back on the truck any kind of way. What a waste of $463.

I needed a hitch for my wife's older jeep. No problem. They ordered the hitch (came in two days) I brought the jeep in and had it installed. My wife is happy; I'm happy. T&M has a professional and knowledgeable staff and they know vehicles. Russell was great to work with. If you need accessories done right call Trucks and Moore Services.

Definitely the places to go for truck needs! Will took great care of my truck and he told me all the things I needed and took me step by step on what he did! I highly recommend this place, ask for Will!!!!Also prices are also very affordable. Will definitely knows what he is doing and one of the best!

Called to have Trucks and Moore install a Ranch Hand on my truck. Told me they could have it done the very next day which is super nice. Took it in and it only took about 90 minutes to install. Noticed it was slightly crooked when they brought it out, and the manager had them take it back and try to straighten it out. I bought the ranch hand off of someone else. I really appreciate this business for making every effort to satisfy the customer.

This place is top notch! It's so beautiful and well organized inside. I took my car to them on 2 different occasions and I left satisfied! Everyone there is pleasant, helpful and friendly. Their work is MAD COOL! They ordered the lights for me and put them under my car for me! I absolutely recommend this crew for the job!

Had a very bad experience here. I just discovered that my lugnuts were never torqued and I only had three lugnuts on each front tire. That explains why I had a vibration that wouldn t go away. I was also missing a center cap on the rear. I had spoken with the manager a few days earlier about the missing center cap. He said he felt like it was stolen because he couldn t find it . It was also discovered that most of the plastic lugnuts that hold the center caps on were stripped. That explains what happened to the missing center cap. It must have fallen off going down the road if it was even put back on.Probably because of someone using a impact wrench on them when they should only be tightened by hand. I hope they get their stuff together. Their manager Bobby is nice and professional. I can t say the same for the work that they do. I hope nothing like this happens to anyone else.06/04/2018Update from previous review........I called this morning to get an update on the center cap and lug nuts that Bobby agreed to replace. He said they were sent back. I didn t understand so he went to explain that he was no longer going to replace them since I placed this review. He said, we re through , and hung up on me. Bobby is the same guy that I said was nice and professional in the earlier review. I got back through to him and he hung up on me again. I don t believe that I deserve this treatment because of an honest review. Everything that was said was honest and no disrespect was meant. Regardless of the review they should own up to their end of the deal. I feel like the review was deserved and that it s my right to voice my concerns.Update 06/05/2018 ........By the way my truck just turned over 45,000 miles today on 06/05/2018. Also I leave reviews based on my personal experience. I do not fabricate stories. My truck had only been driven very few miles from the time the work was done at trucks and Moore and when the work was done at Eubanks who discovered the loose Lugnuts. The plastic lug nuts that hold the center caps on were stripped and they don t get strip without negligence . Trucks and Moore does not own up to their negligence. They always deny any negligence on their part. I would highly advise anyone to stay away from this business. If you don t you will only find out the hard way. I highly advise anyone to go to Eubanks tire and alignment because they have Highly knowledgeable people who have been doing tire work for years compared to a shop that hires kids who negligently perform Half ass work. And I failed to mention that the day my work was performed at trucks and more that I had smudge marks on the side of my truck from where someone had leaned the tires against the side of my truck. A business manager should be responsible enough to own up to their mistakes and especially not hang up on a customer and tell them we are through before he just blatantly hangs up on them. Bobby is completely refusing to admit that they are at fault of any kind. He says anything to twist the story around on the customer. Of course he would never admit to using an impact on centercaps but they didn t get stripped out by hand. I can assure anyone reading this but I am a person of high integrity and honesty and wouldn t take the time to post this if anything I m saying weren t true.

I ordered two pontoon trailer tires with rims. Overall they were able to get them very quickly - next day. However it seemed chaotic with the customer service part. I waited about 20 mins while they pulled the tires up front, printed the bill, and cashed me out. Price was about 50$ more than Amazon but I needed them in a hurry and was willing to pay it.

My Rhino Bed spray-on coating is amazing! The young lady did a fantastic job! Plus, I had my new engine installed, and lastly, I got new lifters and wheels.

Apparent "fuse" bad for dash items. I was unable to discover where. Took these guys about 30 minutes to track it down, and charged me near nothing for their effort!VERY SATISFIED!!

Was quoted 230 for hitch install and wiring for 7 pin. They charged me $242 after a military discount for only hitch install no wiring. Would not recommend.

A little pricey but the were fast with their work and everything seems to be done professionally. I'd recommend them for any type of accessories you have for you car. I had a new lips and skirts installed on my car, so they do a lot more than just Trucks as the name suggests.

taken a couple trucks here for custom work and recently a custom car for work. These guys are fairly priced and do excellent work. prob the only place ive felt like takes pride in the work and takes care of customers cars. also very friendly and good communication anytime something unexpected has arised. Highly recommend.

