Worst mechanic shop ever don t ever spend your money here they are over priced and they told me after they looked at my car I had to pay them 200$ just to look at my car never again would not recommend to anyone

I bought a PT cruiser from here for 3,000$ cash and 4 days later the car had problems I took it up there and they told me I would have to pay for it so I did the first time turn around and the car had more problems so the car currently does not drive and I'm out searching for a car again not even a month later also I still have to pay them for the tag and title and I can't even get that because they want 400$ for that and the car is only worth 100$ I can't sell it I can't do anything and 600$ to get it fixed so at this point it's a junk car. I'm annoyed

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. they take advantage of FEMALES. Came in to get a diagnosis done on my car. Needed my coil pack changed due to them being worn out, i told them no thanks, I didn t want their service due to the large amount of money they asked for. the mechanic then brought my car and I noticed he didn t attach certain pieces back together they literally left the attachments on top of my car, I m honestly still in disbelief. I fear for any female that comes alone to get their car done. Please be careful ladies!

The worst !!! Didn't even fix the issue or find the issue just did what they wanted to do and charged so much, HIGHLY DONT recommend. Then I took it to another shop that I wish I went to before them they fixed the issue and told me what it was

Took my car to the shop to get my Catalytic converters put on and ask him when he put them on can I get the old ones back because I paid for them so he said yes when I came back to get my truck and he told me it was done he said he had to look around because he had lost my catalytic converters so the owner is trying to make do with since his son messed this up and tell me he would give me my money for them but the only way I could tell how much my converters are would be to have the converters in my hand since I can't have them in my hand I don't know how much they would be and why my truck was there it was broken into and they messed up my back door the trunk door and had everything in my car strolled all around because they say they don't lock the doors when they're out there what kind of mess is that still trying to figure out what to do about them avoid this place if you can't help it if you can get your stuff fixed in a day they good but other than that I wouldn't take it to them I'm so sad took advantage of me because I am a woman I think

I can honestly say the guys there are very friendly, but they are not good with being honest with their customers. They misdiagnosed my car and changed something that was not wrong. I depended on trusted these guys with my car, and they fixed my car on a assumption. Several calls made to them asking what was wrong with my car and they kept telling me, they did not know. They "THINK" it was the thermostat. They had my car for 12 hours, and its understood that my car was not serviced for the full 12 hours but they gave me my car back without fixing the issue. Within 30 minutes of taking my car off the lot, I had to bring my car back with the issue I dropped it off with. I paid 250 the day of the first drop off and was told my problem was fixed but it was not. The next day I paid 1155.00 and I asked the owner could the 250 I paid prior to be applied to the 1155.00 but he told me no, although they misdiagnosed my car. John quoted me and my husband 1035.00, but when we got there we paid 1155.00. I called Nissan to check the price of my part, they told me 569. Well the garage charged me over 700 plus and 300 plus for the labor. Not to mention whomever worked on my car or test drove it stole all of my change out of my console.I don't care if it was 0.01 it was mine. All in all they over charged, misdiagnosed my car and I did not walk off a happy customer. This whole process was ridiculous. No one is perfect but at least own to the fact that your business made a mistake.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Garage on Gordon Highway has always provided good service to our vehicles. They do their best to accommodate you. We've had to pop up numerous times for tire checks, door latches, and some other vehicle issues. It's good that they take walk-ins and you don't have to be there half of the day.

I wish I can give this people 00, because this people are very rude,they like to abuse people specially Ladies. My daughter bring her car so the mechanic can check it, when my daughter when to pick it up, the charge her over $600 for have the car just a couple of weeks there, then they open my daughters car and steel her car title and open the glove box and took everything there. Also they falsified my daughters signature on a piece of paper to y try to collect $600 . Please people dnt go here be careful

8/9/22 UPDATEThese guys are just the greatest! Once again, took my truck in, they did exactly as they quoted me, for the exact same price and did it properly!!! Additionally I do believe I read there is a warranty on the work they performed! I will and DO recommend these guys to anyone!!! Thank you Ryan and everyone else for making this a very good experience!!!These guys are truly the BEST!!! I could not have been happier with their service, both customer and vehicle!!! They got my vehicle in promptly, they did the repair just as I asked without trying to pressure me for more, in fact I requested an estimate for more repairs and they won the bid instantly! I will be returning tomorrow for that service. Ryan was very respectful and considerate and most of all honest! What more could I ask for? Oh yeah the repairs done properly and they were!!! Thank you!!!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!!

Had my car sent here by my body shop for a front end alignment, and my lug nut flew off today after about 2 days of driving the car (hardly drove anywhere and it flew off) Ridiculous that this happened.

These are flat LIARS!!!!! They scammed a us army veteran on his way out to Korea for duty!!! Totally messed up his truck and literally bold face LIED. I mean LIED and stood firm on what quite frankly was sabotage for more money. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! I warn you!!! These are crooks!!!!

