I spent four and a half hours to get four new tires put on my car. That is way too long. And I had an appointment too.I will say they eventually got the tires on there. But there is no way I would ever suggest you go to tires plus. They just take way too long.

This place was more than awesome service was impeccable, it was by luck my daughter ran into Roland the service manager, at the gas station on a flat tire, you would think he was advertising the way he pulled up on her, it was just God stepping in on time, followed him to the shop and he took care of me. I can't forget to mention Bobby he's new and just started he was awesome with finishing up with the last minute touches, along with teaching a few car facts along the way, she learned a lot. Well all I can say is they gained a customer for life great customer service goes a long way. I really appreciate these guys taking care of my child when I'm such a long way from her, thanks again. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for fast friendly customer service.Mrs. Larkins/Lyons

I have had a vibration on the front right side of my 2014 Ram since October. I have been to multiple mechanics including the Ram dealership; which cost me $1295 for a driveshaft replacement that wasn't even needed. And it still didn't repair the issue. One visit to Tires Plus and Ray, the technician had the issue completely resolved. I went back just to thank him for his help and for fixing my problem. This is my work vehicle and is a daily driver. So the repair was greatly needed. Thanks again Ray for all your help. And thank you Tires Plus for actually having a qualified mechanic on hand. I will recommend this store to everyone in need of vehicle repairs.

have been a loyal customer at the Augusta Exchange Tires Plus for over 10 years. I have spent thousands of dollars only to have the customer service, experience and the maintenance to deteriorate. For the last year I have been coming and a lot of my requests have been left undone. They were not rotating my tires when I would get my oil change, resulting in 2 of my tires being lower than the others. I have requested windshield wiper fluid and got in my car and it was empty, etc. I needed my headlights replaced back in December 2023 and the technician lied to my face saying he couldn t replace them because of a motor in the lights. I went to Auto Zone down the street and the technician there replaced my headlights in less than 5 minutes. Every time I have come there over the last year or so the customer service has gotten worse. The new employees that you all have now are the worse. They re neglecting the customer s car and not doing their job. I will not come back to Tires Plus.

I m not sure of there names but 4 employees exceeded beyond my expectations. The one that worked on my vehicle, I m beyond grateful for him to find out why my vehicle was shaking when I was hitting my breaks he was the only one who fixed it when I took it to a previous place they couldn t even fix it, but he did. The other three that helped me when I fist came in besides giving me the bad news on what they found wrong, they did it beyond professionally and told me in private by taking me into the shop area and showing me, getting the parts in beyond quick which each part got there in under 30 minutes and doing everything they possibly could to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with everything. No other locations or car auto place has ever treated me the way they did. It was an amazing experience. I m not sure who they were but one individual helped me on Sunday when I was there on Wednesday.

Turns out there was just a ton of confusion and a huge misunderstanding. I profusely apologize for the previous bad review I gave. I'm not going to give a 5 star review because it all could have been avoided if I was told what work was being done once they decided they weren't going to replace the 2 tires we went there for. If they had brought me the two tires they did take off to show this tore has x damage and this tire has x damage instead of waiting until the work is finished and going amd just grabbing some tires out of the scrap pile, leaving me confused as to what just happened with my vehicle and the tires. I'm still not happy about having to wait 3 hours for 2 tires. But the situation isn't as bad as it initially was.

0700 appointment today for a set of tires & an alignment. Easy stuff. Dropped the car off the night before so it d be there for the tech to work it first thing, since I was the first appointment. It s now 1600 hours and it s still not ready & I m still sitting here. Unacceptable. I m a business owner & I d be out of business if this is how I ran it. I ve spent $3K-$4K in this store over the last two years; never again.

I was referred to this location at 7:12 AM EST because 2601 Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815 didn't open until 8:00 AM EST because they were short-staffed. When I arrived at this location the lady said they were short-staffed only two in the bay working. There were five cars with the hood up. I decided to wait for the brake inspection that isn't free as they advertise knowing that it would be a couple of hours even took a walk to kill time. Then, I stood up from the torn chair noticed the lady was going to the back to provide an update. The lady lifted the garage door and I seen the younger mechanic with hat flipped backwards rush out to start smoking a cigarette near his truck. Then, he slammed his truck door so hard he could've shattered all windows in the vehicle. There was an older guy who seemed to be handling the workload well. I asked for my keys back the lady did apologize to me. I'll never go back to this location as I don't want an angry mechanic working on my vehicle to make problems worse.

