Received an advertisement in the mail for Christmas 2020, for a local car repair establishment...I like to keep my money spent local so i went to try them out. Found my old friend Russell who is a Honda expert working there so I decided to provide him my 2002 Honda Accord V6 for an 4 wheel alignment and to ask for some CSI like investigation of an oil leak I have had for a year. Alignment was spot on and after some investigation and brain power he (and the Team) found the source of the oil leak. Now I have a by priority list of what to repair for the future on my 19 year old daily driver car. Thanks to everyone at the garage....and keeping it local. On to 2021.

The formal name is " The Garage on Gordon Highway " it's really the only place I let touch my cars VW Passat, Volvo s60.Their a little pricey, but I've never had to return for the same thing. Highly recommend them for everything.

As a business owner I don t like to leave bad reviews. This place has forced my hand. We brought a transport truck in for diagnosis/repair while passing through the area. We knew from our scan tool it had a cylinder 3 misfire.After we arrived they scanned it and saw the same code. They gave me a price to replace the injector. I said there is other stuff to check for before replacing injector including harness and I specifically asked to have a compression test done. If the piston was cracked or had a hole the injector would be pointless. I was assured diagnosis would take place before the injector was replaced.The next day there was never any diagnosis done. They went straight to replacing the injector. Got done and truck was no better. Over the phone they tried to tell me cylinder 3 was fixed and it suddenly had a cylinder 6 misfire. At this point I shut work down and took a trailer up from Florida to being there truck home.Once it was here it went to my guy to be checked and there never was a cylinder 6 misfire code. It was only 3. Cylinder 3 has no compression.Long story short I was charged $3100.00+ to replace an injector on a cylinder with zero compression. Please avoid this place as they don t seem to operate with integrity

Well, picked up my car after being there 6 days as car stalled out. Got it approx. 5 p. M. At 7 p. M. It stalled out on busy 6 lane. Right at turn light. Amidst MUCH beeping and yelling with the children in the car 2 wonderful fellas pushed it around 2 corners to move it safely out of the way. Its 1 a. M. And I'm still shaking. Was a nightmare. ... Hoping to get it towed to Garage and get it fixed 1st thing in a. M. Worried about where its sitting now, but the Garage was closed by then. Spent much cash.... We'll see tomorrow. Soooooo, sad. To that long line of people in the turning lane, i am beyond sorry. ! I know that was an aggravation. Eeks, never had that experience before. Only wrote this cause popped up on my feed. Had good experience with Garage in past.. 7,30 a. M. Won't come soon enough for me...

Excellent friendly professional service. Traveling from Atlanta and truck tire hit a nail somewhere near Augusta. I changed the flat, then started looking for a auto repair and Thankfully stumbled across The Garage .No waiting, they just stopped what they were working on and fixed my tire!Definitely Recommend using The Garage for repairs and other maintenance if you live in Augusta or Traveling thru!ThanksSteve

Replaced my alternator and a few glad hands. Nice find here. Hospitable people, treating customers right. I will bring my trucks through again for repair or maintenance. I left feeling good about the repair and spending the money, which doesnt happen often in trucking. Thanks Myron and Jason!

They were professional and nice ppl ... but there waiting area is disgusting the floor is nasty it was damp when I went in there, someone left old food sitting in what I guess is their breakroom smelled horrid and had bugs all on it. The bathrooms were even nastier and they had no tissue or paper towels. In times like these when there is a bad virus spreading ppl should consider cleaning a little extra. Please clean ur waiting room and ur bathrooms!

False expectations given for a recent repair. Had the vehicle for over 5 days and then was charged an additional fee for card transaction. Very bad experience

Gave a 1 cause could not give a zero .I called to get a quote on my duramax an they didn't even know who made duramax so if you don't know what make duramax is I sure wouldnt let you work on it