I had my car towed from my house to them the day after Christmas. Of course I had to wait on approval from the dealership for the transmission to get approved. took awhile they have had my car almost a month but have been very nice and helpful about everything. hopefully i will have my car back soon.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Will misdiagnose tf out your. They gave my car back with the same problem. They fix stuff that doesn t need to be fixed. They did fuel pump, alternator, battery, and my brakes. Whoever did my brakes did not do them correctly. As I was driving router/ brake pad broke and fell off and caused be to spin out. Listen to the reviews and keep your car away from here. 2 months after they did the brakes.Services: Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I went here after having my car looked at somewhere else. They figured out the problem and wanted to charge me over 2500... That was wayyyyy too high for what the problems were.My car was burning oil and they fixed the leak and it was more then half of what the first place charged me. Not only that but they fixed my skid plate by putting more bolts in it when I didn t even ask for it to be done since the last place wanted to charge be 200-300 get a new skid plate .Best place I ve went to and I plan on going here more often. Fast. Good prices. Professional. I love it and I m so grateful that I was told about this place. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

Like the people, like the outside sitting. Google map is allitle confused about getting here. Located on Gordon hwy. Across from little caesar's. Got my car checked and diagnosed in minutes. Showed the work and estimate BeFore the work. No surprises.

I have been coming to The Garage on Gordon HWY since they opened. While the owner has a unique sense of humor that can take a minute to get used to, you won't find a more honest and sincere person. Most (if not all) of his family has been involved at one point or another and they are wonderful people to know. He has excellent technicians and mechanics working for him now. Unfortunately, he does get someone less than competent/professional at times.Excellent place to take care of your vehicle(s).

They fixed my alternator and tried to charge me more than what was originally agreed on. The owner accommodated but the shop bent my key. Tried to say my ignition switch went out but I had to get a whole new key. And my key was working fine before I left it in their hands. Brandon is nice, honest and direct. But the other guy makes me not want to ever do business with them again!

I purchase my own oil and filter and bring it to them to do the oil change, and they are the greatest. They just charge me the service fee and that's it. Very friendly and helpful.

Spent over 1800.00 to get my car fixed then a week a later still had the same issue that I originally took it in for. Its goin on 3 weeks they still looking for a part. They havent even been calling me to keep me updated. I have been calling them to see what the heck goin on with my car!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend them to fix a bike

Buyer BEWARE. My husband took our vehicle to get repaired. He was quoted a price and the owner charged more. When my husband questioned the change in numbers the owner moved the same charge to a different item when the repairs were allegedly made. Again, this was questioned. The repairs were not done correctly, so he took the vehicle back. They kept the vehicle way longer and then attempted to charge an astronomical amount. Hey if you no longer want to work on our vehicle, be a man and just say that. Two weeks and no repairs. Not ethical and not professional. Owner is a man baby.** Review update. The owner is the wife of the man, Myron Colley, who runs the shop. The husband gave my husband the quote on paper. When the work was NOT completed and the quote was much higher, my husband challenged the price. This must have challenged Myron's ego, because he retaliated giving my husband a huge bill AND told him the parts he purchased and left at the shop were no longer there. We had to contact the sheriff to help get them returned. Looks like the Colley's do not share the same perspective on customer service or ethics.

The best hands down! Affordable and super friendly and informative. It's really hard finding an auto repair shop that don't make you feel like you're "just another customer" but they were the freaking best and will from now on be our home auto repair shop. I love them lol highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Shame on me for failing to take the poor reviews listed for this business seriously. Met owner same day I dropped off my jeep (overheating, needed radiator replaced), was told it would be done same day (Thursday). Later that day, I was told it would be completed by next day (Friday). Friday, it was to have been completed by Tuesday. Tuesday, it was to have been competed by Wednesday (1 full week later). Wednesday, l'm charged more than I was quoted, with no discount provided for the inconvenience of being misquoted on timeframe required to complete repairs. Then, owner has the unmitigated gall to argue with me about the false expectations HE set regarding my repairs. If I could give them less stars, I would.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a disagreement on the price of a repair. Myron Colley quoted me one price, charged me $200 more. He didn't appreciate it when I showed him his quote and he adjusted. By increasing other charges.Subsequently he was to perform brake job on my vehicle. Kept it two weeks, did not repair (no brakes) and charged $1,000.I questioned his workmanship in front of the mechanic who did the work, and when the mechanic heard he had charged $1,000, he repeated the figure in shock.Myron Coey stormed off and said he would reverse the charge.Next day he told my associate I could not retrieve the doors to my International Scout which he had agreed to put back on because " I owed him money".Called the police, and Myron Colley told the officer (I have the incident report) that I had pawned my Scout doors to Myron Colley and he loaned me $1,000.I filed a pre-arrest warrant for theft and he changed his tune and asked me to come and get them.Very shady business. As you can tell by the owners response to this review, one of us is an absolute liar, and one is telling the truth.Service: Brakes

RUN, Please go elsewhere... you will be thankful! Dropped my vehicle off at 10am and was given a diagnosis. (Just need brake pads), 2 hours later received a called stating I needed rotors..ok... then around 430ish received a called stating my caliber was frozen And they had to break it off and that it would cost around $458 plus tax...... and they wouldn t have the part until tomorrow. Note: I was just in town for the day and stayed 3hours away!!!! i was stranded!!!!! The old grey head manager at the counter and his son was very RUDE over the phone !! Stating it wasn t there problem and That they don t make the parts for cars; and that if I found the parts at the auto store they still wouldn t be able to put it on today because they closed at 6pm! And its a 5 hour job!! Lies they tell... But long story short... after calling threatening them I wasn t gonna pay them and was having a tow trunk to come get my car.....Ryan saved the day and some other guy who stayed late to put the less than 30mins part on! Overall I m never coming back, unless Ryan runs the place.... he has great customer service skills! the manage and his son can use a few tips!!!

I honestly was ok about going to the garage for them to fix my car but this past week was different I never had an issue about them stealing stuff from my car until I got my car back today and stuff was missing out my car and they claim they not responsible for missing items in cars
