I got my car fixed but for the price is crazy. But my main disappointment is that I had an appointment to get it serviced but, doesn't matter when it's first come first get serviced. Then on top of that yo sit and wait on my car for 4 hrs just to be asked to bring it back the next day which I did to have my car worked on for another 5 to 6 hrs. So pretty much had to be without my car for almost entire day.

I didn t have a lot done today, but my car does need more work. I had a very good experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They let me know of any changes that needed to be made before doing anything. I was hesitant to come here after a bad experience at a different location but I m glad I changed my mind. I look forward to going back!

I was on my way to eat for my nephews birthday when it sounded like my tire blew. I got out and noticed a huge thick wire was stuck in my tire. This Tires Plus was right by where it happened, so I decided to pull in to have them check it. The lady working (I wish I could have gotten her name) came out to check on it and pulled the wire out to make sure it didn t put a hole in the tire. Afterwards, she refused to take a tip from me and wished my nephew a happy birthday! She was so sweet!!!

Just got 4 tires, and an oil change. I had not used my credit card there for a long while, and had trouble using it. Shonta, was so nice about straightening out the problem!! Her customer service skills are excellent

Pretty quick even without an appointment. Waited about 2 hours for them to fix a flat and replace my spare as I just showed up after getting 3 small nails and a bolt in my tire. That's just my luck though. Super friendly.

Anthony is always helpful and gives good, prompt service. Doug has also helped me and he does a good job as well. This is a very busy location and they all seem to handle everything professionally.

customer if mine came in for a alignment . was told wheels were loose and bolts weren t tight and the alignment cant be done due to frozen inner tire rod ends. little did they know we just serviced the vehicle prior to sending car over there . customer returned to me and the tire rod ends were free moving and all bolts were tight and in place. all they tryed to do was sell this man something instead of doing the alignment he knew he needed . this sint the first time qe uave experianced these issues . 6 months ago a customer of ours went over there to get tores in a nissan altima, and pull out of there oarking lot and as she pulled in she said it feels weird and the tire came off on the left front . then the person who came over we said did you torque the wheels after service! his response was whats a torque wrench! how do you service tires and not know that! will not be sending any other customers to this location .

I called them on Sunday morning, saying I needed to get a new tire, and they said they would order it, and that it would come by Monday. I called them Monday around 5 o clock, an hour before it closes, and they said it s on the way, it ll arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around, and I call probably about 2 o clock, and they say that it still has not come to the store. I called about 5 o clock, wondering if my tire would come in, and the gentleman said that it should be there in the morning. I called them Wednesday morning, around 8 o clock right when it opened, and the same gentleman said yes the tire is in the store, just give me 30 minutes and I ll have it done. I called him at 10:30 and a lady answers and I ask her if my truck is ready with the tire, and she did not know what I was talking about, And says that a tire hasn t even been ordered . To her credit, she did try to fix it right then and there, she seemed very upset with my experience because I told her about what happened the last few days and she did seem to try to make it right, but it was just too late. I took the tire down the street to midas, and what it took this establishment 3 1/2 days not to do Midas got it accomplished within two hours. Dealing with this place was an extreme headache and put me behind a few days.

I've been here multiple times, & every single time I've received the most professional, prompt, straight forward, & transparent service with incredibly fair pricing. I can speak to the experience of being spoken down to by service technicians, as a woman, & I've never received anything but the best treatment at Tires Plus (on Washington Rd. by Bobby Jones). It's refreshing to have found an auto shop that employs women, as well; I don't see that very often.

It was a great experience. They put on two new ties and tested my battery. Price was reasonable and work preformed excellent. I will be back Ben is a good manager, he seemed to never sit still.

These guys put a crack in my rim. Making my tire go flat....these dudes are really trying to beat someone out money...DONT GO

This is the BEST tire place in town. I I noticed I had a flat tire hours before I had to be at work. I pulled into Tires Plus and they fixed it within the hour! I love this place! Every person there is thoughtful and courteous! They really know what customer service is! I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are respectful of their customers and wear masks, too! THANK YOU TIRES PLUS!!

We ve been using Tires Plus for quite a few years now and have been very happy with the service that we get. I appreciate that I was able to schedule an appointment to take my car in for the free tire rotation and was able to be in and out and less than a half an hour. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant!

Joe and his staff of professionals couldn't be more amazing. If you need brakes, this is THE place to get it done. We saved a pocket full of $$$ and our Ford Expedition has the lifetime brake plan, so any time we need our brakes checked out or repaired, it's free of charge to get them done. How great is that!!? I highly recommend you or anyone you know have your vehicle serviced at this location on Washington Rd.

Will Ferrell and his team really helped my wife and me out in a pinch. We were traveling thru Georgia and got a flat tire and went to countless places that were closed or just wouldn't help. We were limping along on a spare and I didn't love the idea of driving several hours on that tire. The guys were super nice, professional, and gave great advice. They had my tire in stock (sidewall damage) and got me off and going within an hour. It was a great experience and we were able to sleep in our own bed that night!

We had a long wait(nobody's fault, just a busy day) which sucked...but the help we received was well worth it. Came in with no appointment, needed 4 tires and an alignment AND I had my two year old with me. Everybody was nice, but special shout-out to Stacy. She helped me make the right purchase for my needs and was so kind. Thank you so much for treating my son so nicely and not making us feel like a nuisance!

I go there for my tires and oil changes in between big preventative maintenances. I have no complaints at all there prices are reasonable and the service is efficient.

I have bad experiences with Tire plus. I had purchased 4 tires in 2018 with a 65000 miles warranty. Our mileage is still underneath, but the tire plus service advisor didn't accept it. They need to do service at his store every 5K-6K miles. However, I took the services at Milton Ruben, Washington Rd (Toyota Corolla) at every 5K-6K miles. I realized that they do not trust Milton Ruben's services. So, I would like to say everyone to make sure all services warranty with tire plus before contract signing on it, otherwise it could be a problem. Thanks

Jamie is a horrible manager to employees and always sends them home under false pretenses. Which leads to them being understaffed then leads to longer wait times. Just another case of white women crying when black people voice their concern. She does not need to be there if black men make her nervous.