I presented to Tire's Plus on 10/30 for a courtesy battery check because my vehicle would stutter before starting. Stacy provided me with battery check and I was informed it was it at 97% and was not the reason for the stutter start on my vehicle. Due to my battery being good I was informed that I possibly needed a new starter or alternator but that this determination required a vehicle inspection. I returned my vehicle to this location on 11/1 and since it was late in the day told a vehicle inspection would be started on 11/02 to determine the cause of the stutter start. On 11/02 I received a call at 10:57 AM from Stacy informing me that the battery and starter were not the problem and that I needed a new alternator along with some other recommended maintenance. I agreed to having a new alternator and oil change completed. I was called at 4:02 PM and told by Stacy that my existing battery was dead and that I needed a new one and she needed me to authorize the maintenance. I questioned as to how a battery that was checked multiple times prior to was now dead within such a sort span of time. Stacy was unable to provide a clear answer. She eluded to my alternator killing my battery but the battery was at 97% per her check and deemed serviceable . I continued to question how my battery was now dead when this was never an issue prior to the new alternator. Stacy was not able to explain how my battery was now dead within a few hours. I was then forced to purchase a new battery in order for my car to be serviceable. Upon picking up my vehicle I asked for an itemized list of maintenance. I was charged $49.99 for a standard oil change and had to request a coupon be applied so that the oil change was reduced to $32.98. I do believe that my car battery was left not charging while maintenance was conducted and that this location is at fault for my battery going dead. In total I spent over $1100 for an oil change, new alternator, new battery, and vehicle inspection. After further review this location has a current F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Avoid at all cost.

I won't be going back. I was supposed to get an oil change and tire rotation. They took the wheels off but forgot to rotate them (the employee tried to lie and say they did) . They didn't reset my maintenance light nor did they put a new sticker in the windshield. I had to go back inside and wait even longer. I had already been there 2 hours before going back in for them to fix their errors. After getting my car back the second time, it reeked of cigarettes and I don't smoke..

Came in at 7am to get a diagnostic on an evap leak. Took like 2 hours just to get the diagnostic (turns out it was a coolant leak not an evap leak. Mind you. We got the report from another tires plus store that said they didn't have the means to repair it, hence why we went to this one), and turns out it was a coolant leak instead. This store said they had to get a part for it so we had to wait for it to come to this store. Tried to kill time getting nails done, walking around, playing phone games. Turns out the part they bought for the car was the wrong kind/size. It's now 12:52am, and we told them "Nevermind, just put the car back the way it came". Got told it'd be another 15 minutes. We're still waiting to get the car back as we speak. Lots of other cars have come and gone as we've been waiting. :/

Always: Excellent Service from the moment you walk thru the door, even if the Staff is working with a customer, they great/acknowledge you and say I'll be right with you. This makes me and the customer currently being taken care of, feel valued. Once it's my time, I ALWAYS receive, Excellent and Professional service at the Best Prices available. Funny story kinda. I got a flat tire at two in the morning drove in a donut for a few hours. Yes I know totally unsafe. But anyways was looking for places to change my tire because I still had almost 12 hours more to drive. Called and spoke to Stacy. She was absolutely amazing great customer care service. Super friendly and funny. She got me in and out of there with the tire in less than an hour! And thank you so much Brandon for changing the tire out on short notice! Y all are the true MVPs

Damien was super helpful in getting me serviced today! Sometimes I won t choose tires plus if I need something done fast, but today was not that case. The service was beyond quicker than I expected for an oil change and he even put air in my tires. He was professional and friendly in explaining the services. My husband and I had such an incredible experience at this place because of Ms. Stacey Pagan! We were stranded in Augusta because our brakes, that had been installed a month before by another Tire Plus, stopped functioning. Since we were towed there late, the car couldn't be fixed until the next day. Stacey not only showed compassion for our dilemma and our frustration, she gave us info about hotels nearby and called us with updates on our car. She was such an asset to her company. A little kindness goes a long way and we are grateful for hers.

