We had a flat while driving from Florida to Virginia on a Saturday morning. We were able to get to a Tire Kingdom in Yulee. The gentleman at the desk got us in (even though they were very busy) anddetermined the tire had to be replaced, sold us a tire that had best tread match, even though not the highest price one. We only lost 2 hrs. Thank you!

Great place, awesome price, awesome quality, awesome speed. These people are honest and quick. I got a new tire in 10 minutes paying and surprisingly fair price for the the like new quality of the tire. The People are super nice too.

Had an awesome experience with this tire kingdom location. The manager was extremely helpful as was the tech that worked on my van. I was having a problem with shaking at high speeds. They gave me a good price on a new tire and when I mentioned a little oil leak they put it back on the lift to check it out for me no charge. They also offered me a combined discount for multiple services such as tranny fluid flush and brake flush together at a discounted rate. This location is customer service oriented.

HORRIBLE! Made an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. I showed up early only to be told that the tires they confirmed were in stock on Friday were no where to be found the day and time of my scheduled appointment. I left then decided to call back and voice my displeasure with the manager only to find that the person that didn't help me and the manager were one in the same. He told me he would look around for the tire I needed and that he would call me back. He never did. Unless you are a fan of wasting your time, do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place.

There was a little accident with my visor when I came in for my oil change, though it couldn't be fixed they didn't hesitate one moment to make sure I left happy. Plus, it was a very quick oil change. Great, quick,and easy customer service.

This shop, like most of the Tire Kingdoms in the CSRA is HORRIBLE! Their equipment is in disrepair, their building is in disrepair, and their management treats their employees like dirt. I went in a month or so ago for an oil change on my mother's car and waited for over 15 minutes just to be spoken to. When I came in the door I was not greeted by the service advisors/management, and when I finally was, they were very short with me. The manager Joe apparently had a very short temper and didn't feel like answering too many of my questions. He kept just saying don't worry we'll figure out whatever is wrong with your car. I was only trying to explain the symptoms and sounds I was hearing while driving. It is my experience from other oil change places that what I was doing is normal routine to help the advisor out in figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle. After the initial paperwork was finished, I sat in the waiting room and waited. I watched my paperwork sit in a bin for over an hour before I saw the manager even pick it up to go discuss it with a technician. FOR AN OIL CHANGE! The shop wasn't even busy. In fact there was only one car in the shop when I arrived. A few times I saw the manager go out into the shop and yell at the employees for no reason at all. He used plenty of choice language, so if you are a parent with children, I wouldn't choose Tire Kingdom to get service work done in, especially if you have your kids with you. After they finally got to my car to do the inspection and oil change, the manager AGAIN went out into the shop and yelled at the mechanic, saying he was doing the inspection "too slowly". I'm sorry, but if a multi-point inspection is a service you offer for every customer in order to better serve the customers AND bring in additional revenue I would think you would want your employees to take their time and go over each vehicle thuroughly. So for him to rush the technician on my car made me anxious, because I feared they might overlook a serious problem. Luckily my oil change went off without a hitch and through the rushed inspection the tech didn't see any additional problems with my car, however I sat in the waiting room another 30 minutes after my car was pulled out of the shop before my paperwork and payment was finalized, again another tick mark under the horrible management category. I complained that I had waited entirely too long, and the manager (as I figured) was unsempathetic. He didn't even appologize for the inconvenience. I will definitely NEVER use this company again. If you're looking for somewhere to get service work done, I recommend somewhere like Pep Boys or Goodyear. I hope they shut this Tire Kingdom down, and I wouldn't be surprised if the technicians filed a class action lawsuit against either the management or TIre Kingdom for poor work conditions.

I have 5 vehicles. Four have tires from Tire Kingdom. Number 5 is new to me. When it needs tires, they will come from this shop. I have had these guys do a myriad of repair and service work. Prices were always fair and the job done right. They have gone out of their way to help me with problems other shops wouldn't bother with.

unprofessional and a waste of time. I arrived at 8:30 am for a simple tired patch for a flat tire and wheel alignment. I was the 2nd person there and I still didn't leave til 11:30 am. Would normally just deal with it until I get home and find out they bent the running boards on my truck. How can you be so careless? What else did they break without telling me? Never go here.

Should have listened to the reviews. I scheduled an oil change online at this location and when I showed up to my appointment they told me that I wasn't in the system and I would have to pay the full price instead of the internet price. When I got to the shop no one greeted me and the overall customer service was poor.

I have never felt so disrespected. I informed the service team that I was stranded here in Augusta on my way to Alabama with a leaking stem in my tire and they acted as if they could care less. I'm alone on this trip, it's 8:00 pm in a strange city I just broke down in, have some compassion?

I had gotten an oil change and when I got home to wash truck, realized there was lug nut missing. Took truck back and had them inspect all my lugs to make sure they had tightened them all worried my tires might get messed up. They then gave me a haste about they don't have my lug nut.