A+ place to do business. Had airbags installed on the rear end of my truck today to help with pulling my camper. Very fair price and professional associates. They have my vehicle business from now on. Perfect attitude of the truck now.

Well I would have just deleted my review if you would have just left it with trying to let your employees off so they can spend time with there family, because I can respect that but instead you just started insulting me like an ignorant idiot. Real class act business if I could give it less than one star I would really glad I didn't bring my truck here if this is how the owner reacts to any little criticism. Definitely going to tell my friends on base to stay away from y'all.

Preston McDowell recently helped us with getting a truck rhino lined for a birthday present. He knew what he was talking about and he delivered! Not only was the work beautiful, it was done in a timely manner. Preston was upbeat and answered any questions we had about the product and warranty. Got a spray in bed-liner done at Trucks and Moore. The bed liner was done quickly and looks good overall. However, they placed a Trucks and Moore plastic decal (a couple inches under the LED bedrail light) on the inside on the bed after it was sprayed. It is 1.5 x 5 inches and looked tacky (phone number, address, etc.) in my opinion. It peeled off easy enough, but left a black tar underneath. Now, I have a thin, black, very sticky, tar strip on my bed-liner. The colors don't match up and it is visible when walking around the truck. Why would you stick that big of a decal, without permission, on the inside of someones truck? Its not a billboard for your company. If you are getting a bed-liner, tell them upfront you do not want the decal. Otherwise, good service-Update- Trucks and Moore did offer to respray the right side of the bed. The bed looks great now! Happy with customer service and product

Been there twice and receive great service. Only bad experience was the tonneau cover (which I brought in) was a lot more intricate than they anticipated, so my 90 min wait turned into a little over 3 hours. Just wish an earlier heads up as soon as they believed it to take longer rather than finding out after the original time elapsed.Regardless, great facilities, friendly staff and quality service.

This place does it right. I ve been in 3 times over the past month to get some accessories installed on my new truck and I have been impressed each time. Leo has been the one to help me each time and he is a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be returning.

Great service and a knowledgeable staff. I wasn't thrilled with the sticker placed in my bed liner at first, but it's not horrible. I painted over mine with black spray paint, and it looks even better! Great job, and keep up the amazing work!

What an incredible shop. Russ is always on point. This is the fifth vehicle I have brought in for various additions. I always get Mr Waters opinion on what I should and should not get done to my vehicles. He has never steered me in the wrong direction. What an awesome team member you have here. Change your ownership Means.Apparently changed the way they value customer for 18 years go find service somewhere elseBut they have plenty of money they do not need yours.Oh yeah whatever you do don't go behind a counter.To respond to your comment you should make sure (every one of your customers know they're not allowed behind your counter) And I will remove this post and your one star rate [ like you ask]Thanks for all you did to my vehicles in the last few years.Do to you're answer You should really do your homework pull up my last invoice and take a look at it and ask yourself did we fix problem because I paid you guys $900 not to fix a problem but I did not put that in the comments and I did not put that in your review would you like a picture of the invoice I have one.At least the previous owner know how to do that you could call me if you like

Made an appointment a week in advance to have a spray in bedliner and tint on my 2022 F-150. Time came to drop off and I had a few questions for T&M about the tint and how I wanted it done. The lady attendant had to ask the manager if they could come down to the rear view mirror mount so that it doesn t stick out like a sore thumb and he said they couldn t do it like that because it went too far down the windshield & it wasn t legal.Ok so you re willing to put 20% on the front windows knowing that 35% is the legal limit front windows ?�?Because of this it cost them a tint job, spray in bed liner, & front leveling kit install. I don t like to give bad reviews because every situation is different but when you contradict yourself like you ve done and expect people to still use your services, it s become a trust issue at that pointe. Will not return to T&M.

I was passing through Agusta,ga and needed a oil change. 2 dealership turn me away. 1place was too expensive and Wal-Mart didn't feel like doing it. They were getting close to closing. They took me in anyway with a smile. They were the cheapest cause I had everything. If am ever in Agusta and need work done on my truck. I would take it to TRUCKS and MOORE. Thanks again guys for taking care me.

The work was good. Made an "appointment " to drop off. Took off work and it was after 2 when I received a call they couldn't start on my vehicle. No problem, things happen. Brought it back the next day. It was completed just fine but no discount for my time the previous day.I know they don't have to discount anything but customer service is not what it use to be.

I bought a used truck that had funky wheel spacers in it that needed to be removed. Tyler was very helpful in finding the right wheels for my truck. He worked with me every step of the way to address and recommend everything I wanted done.Once the truck was in the shop they were very transparent about all the issues that they encountered. Even despite the challenges they were able to get new wheels alignment and exhaust done in a short amount of time.My truck handles like a dream now and is whisper quite.