It was my first time at Tires Plus (Robert C. Daniel location). I was in the Ulta Beauty parking lot when I realized I had a flat tire. I saw Tires Plus in the distance and was able to drive over. I was in a bind and they were a great help to me, providing service at the last minute. The flat tire was replaced, and they recommended I replace 2 additional tires, which I did. It's always crazy when your car breaks down on a trip. They worked on my van without an appointment. They completed the work that day so we could head back home the next day. They checked the car over really well and told me what work was important for the trip home and didn't push me to do any other work.

After 9 hours of waiting they still were not sure what was going on with a tire I had purchased from them with all the warranties and road hazard protection. After calling repeatedly and being put on hold for 20 minutes at a time I decided enough was enough picked up my tire and had it repaired at another shop. Tires plus told me tire was not able to be fixed. Twenty bucks and twenty minutes later tire was fixed by another tire shop. Thanks for the headaches tires plus.Service: Tires

To start they did my breaks not tires. Secondly the customer service was great, they were understanding when I was upset with them. Going into that I was told a nice concise timeline of 1.5 hours and that was what made me choose them over other mechanics. Unfortunately my first impression was less than stellar when they exceeded that timeline outside of an hour tolerance. I value my time and I wasn t able to make extremely important timelines due to the extension of the time.Service: Tires

The front desk lady said when I came in that she was the only one working and to wait. So I was for a long time until I saw her eating and drinking in the service area. Maybe 9:33 is her break. Idk - I left.

My son had a flat tire right down the street from tire plus. I called inquiring if someone could come out and help him because I was 45 mins away. He didn t have a spare or Jack. The gentleman name Ryan I spoke with advise they don t send anyone out. Although they didn t provide those services he could ve suggested another tire place. With all that s going on I was concerned for my son s safety. Thank God for Moody s Tire Service. We called them and they came in less than 5 mins.

Took my car for service they old me. Need a new battery pay for the battery n labor couple days later my car won t start again I have the car tow to tire plus for them to tell me I have a bad battery they they sold me !! And replace!! Don t take car to tire plus for any thing other then tires they don t know what they are doing horrible customers service

Scheduled an online appointment 2 days ago and never received a call back to confirm or try to set up a different time if there was a conflict . When I called to see what was up, they said they don t have an appointment for the time I asked for. They also said that I should always call to check to see if the appointment was good. What s the point of scheduling online if I still have to call the business to schedule an appointment. I ve been coming to the Tires Plus business for years, but the last two visits and this lack of communication from staff has really got me looking for other places to take my money

I ran over something in the road and my tire pressure light came on. I made it to Tires Plus on Robert C. Daniel s and a lady informed me she could not get to my truck today. I said I have road hazard and my tire pressure is at 10. Psi and dropping. With five people in the store and a hour before closing she said I had to leave it. There were employees walking around doing nothing but she said they were too busy. Customer service is not a priority here.Service: Tires

RYAN! Is phenomenal! I just left with a tire repair that he did personally himself, all while managing the front desk and taking all calls. So professional,informative and patient! This is where I will bring my vehicle from now. Don t hesitate, let him take care of you! Thank you!

I would give this place zero stars but my only option is to leave one.Ok I made an appointment by calling in, not knowing it came up as an online appointment, as the floor manager stated.She also asked if I talked to someone in the store. Again I was confused because I called in thinking, I was talking to someone at this location. While I was making this appointment I stated that I had my own tires and would it be ok for them to swap the olds tire for the new tires the gentleman told me it wouldn t be a problem.So when I showed up with my tires to be replace and was told by the supervisor on the floor that I had to buy tires from them and refused my appointment, you can only imagine how upset I became. Had I known this,I would of scheduled this somewhere else, and I did discount tire in evens is way better, again thanks for wasting my time.

Worst place to go to get anything done to your vehicle. The customer service is the worst, the ladies in the front are the rudest and nastiest employees I ever encountered. Definitely don t recommend.They don t know their own regulations and rules and will give your car back in worst shape then it went in. Just do yourself a favor and just go to a different shop.

This is the worse place. I called and Ryan said they fix engine. He took my info. I even called to confirm. I paid a tow company to bring my company there only for the store manager to say they don t. I explained that Ryan said he would fix it. She had no empathy. It still doesn t change the fact that we don t came out of her mouth. I had to pay the towing company to bring my car and back. I even had to pay extra for them refusing it. The worse experience ever. Be careful because they are so unprofessional and they don t mind wasting your time or your money.
